Came in today to bring in my mom so we could get mani pedis. As always, customer service was great. I tried the zen gel nails for the first time and loved them!! Definitely will keep getting these instead of my basic mani. Mom loved her mani pedi, she almost fell asleep with how relaxed she was.Thank you InStyle Nails!

Went in for a quick pedicure, the owner was my nail tech Mindy. Consistently tried to sell me on gel I said no 5 times, I had to ask her to clean my nails and file evenly. Then continued to text on her phone every 3 minutes. While drying my nails with the light she knocked the paint and said that's why I should have done gel like it's my fault that she messed up the paint and refused to redo it

Everything about this place was cool. Great staff, good prices, and a good vibe to it. Service was really good . They made my daughter and I really comfortable. Very clean and Professional. One of the ladies even offered to take some photos of my daughter and I getting our pedis...thats was so nice of her. We will definitely be coming back!

This nails place never fails to surprised me every-time i get my nails done. Mindy the owner always accommodate me even its a last minute. The staff are very nice and make you feel all welcome. I've been going here for a little bit now and every time is a great experience! Mindy and the team are so welcoming, have excellent service, and do a great job with high-quality work. I usually get my eyebrows and a hybrid gel manicure. It is reasonably priced too, especially for the work they do. I recommend Instyle!

I wanted to try out a new place for pedicures for a couple reasons, more color options and closer to home. I found Instyle and they had great reviews. They didn't disappoint! As soon as you walk in, they ask you to wash your hands. I was caught off guard, but appreciate the extra effort to keep their bottles clean and germ free when customers are selecting colors. I have the best manicurist (Sarah at Sola salons that I've been going to for years but she only does nails - gel and acrylic designs) and I always like to try to match my toes to my fresh mani which I haven't been able to do before coming here. Simple single color pedicures have been the closet that I've been able to do. But Lora at Instyle is super sweet and does her best to match my manicure which has been fairly close each time! See pics! :) On my first visit I couldn't find just the right color to match my mani, but Lora was able to help me find the perfect color match! I usually get the European sea salt or raw earth mud spa pedicure. The leg massage is wonderful! The shop is super clean and organized. They have fancy massage chairs which is nice. There was only one other customer there on a Friday evening and it was great! Peaceful and quiet! I recommend calling ahead of time either that day or a couple days before to make sure you get the time you want to go in. Parking lot can get packed depending on the day because it's in the same lot as McGregors Ale House. If you're looking for a clean, peaceful and great pedicure come here! (I'm sure they do great manicures as well!) Thanks Lora! You have a new regular! :)

Gave me the TAP hybrid gel for my engagement shoot. Pretty happy with it. I'm not one to always get manicures and hates having long nails but they did a pretty good job. I always come back here for my pedicures though. They are friendly and welcoming.

Mimi did an amazing job on my nails! She's so sweet, professional, and clearly very experienced. She took her time to make sure everything was perfect, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Highly recommend her!

Mindy and the rest of the team at Instyle hooked me and my coworker up! Great price ($28 for a plain pedicure) great massage, fast service, and a great perks...the massage chair! That chair will have you leaving this place more limber than when you left it's a win win. Every thing about this place is great and we're thinking about coming back kay least once a month for a nice Friday relief session. Come here right before happy hour then go hit the shops in the shopping center. Wonderful experience. read more

The gel/ acrylic hybrid nails works great! Picture at the beginning and close up of one month later I've only gotten my nails done a few times in my life. I took my mother visiting out of town for her birthday and before I had a two week vacation. I asked what kind of polish would they recommend to last during working two days in healthcare (we wash our hands a lot), training dogs (teeth and slobber on my fingertips) and last two weeks in another country? Mindy recommended the gel hybrid polish and it was amazing! She painted on the gel that was cured with the UV light in 3 layers. It did add some length to my nails as I usually keep them super short, but they looked nice. They never chipped, flaked, broke and made my nails feel super strong. Finally, just over a month later, I had Mindy polish them off. I plan to get them done again as she mentioned she can paint any color over the light pink/ neutral shades it comes in. As I mentioned I don't usually get my nails done but hope to add it to my budget. read more

This is a hidden gem. Upon entering, I was greeted and welcomed. Jamie completed my fill and gel polish. She was very gentle when she removed the old polish and when she completed everything else. At the same time, Long completed my pedicure. The salon was clean and orderly. I did appreciate that the salon was cool while it was a hot day. They had many colors to choose from it took me a minute. The price was pretty reasonable. I was charged $28 for the pedicure and $50 for my nails. Customer service was good and I will definitely be coming back. read more

Technician honored my request to only be serviced by one person for a mani & pedi, so that I could relax and concentrate on one thing at a time. This place is highly rated for good reason! I got the number 1 and felt like a king! Got my back massaged in the comfiest massaging chair I've ever sat in and got my foot massaged, cleaned, and a little clear coat cause why not. Who said boys can't get a pedicure it's 2023. Haha. The older woman with dark hair and glasses who did my service was extremely rude and rough. Not only was the quality of work poor, but she continuously twisted, pulled, and yanked on my hands throughout the appointment. She muttered under her breath as if I was being difficult, yet never clearly communicated what she needed me to do. Clients aren't mind readers... simple, respectful communication goes a long way. She repeatedly drilled over my cuticles despite me saying "ouch" and instinctively pulling my hand back. It was uncomfortable and felt careless. The end result looked rushed and sloppy, and it was absolutely not worth the money spent. I was also told I needed a new set because my previous nails were too grown out for a fill. That would have been completely fine. I was willing to pay for a new set. Instead, she proceeded with a fill anyway and applied a poorly done chrome coating over it. I'm genuinely questioning whether this is the standard it's supposed to meet. To the owner: you truly have a wonderful team, especially Kevin, Tina, and MyLe, who have consistently provided excellent service. However, the behavior and quality of work I experienced today were unacceptable and have made me seriously reconsider returning. Kathy, you run a great salon, which is why this experience was so surprising. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as I can't imagine you would be comfortable with customers being treated this way.

When my nail technician completed my manicure, she announced, "same!" as if she declared out-loud my powdered pearlescent nails are now magically transformed into the requested nude chrome color. I wish they would've told me upfront that this cannot be done. I would not request for anything out of the basic mani pedi here.

Absolutely lovely salon, Mindy is wonderful and knowledgeable. What initially drew me to checking out InStyle was they offered more than your standard acrylic, gel or gel x nails- they have builder gel (what I opt for) as well as gel hybrid. These products are so revolutionary for someone like me who had weak nails from years of acrylics and am not looking to damage them further. Both the builder gel and hybrid gel are great alternatives that are not nearly as harsh on your natural nails and you still get to style and shape your manicure to your liking and they look more natural. I recently moved to the area and was nervous to find a nail tech- as it can be difficult to find the right fit- and usually you have to check out a few spots before landing the right nail tech for you, I got very lucky on my first try! I've had nothing but pleasant experiences since I started going to Mindy for my nails and I feel very fortunate to have found a great nail tech. Highly recommend!! read more

The person doing my nails didn't understand me so she proceeded with a manicure, which I just gave in to. I rarely get my nails done, but this time I wanted to get gel polish so that it would last me during my week of vacation. I got my nails done on a Friday, and before I even began my vacation, the gel polish chipped on Monday. In short, if I just painted my nails on my own, they would have lasted longer than the gel polish which cost me $33. read more

I typically go in for gel nails and when I do, I always enjoy their excellent massages and massage chair while they make my nails and toenails pretty.
