I explained that it's not normal for a car to break down within 30 days, not to mention that the check engine light come on 2 days after i had it, which leads me to believe that they reset the code. that in situations like this, most dealerships offer some level of support. Instead, Emanuel told me the only option was to send the car to one of their mechanics--at my expense. He also tried to blame the issue on the fact that I put a thousand miles on the car, which has nothing to do with an engine failure this early.
