I love this company! I contacted them a week ago through Yelp because my AC stopped pumping cold air. Julie got back to me immediately and sent someone out that day. Christian, who is so kind, fixed everything. The job took a few hours, but he was so patient, attentive, and calm. That evening, after he left, I changed my filter. I noticed a different high pitched noise coming from my unit, waited a few days, then ended up contacting them again. Christian came out the next day. He didn't really figure out what the noise was, but when he took out the filter it stopped. He left and the noise continued. Usually I feel like a pest with certain companies because a lot of employees act annoyed or you can tell they hate their job. Christian was so professional and put my mind at ease. He also wore a mask at my request with no hesitation. I would recommend this company to anyone. They are extremely genuine! UPDATE: The same day, yesterday, that Christian came back out for that noise issue in my unit that continued, my AC stopped cooling again in the evening. I called today, the next day in the am. They just sent Chris out. He was very nice. He said there was a little moisture in the pipe, etc...and cleaned them out again. The ac is now pumping cold air and that noise has stopped as of now, which is very interesting. I knew it was doing it for a reason. I hope everything is fixed and no more issues. In 2022 we needed a new HVAC system. We shopped around and decided to go with Mike from Integrity Comfort Systems. He was professional, knowledgeable, and offered us a system that fit our house and our needs for a competitive price. His install team did great work on a quick timeline, even working a minor miracle by getting the new condenser into place in the tight space next to our house. The new system exceeded our expectations. Fast forward to 2024 when we had a minor but unusual issue with the system. I called for an appt. On tues and they came out the next day. Chris was very knowledgeable about what duct work I had and learned these old fiberglass ducts can't be cleaned and could only put a fiterization unit on our system. My AC stopped blowing cold air last week. The compressor was replaced 3 years ago so this was sort of surprising. I called American Air and they came out and said my compressor was toast and I would need an entire new system at a cost of $22k. Integrity was recommended by a friend so I call them to get a second opinion. Steven showed up and fixed my system for $350. Turns out it was a blown CAP fuse. Steven did verify that the CAP fuse probably blew because of an incompatibility between the original coil in my attic and the newer compressor. He gave me multiple options to modernize my HVAC architecture(23 years old). The most expensive option was almost $30k less than an estimate I got from Costco for the same work. I called Integrity Comfort Systems to diagnose why my air conditioner had stopped blowing cold air. Chris was at my house less than an hour later. Maybe I just got lucky with his availability that day, but it made a great first impression. So did Julie, who books appointments, and their system that sends you a text message to let you know who will be showing up for your service and when. Chris came prepared with a properly fitting face mask, a drop cloth to protect my floors, and booties to cover his shoes. Plus, his calm demeanor was exactly what I needed when I was hot, frazzled about the interruption to my workday, and upset about needing a repair. Chris had all the skills and equipment to diagnose the problem on the spot. It was a complicated problem and took maybe an hour to figure out. He ruled out all the easy fixes before determining that we had a massive refrigerant leak. Because it was a large and expensive repair, I got a second opinion. That company took twice as long to find the problem, did not have as good of a method to detect the leak, and proposed an unnecessarily time consuming and complicated solution. They also charged me over $100 for the visit, whereas Integrity's diagnosis was free. In retrospect, I should have hired Chris on the spot because he came recommended by someone who does not make referrals lightly and because he clearly knew what he was doing. But I needed to reassure myself that I was not spending a large sum of money unnecessarily, and the comparison to the other company definitely helped. I spent some more time educating myself about how my system worked, then called Chris back. He spent about 15 minutes on a Friday afternoon patiently answering my questions about the proposed work. He did not pressure me to hire him during the initial visit or when I called him back with questions. He just said, "Now you have my number, so you can call me if you need anything else." I did end up hiring him, and he fit me into his schedule quickly even though it was a time-consuming job. The final cost was identical to his estimate, as promised. Our AC works again, and I believe we've also found the company that will service our system from now on. It's always a good idea to get three quotes from any contractor. You'll learn things from each of them that will help you decide how to proceed with your project. But if you don't feel like doing that, just go with Integrity. They do not feel entitled to anyone's business and will earn your respect and trust. read more

I don't think I've ever had a business go quite as above and beyond to help me as Integrity Comfort Systems has. I am a new customer and over the last two months I've had to call them for my air conditioner breaking down three times, of course all during really hot weather when they're super busy. They managed to squeeze me in every time so that I would be seen either the same day or by the next day. They even texted me after business hours when they saw I had booked an online appointment in 2 days to let me know they could fit me in the next day. I very much appreciated that their initial assessment of the problem is free. I also loved their quick and clear communication including sending an ETA for the technician's arrival along with their name and photo. The first repair their technician Chris did was a really reasonable cost and was able to be completed the same day. The second time they came out the estimate seemed high, so I decided to see if I could get the repair done elsewhere. I was really impressed when I got a call the next day from Mike at Integrity apologizing that there had been a mistake in the estimate making it higher than it should've been and offering to send me a new estimate that was much more reasonable. In the meantime, I already had the repair done but something was off and my AC still wasn't working correctly. I called Integrity back out the 3rd time since they are the best, and they were willing to come out again even though I hadn't had them do the latest repair. My technician Steven was amazing. He was able to quickly assess the issue and make a fast, simple correction of the wire at no charge that got my AC up and running again instantly. I can't tell you how blessed I was by this and by Integrity's above and beyond service during a season of my life that has been incredibly difficult in many ways.
