Integrity Plumbing was called by our apartment's emergency maintenance department when our kitchen was completely flooded from a clog in our sink caused by our upstairs neighbors. These guys were very professional. I had a pin size leak in my sprinkler pipe. I couldn't shut it off since there was no shutoff valve separating it from the main line, but I wasn't too worried since the leak was so small. I made an appointment with Integrity to come out on Monday, July 6th. On Saturday, the 4th of July, that pin leak turned into a gusher. I wasn't optimistic that I could get Integrity to come out on Independence Day, but Michael Johar came out within an half hour of my call! He put in a temporary bypass around the sprinkler line which allowed me to have water until Monday. On Monday, he sawcut out the concrete pavement and dug a trench to reach the main water line and replaced the old rusted galvanized pipe with copper. The next day he backfilled the trench and he installed a replacement for the water line in the garage leading to a spigot on the side of the house. Mike recognized right away that the original sprinkler line and the line in the garage had not been installed per code and gave me various options to fix things to code. The city building inspector had absolutely no corrections to the work Mike and his crew did. I would without any hesitation recommend these guys to anyone! read more

Ok, lets be serious about this. Mike knows his shit! (no pun intended). I've been using Integrity Plumbing for at least 10 years now, so I am safe in my reputation in recommending him for ANY job. I own a restaurant and needless to say, grease, chemicals and high use taxes the pipes that we have here. Similar to car mechanics, some are just part replacers and some actually diagnose a problem thoroughly before spending and wasting your money. Mike falls into a category of plumber that takes his time to diagnose every situation. TRUST me! He has been to my place at least 30 -40 times over the years from maintenance to working over night digging a 6ft trench, to replacing a cracked old cast iron pipe that was recking havoc on our daily operation. It seems that every situation has been different and he approaches every situation with a new eye. He has come at midnight and back at 5am if necessary. He has helped me build out and install plumbing from scratch. He's been there for a simple toilet replacement and he's been there in disasters. If anything falls out of the scope of his schedule, he will recommend someone else he trusts just so you are taken care of. NO Joke. Who does that?! Respecting my time in leu of his profit?! Sheesh. I was recently referred to Integrity plumbing as I had a leak in my master bath shower and my other shower was also having plumbing problems that left me with one shower in operation. I had a slab leak from result of a laundry drain pipe in my garage which lead into the kitchen. I wasn't sure where the drain pipe was leaking from under the slab. I spoke to several sources and I was told that it would be a "search and destroy" mission (jack hammering slab everywhere) to detect the leak even with a camera. I was on pins and needles. I called Integrity Plumbing & Rooter and spoke to Mike. He came out and saw the slab leak. He said it would be tricky to locate the leak but doable. So he came back the following week with his camera, and with his keen detection skills and high tech tools was able to accurately locate the leak in the "Y" pipe connecting the laundry pipe and kitchen sink. I scheduled an appointment with Mike a few days later to replace the "Y" pipe. When he open the floor to find the "Y" pipe he was spot on. There was a 3 inch hole in the "Y" pipe that was decades old. I was very happy that we did not have a "search and destroy" mission to find the leak and it was only in one place in kitchen.
