I found out when I was on my road trip up north and one of the tires they changed for me started CRACKING. Maybe it's my bad for not checking earlier, but they shouldn't have sold incorrect sized tires and old ones from 10 years ago!!

I called beforehand asking about getting a tire changed and at no point was I told they only had NEW tires in stock, that there would be a card fee, or how busy things were. I understand I could have specifically asked more detailed questions over the phone, but as a customer I didn't think I needed to clarify whether a used tire shop actually had used tires available. I also didn't know there was an additional fee for paying by card until arriving. What frustrated me most was standing there waiting around for about 30 minutes before finally being told there were no used tires available at all. Even a simple heads up to customers waiting such as "just so everyone knows, we currently only have new tires in stock" would have saved people time, gas, and frustration. The employee wasn't necessarily rude, but the overall experience felt very disorganized and communication was lacking. As a business owner myself, I know communication is what keeps transactions smooth on both sides. Customers may forget to ask certain questions, but businesses should also proactively communicate important information that affects pricing, inventory, and expectations. I ended up leaving frustrated because I drove out specifically for an affordable used tire option and that ultimately was not available.

While changing the first tire the worker drew a image of a penis inside the tire i confronted him he said he wrote his name which was a lie and quickly attached the tire. I said i will return soon. I have been going there since the 90's the old owner was much nicer man. I will be going back to see if they correct the problem. Spoke to my attorney and they gave me 2 things to ask them to correct it if not i will file a police report and maybe take them to court. I will come back to update this.

It was the better option. Second time, I first tried to go to the Costco tire center in Marina del Rey, which is closer to my house, for a nail that I got in one of my tires. You might be thinking why through another store under the bus to make another one sound good? I've had my chrome pressure valve caps stolen twice and replaced with green plastic caps. I've had one of my wheel covers stolen, which cost about $60 to replace, I've even had several nice beach towels stolen from my trunk, which is just despicable! Because these services are free when you purchase tires from Costco, I do take them up on it when needed, BUT I always have a feeling of dread and, these days, I am compelled to search my car in and out before driving away.
