There are preset bowls you can choose from or you have the option to build your own! I opted to build my own. With your own bowl, you get the choice of 2 proteins and I went with tuna and salmon. I chose edamame, corn, and seaweed as my 3 sides. I don't recall the sauce choice I got but there are 5 to choose from. The establishment is fairly cozy with limited tables to sit at. The service was phenomenal though as the employee was super patient since it was my first time. They offered me all the possible sauces to choose from and walked me through the process of building my own bowl from scratch. read more

I stopped by to try this spot and I was craving poke!!! So, you can either customize your own bowl or choose from a handful of their signature bowls. They also have a couple of non-seafood options, including a chicken bowl and a vegetarian option, which is nice if you're not in the mood for raw fish. This time, I built two bowls so I could try a few different things. For both, I chose the special rice base (brown rice with mung beans), which I loved! They have two options small and large so I got one of each. For my small bowl, I went with the spicy salmon. It was decent, but nothing particularly memorable. The small bowl comes with 2 oz. of protein and 3 toppings, which felt a little limiting and not very filling. For the large bowl, I tried the Peruvian chicken. Unfortunately, it was pretty dry and ended up being my least favorite part of the meal. The large bowl comes with 4 oz. of protein and 5 toppings, which is definitely the better value if you're hungry. I also added the crab salad for an extra charge, and while it was good but again it wasn't anything that really stood out. The sauces were probably my favorite part of the meal. I tried the inti sauce along with the honey panko, and together they added a lot of flavor. I finished the bowls with sesame seeds and nori strips, which gave everything a nice texture. Overall, I'd describe this place as the "Chipotle of poke bowls." It's convenient, customizable, clean, and perfect if you're looking for a quick grab-and-go meal. That said, if you're looking for a more traditional or authentic poke experience, this probably isn't it. Still, it's a solid option when you want something fast, fresh, and customizable. read more

I'm loving that there is a poke place in West 7th and better yet, this is a Peruvian Poke combo. How nice you can order either or both of these flavors. They have 5 signature bowls or the option to choose what you want. The base is either quinoa, white rice, or brown rice. Toppings and sauces are flavorful and delicious! Probably my new favorite spot in Fort Worth. I was hesitant because it specializes in Peruvian flavors and I was unsure if it would work with poke but boy was I wrong. First of all, the owner is SO nice and patient. He encouraged us to try all their signature sauces (we didn't even have to ask) and they were so delicious. The poke tasted fresh and he gave us 2 whole scoops of it, so he's not skimping out. The toppings were great, the portion was comparable to getting Cava. I rarely feel full from poke because the portions are small but this was a solid 1.5 meals for me. And it was 15$. I also remember thinking it was very clean when I walked in.
