I thought it a little bothersome when I turned in my phone for repair and then realized I hadn't turned it off... I asked if I could get it back to power down and the dude said no worries "I'll do it ". He was after all trustworthy but the way he said it made me to believe otherwise at first ( I'm also a conspirasist part time so don't mind that last bit) but what was really silly was the dude also asked me for my phone number to let me know my phone would be ready to be picked up... but um how are you gonna call me if you got my phone dude ??? Anyway I knew it'd be ready in an hour so I just returned at around that time. All in all good service the replacement comes with a warranty on service/maintenance which is reassuring. read more

I don't even know where to start --- Juan's service, patience and skill are phenomenal. I needed a screen replacement on a Macbook Pro, bought one, took it in and it only lasted about 3 weeks - defective. I only had a week to get it returned and order a new one. Got a second screen from a different vendor, Juan replaced it. After a few hours, that screen started going straight to black. That vendor would not cross-send a replacement, so Juan put on a damaged screen as a placeholder until I got the THIRD NEW SCREEN. Juan's turnaround time is great --- 1-2 days for my issues. He also agreed to run this last screen for a day to see if anything happened while on for a few hours. Thankfully, this one is still working. These folks have been my go-to shop for the past three or four years. Smashed iPhone screens (multiple times because I am clumsy) - fixed in short order and superior quality. PC with a virus? Fixed and affordable. Dead hard drive on my (aging) Mac desktop and MacAir - same day fix, faster processors and much more affordable than a new device. Today they fixed up an old laptop my dad uses with a new hard drive and restored the data. If it's a complex issue, it might take a day or two, but I have always received same day (and on phones, sometimes same-hour) service. Brought my MacBook Pro here after 20oz of coffee got spilled on it. Juan was super helpful and knowledgeable about what potential issues the liquid could cause, what they'd do to try and fix it, and all of the items they could replace before calling it dead. Very professional to deal with, and I appreciated the straight talk. I was expecting it to take the 2-5 day repair time they requested, but Juan called me the next day. He simply yet thoroughly explained the issues he found, and replaced only what it took to get the laptop working, not unnecessary items to gouge me. When I went in to pick it up, he actually showed me photos of the damaged logic board, showed me what he'd replaced, and was even nice enough to fix some keyboard issues I'd been having that were unrelated to the damage. He was honest with me about one additional item that he could fix if I wanted to pay an extra amount, but it wasn't necessary for the laptop to operate, and demonstrated how it would work perfectly fine without it. It's refreshing to get that level of honesty. Also has a 6 month warranty on their work. And at 1/3 the price of an Apple repair. Love this place. Seriously these guys are miracle workers. My Macbook Pro (~2011) stopped charging and I took it to the genius bar where they guy said it was just my charger. But then he started running diagnostics and said my hardrive was done and maybe I could take it somewhere to try to get some of my files out but most likely I've lost them. My fault for not backing my stuff up. I went to Best Buy to get an external hardrive and the salesperson told me to give their geek squad a try. Geeksquad failed and said everytime they tried to run the hardrive it crashed. I was devastated because I had so many files and pictures on the computer. Anyways tried iPC as a final resort expecting to hear the same thing. The guys were super professional and said they'd run diagnostics and try to get some files out. I left my computer there and got some missed calls the next day from them. When I got in touch with them they said there were able to pull most of my files for me, I was in awe. These guys are mega heroes. They just needed my okay to go ahead. I think it was like $190 + tax for the transfer. I would have paid so much more for those files. I took my iPhone X here to get my screen repaired twice. It was never the same after the first time. I had had it for years when the screen cracked after a drop, but the phone and screen were still fully functional, I could still see and use the screen without any issues. After the first repair I had had it for a few months then dropped it less than a foot, probably only 8" and the screen completely blanked out, even though it had only a minor crack off to one side. I took it back and they informed me that it needed a new screen. Again, another month or two went by and dropped again, this time with a case on, and it barely cracked, on one edge, and again the screen completely blanked out. It is apparent to me that they are not using the same quality glass as the original iPhone X gorilla glass and something was not connected correctly. As I said, before the repairs were done here my iPhone stood up to far more punishment and even when the screen cracked it was still usable. I do NOT RECOMMEND this business. Dude...Freddy is the sh*t. I went to Apple, Micro Center, Fry's, and another casual repair place all charging me about $800 or more to fix my liquid damaged Macbook Air. I spilled coffee on it and my responses were to just go ahead and buy a new one since the repairs were gonna cost nearly as much. Best repair shop! My MacBook wouldn't turn on and the trackpad randomly popped up. Didn't wanna wait at the Apple Store so I came here (no wait to be attended). The guy at the front (didn't catch his name) immediately knew what was wrong. Took about an hour to fix it (factory reset). I waited in-store and he let me watch Netflix while I waited. He went out of his way to make sure the software I previously had on my MacBook was restored. I have an older MacBook that needs repair and I'm definitely bringing it to him. Got my phone screen fixed here twice. The guys were fast and efficient. However, I've come to realize how cheap they are with the material idea to fix your phone. The screens they use to replace your phone screen is tinted and leaves your phone dark even when your phone is on the highest brightness setting. The glue they use to attach the new phone screen on is cheap or maybe it's the poor placement of the glue. My phone screen has fallen off of my phone twice when I dropped it. I mean, I understand it could be the fact that I dropped my phone, but my phone screen has never fallen off of my phone before until I got my phone screen replaced by these guys. The fact that my phone screen fell left my front camera and speakers vulnerable and they were damaged upon impact... I'm never coming back read more

The guys that work here were incredibly kind, fast, and great to work with. My Macbook Pro '11 has been running too slow to make it useful for well over a year now, and I finally decided to try to clean it up and make it useable, but I needed a really fast turn around. I called about 10 different places around town asking for quotes on price and how long it would take, and iPC had the most competitive price and was the only company promising same-day turnaround. For this type of computer issue, they charge a $35 diagnostic fee, but this goes into the cost of the repair if you choose to have them repair it (so they will deduct $35 from the total cost of repair). Once they had diagnosed my issue, they gave me the details and price of the various options I had for repair. It was a pleasure to work with these guys - I really got the sense that they are honest, nice people and are fast on top of that! My computer now runs like it is brand new! read more

So my 1-year-old dipped my phone in some bubble solution. It worked but it was obvious there was damage. I went to two shops before finding iPC repair. I talked to someone on their website chat and they told me they could try to do damage control for the water but if they wouldn't charge me anything. That's so awesome -- every other iPhone repair shop will charge you just to look at it. They looked at my phone but couldn't fix my problem (the rear camera) because water damage had already gotten to the motherboard. They referred me to the apple store instead of trying to get any money out of me to do a repair.
