Smashed my iPhone 5's screen and brought it here for replacement. Their price was competitive, and I would be able to wait while the phone was repaired. They have a 6 month guarantee for their work too. I waited, paid and left 30 minutes later very happy. When I got home though, I noticed that the screen appeared a little darker in the upper right hand corner. After a few days, the problem was still there so I decided to bring it back to see if if could be corrected or replaced. They were so kind and helpful when I returned and showed them the screen. Once again, I waited for the repair and was out the door in less than 30 minutes. They determined the first glass was faulty and replaced the glass again. I have an awesome protective case on my iPhone 6+. But of course, it's just my luck that it falls face down, parallel to the ground, and shatters the screen. I jumped on Yelp and looked up repair shops. Thankfully, I was able to request a quote from a number of shops in the area. iPC gave me a quote of $140, the least you're going to spend on an iPhone 6+ screen replacement is $129, so the price isn't too bad. Five stars because of the centralized location, other top rated services are way out in the west park area or in the busy uptown area. I love these guys. They've helped me a couple of times now. Once with my Macbook Pro. I spilled coffee over my computer and the keyboard did not function as wel as it should have. At the Apple Store the Geniuse told me that they had to replace a lot of stuff and that it would cost me $1200 O_0. Whot?! Basically, they wanted to sell me another Macbook pro. No thanks. iPC changed the keyboard (it's an Azerty, not a Qwerty and that was not a problem at all for them) for about $185. Same with my iPhone 5. Broke the screen, Apple wouldn't repait it. They wanted to replace the whole phone for $239 or whatever it is they charge for a refurbished phone. iPC got it done for $90+tax in under 30 minutes. Great guys. Don't hesitate. Got my phone screen fixed here 3 weeks ago mind you it the screen was shatterThe replacement glass that they use to fix the screen was so cheap the glass cracked with a screen protector on it but that was not the issue for me.I took it back to them because the touchscreen was not working yes. They took the screen protector off and the screen that was replaced was cracked also which makes their warranty null and void but I wished they would have shared the fact that their replacement product was not of good quality. The biggest issue was one of the guys people skills I get he specializes in tech but the rude comments no smart mouth comment he could have kept. He also must have thought about it cause after a moment of think he offer a discount. So because of quality and customer service it's two stars for me! read more

I gave my HP laptop for repair as it wouldn't charge unless I hold the charger at a certain angle. I was sure it was just a loose contact point and hoped to get it repaired instantly. Well, fair warning, these guys are pretty busy and for a reason. They are good at what they do and they're honest. So, after 48 hours, which is their time point for a "diagnostic", just to tell you what's wrong, they put my computer back together and they unfortunately couldn't find the spare I needed, but surprise, my laptop was working with the original parts! I honestly don't know much about computers (not all Indians are tech people, hey?) .They could've just simply lied saying they changed the parts, but they were honest and the manager guy made some suggestions for my laptop which I will try to do soon. Sorry for rambling, but yeah, bottom line, honest and good work, but they do take their time (48 hours) for diagnostic. Definitely going back! read more

I took my phone (iPhone 7 plus) in for a screen replacement and a diagnostic on the dual camera since the screen was shattered on the upper right corner and the camera nor flashlight were working. I showed up 10 minutes before they opened and it was already open which was awesome. Freddy attended to me and said that he would take a look. He called and said the camera was not operational so I said to replace it. Not only does he have great prices, but awesome service. My phone was done in about an hour. He didn't charge me for the diagnosis and all I had to do was drop my laptop off. He opened up my laptop and figured out what the problem was in no time (same day - 3 hours). My iPhone 4 screen was severely cracked and missing a chunk of the screen near the home button after my husband dropped it on the concrete so I needed to get it fixed. I was very skeptical about having it fixed somewhere other than Apple, Verizon, etc., but I'm SO glad I went ahead and did it... After searching and reading several (maybe even all!) of the other reviews on Yelp, I narrowed it down to 3 places. I called them all to check pricing and the time it would take to have it repaired; the other places were around $80 and the repair would take an hour and iPC Repair was $69 and 35 minutes for the repair so I went with them. Also, the other places have a 30 day warranty and iPC has a 90 day! Even though I decided mainly based on price, that was not the only reason. When I called I spoke to Juan who was extremely helpful and nice. I had a black phone and wanted to change it to white and Juan said no problem. He said that they didn't have a white home button for the 4 model, but they had one for 4s which he said would work just fine, and he said he wouldn't even charge me for it, so that was awesome! When I went in, Juan got my info which took about a minute and then took the phone to the back for the repair which took only about 20 minutes!! He said I could leave and come back but just I waited in the lobby which has chairs and a TV and browsed the phone accessories they had. The phone looks AMAZING and just like brand new (wish I could post before and after pics!) And the home button works perfect in my model just like he said it would. FYI.. its $30 to get just the back of the phone fixed or $99 for both front and back. I highly recommend iPC Repair!! read more

Within less than 3 hours my keyboard was fixed with a 6 month warrantee. The price was better than I expected. Very professional and fast and staff is always friendly. Manager is very reasonable and accommodating. I had a screen fixed when I dropped my phone but the replacement screen cracked without a drop. The manager replaced it after inspecting the phone to make sure it wasn't from a drop and then immediately replaced it. I'm sure tons of people come in claiming they didn't drop their phones and wanting a new screen so I completely understand that they checked my phone first and they gave me the benefit of the doubt and without a hassle and within 10min, my phone was repaired. I brought my computer over to another computer repair store and i was told that the motherboard was bad and it could not be repair not only that I was being charge $400 for the replacement. Always the best service, quality and professionalism I have ever seen for prices way better than Apple Store Repair. I have tried many other small shops to get apple devices fixed and they have always ended up in annoyance and the devices being 100% completely dead and unfixable from then on. Now i no longer try for that kind of stuff. Even when another store has a cheaper price, I'll ignore that and go to IPC Repair. Because i trust them 100%. I'm going to bring as much business to them as i can from now on. It's always the same guys when you walk in, and they're the best at what they do. Just yesterday i dropped off a multi thousand dollar iMac with a dead graphics card to be repaired. It's not even my Mac, it's my boss's Mac. And my boss's money. I trust their great service so much that I'm willing to risk my job based on the job they do of fixing my boss's property. And my boss is not at all a forgiving guy. I was talking to them and they said the reason they offer a full refund on the 35$ deposit if they can't fix it is because it hasn't affected them because they're never unable to fix anything people bring in. Customers are always bringing in devices that other Repair stores told them they can't fix, and ipc Repair takes over and completes the job easily. I can't even tell you how great the people here are. I never go nuts about stuff like this, but this place has me going peanuts & almonds in this review. PS. Best service repair ever. I had issues with MacBook Pro and it was out of Apple's help window. I took it to him to take a look at it just hoping on a prayer and a dream. He was able to fix it within the hour. A couple weeks after I had another issue and my charger was also wonky and took it back. He was able to fix it again no extra charge and gave me a great deal on the charger and battery. I would recommend them to anyone! We had a problem with Asus laptop. The battery could not hold power. The laptop was just over one year old. We called Best Buy and also Asus themselves. Both of them required the laptop and had a minimum charge of $175 with more to come. Thoroughly useless. However, iPC repair asked us to bring it in and fixed it a day for $139. I am totally impressed. I never realized such shops existed, and their effectiveness. We will be going here next time we have electronics issues. read more

I went in about 3 weeks ago to have my screen repaired and the man who did the repair let me know that I will have a warranty in case "the screen goes black" (should've been my first sign) or if there were any issues with the repair they did so long as I didn't have a damaged screen. The very bottom of my screen was a tiny bit black but being that I lived an hour away, I was just going to live with it. So last Friday while sitting in my car, my screen goes completely black and won't come back on. Suspicious that he mentioned this might happen. I was upset but, the warranty covered any future repairs so, I decided to take it back to them so they can fix it for free. Well, my fiancé took it to the shop for me today and they charged him $100 to have it fixed! I was beside myself when he told me, not only have I not had my phone for a week but now I had to pay for their mistake! My phone had no scratches or cracks. I called the manager and he told me the guy who helped me had been fired and that he doesn't know what he told me but they're not going to honor what he said. He also claimed I had visible damage on the bottom of my screen but they caused that damage, that's why it was black on the bottom corner after being on it about 30 minutes after I left their shop. All in all I'm pretty sure they don't do the job right the first time and claim they'll fix it for free if you have any issues so that way they can charge you twice for one repair. Huge scam and the manager said "well I don't know what took place soooo". Unprofessional, scammers, dishonest, doesn't honor their word, will get paid twice by customers before fixing their mistakes. I will be trying to get a hold of the owner once I get off but until then, all I can do is leave a review to help someone else in the future! read more
