I went in less then a month ago to repair my broken iPhone XS Max and now I was dealing with a black spot and green lines though my phone and sometimes the whole screen turning black. The main guy said it was all my fault that they can't repair it and offered my $10 off to fix it, why would I go back to someone who messed up my phone? I went to get a repair somewhere else and that guy said the bracket was placed wrong where any little pressure will break my phone and that they missed a whole screw and didn't even place my screen back properly that's why my screen was lifting. There were a couple of glitches when we got it home that weren't evident right away, but when I brought it back in, they fixed the issues promptly under their warranty without question or hassle. They're always willing to take customers in and if you want to make sure your wait time isn't crazy long - CALL AHEAD! They take about an hour to do a screen fix. It's fast and simple. I have gone here two times now and they are always following up with their word. There will be a slight color difference in the screen so be prepared for that! Customer service is great. read more

Apple wanted me to pay for a new watch for a screen that kept popping up. Yes, my watch was out of warranty. It's the first one they made. However I took it here and paid $30 for the repair. I was so disappointed in Apple, they gave me the run around to make an appointment with a technician at a verified apple repair store and the technician didn't even examine it, just told me that Apple wouldn't want to repair it, they would want to replace it and told me the cost to replace it would be around $250. He was a life saver! My iPhone screen had froze and no matter what I did, it would not work. I brought my phone into Apple and they were unable to help. I was referred to iPhone Clinic by a nice gentleman from a kiosk at Arden Mall. I decided to make the drive out here and I am so glad I did. Hamid was able to figure out what was wrong with my phone which ended up being a much more complicated case than anticipated, but he was able to complete the work very fast and my phone was up and running within a couple hours!! Don't recommend this place. $140 for a cheap screen replacement. It's hard to text and within two weeks the screen starts cracking! The wait time was the only goof thing about this place.. if you're going to charge so much, you should not be cheap and invest a little in better screens. read more

Amazing! If you have any issues with your smartphone, this is the best place to go! Short version: they kept at it until they figured out what was wrong and fixed it for a small fraction of what it would have been to replace. Long version: Used a phone fan (little fan you plug into your phone and it fans you) and my phone wouldn't charge normal and drained quickly. Apple said I had to replace it. Other places wouldn't work on it either. Went to iPhone Clinic and within a few minutes Gilbert ruled out a bad battery and bad charging port (the easy and less expensive to replace). Said it was probably the power chip. He didn't pressure me at all to get it replaced, but told me what it'd cost. A couple weeks later, my battery was drained to zero. With a bad power chip, you can't charge from zero. They couldn't work on the phone at that time, so they replaced the battery and said when the did the work they'd just apply the money to the service (I ended up keeping the new battery anyway later). Talk about great customer service. When I brought my phone in for repair, they gave me a loaner so I wouldn't be without. Again, above and beyond. After they did the work, I took it home and it still wasn't working properly. When I took it in the next day, they said there were probably some circuits that had gone out and they would need to replace them along with the chip again. So, they took my phone to repair and gave me the loaner again. By this point I'm blown away. They were ultimately able to fix the phone and didn't try to charge me more because it took longer than expected. This place is honest, caring and knows their stuff. I changed to a 1 star, originally I took 3 stars away for the work completed, materials used. I kept the 2 stars because like I said the lady was nice, so was the kid that came in to finish my screen repair and put on a screen saver. But after I submitted the review I received messages from the business calling me names. I've attached screenshots, I gave an honest review, didn't ask for anything, but thought it was important to review. Warning: Long review but in a nutshell they jacked up my my mint condition iPhone replacing the screen. Then said that's the norm. And the screen they put in I guess wasn't OEM, the Apple store really wouldn't say other than asking for a receipt. The people were nice and price was close to other places. But the workmanship is the reason for 2 stars. The lady that took the screen out of my iPhone 7+ to be replaced did a hack job. Scratched the the heck out of a flawless phone we are talking it looked like she took a crowbar to pry the screen out. It cost me $150.00 when selling the phone and the only reason I replaced the screen was to get fair market from it. She told me the scratch were normal and hers weren't as bad as most change outs. Apple looked at it and thought I tried to repair it. Apple asked me for the receipt and name of who sold me the "OEM" screen and did the work. I didn't have my phone where it was... but I found it and need to send to Apple. I'm no sure why they care, but nonetheless it was a hack job and a waste of money. I'd say if you go there make sure the lady doesn't touch your phone. And verify what screen gets put in your phone. read more

Spent a lot of money to have the screen repaired on my Apple Watch and a month later it stopped working. Went back and they said it was water damage. (It was never even in water just the gym) They said once they repair the screen it's not water proof anymore but they never told me that when I got it repaired. They refused to do anything to help. I stopped in there today to get a new battery for my older LG cellphone. They didn't have it in stock but could order it but it would be $70. I opened up my phone and checked the battery model # BL-46ZH and found them for sale on Amazon, Walmart, & others for between $9 and $20. I understand they would charge more as a small store but I'm not convinced there should be a $50 difference. read more
