The funny thing is, I remembered to leave this review because I am currently in the mall and they have a VERY angry customer yelling at them. They will have to deal with her but here is my experience... I had an iPhone 6 that I dropped and cracked the screen. There was no bleeding and the phone still worked perfectly. Three weeks later the phone completely died on me. I brought it to this place and told him what happened. He said that my internal screen finally completely broke or something along those lines. I asked if that made sense since the phone wouldn't even vibrate or ring. He said yes so I let him see what he could do. Well he comes back and says there is no hardware damage and he isn't sure why it stopped working. He informs me that if I take it to Apple they will automatically say it's due to the damage to the phone (this is true). He try's to talk me into paying him to change the cracked screen, then taking it to Apple to see if I can get the phone replaced. He even goes as far as to say he checked and all the warranties have expired for my phone. I politely decline and decide if I have to spend money I should just take it directly to Apple. But I thank him and pay him a tip for his time I take my phone to Apple later that day and they inform me that I have MULTIPLE screw missing from the inside of the phone and ask if I've had the phone fixed elsewhere which will void the warranty. This is the part that pissed me off. So because I won't spend my money here you try to screw me over and leave out screws when putting my phone back together? What kind of integrity is that?! Luckily Apple worked with me since there was NO other hardware damage other than the crack and replaced my whole phone for the price of a cracked screen! Kenny the iPhone THIEF Don't come here. Gave him a phone to fix the screen and paid. He fixed the screen and it was working fine for 2 hrs then the home button stopped working. we gave it back to him so he can fix it over night, cool. Next day when my girl calls to check on the phone status he claims that my girls family had came to pick it up. He said her dad or sister, already sketchy because how are you not going to know who got the phone a woman or a man? Next he says he can't do anything about it and that it's not his problem! How are you going to give away a paying customers phone to somebody that's not them?! That's totally unacceptable. I went in to talk in person and he wasn't there but I talked to him over the phone again saying he can't do anything about it and since I asked at least for a refund since he didn't do his job right he tries to accuse me of setting all of this up to steal the phone ourselves to try and get the refund! He tells me to call the cops if I want but they can't do anything about it. DO NOT USE THEM. Substandard repair, and Terrible service. Technician smells like marijuana, which isn't the best when dealing with a $500 phone or $800 iPad with a personal information Totally worst experience and they are unprofessional. To be more specific, I arrived and technician smelled like pot. He gave me my iPad and while I was checking it out, I realized there was bad ghosting and the touchscreen had some blurring. Also when I touched the screen, there was spreading of the image. I pointed this out and the technician told me that he needed to open it up and to come back in 45 minutes. When I came back in 45 minutes, he went on break, and the return time was over one hour. This is not acceptable as he had my number and told me to come back in the time frame. (Owner, he took longer than a 1hr break). I was walking thru the mall and found this place that fixes phones because it would have cost me 200$ from T-mobile . I was excited to get my back fixed for $50. I didn't like having to give my money first but it was a good deal. Erin was nice but I was never told that the piece was back ordered, and they didn't want to give me a refund then ..ok, fine I'll wait and wait. I waited, called,showed up for about two weeks. The piece FINALLY comes and it's the WRONG color. Guess Erin felt bad because I got a refund, and claimed it was the managers fault. It would probably be a good place, but they need to be more professional. I probably won't come back or recommend this place to anybody else. We went to the mall twice to go fix our iPhone screen and both times he wasnt at his post, so I practically blew up his phone and he never answered. I even asked the Verizon store ppl if they have seen him and even they said that all this guy does is hang around the mall and he loses a lot of business cuz he's never there. So purchased Groupon for repair service and fine print clearly states valid for screen repair LCD repair may cost extra....SO wouldn't that mean you pay the difference of the LCD repair and apply the Groupon to the screen repair. And when I asked how much was the LCD repair cost I was told 25-30$ but I couldn't do it that way I would have to pay 100$ for both now how does that make any sense??!! I'm telling him according to the fine print of your product that your vendor is selling on Groupon LCD repair charges may cost extra so why can't I just pay the difference...it doesn't work that way! Took my ipad in around christmas for a cracked screen. the guy told me that it usually is repaired the same day, but the guy isn't here until tuesday. I paid for it and left the ipad with them to repair, thinking I will pick it up tuesday evening. Well...... I go to pick it up and it is not ready. The repair guy tells me he broke one of the cables and will get it repaired by thursday and that he would call me. Never received a call, never was fixed. Christmas passes and still no IPad. I go to pick it up on the tuesday after, and the guy tells me, there's a problem. The cable they ordered was the wrong one and that they need to reorder one from ebay. I told them, ok, give me the Ipad with a new screen and call me when the part comes in. He replaces my screen, I leave with it, still haven't received a call from them til this day. As for the new screen he put on, it started to come up from the adhesive and has cracked again. What do I do? If i take it back to them, they may finally put the ipad out of its misery and kill it for good......... read more

Bought a Groupon They did a terrible job! Not worth the discount with all the hastle ! Brought in my iPad for a cracked screen repair and all they did was a bad glue job with the new screen . I called them a week later and told them it was coming up already and they said bring it back and that it happened because of the heat? I drove all the way over there and when I arrived the guy told me that they couldn't work on it today and that I had to come back he was too busy and he wasn't nice about it he was quite rude! Why he told me to come in on the telephone I have no idea ! Then when I demanded that they fix it because that's what they told me over the phone he then told me he didn't have another new screen available so they used the old one and reglued it! He stated he would call me when they received another one , which he never did and of course. Now it's been a few months and of course it's coming up again and cracked! Do not waste your money here it's not worth it ! Horrible customer service. I Still have a broken iPad and need to find someone else to fix it ! After a couple weeks my screen started popping out and was becoming unresponsive. Went to go see if they can fix it. Like I haven't dropped it or anything. I went to their new location in Carson. They said they can't touch it because there are no screws in the bottom. Are kidding me?! I haven't touched anything. They're the ones who replaced everything. On top of that. The guy who was helping me this time didn't even want to try and help me. Lazy as heck. I am quite disappointed compared to the first visit. My suggestion ALWAYS check your phone before leaving a repair. Make sure all the screws are on and everything is secure. Or else you will get SCREWED over like I did. read more

I declined and took the iPad elsewhere. Pretty sure attaching the screen should be included in the price of replacing the screen. read more

FRAUD!!!!!!!! I recently purchased a Groupon for this place because there was a great deal going on. I tried calling before so I could find out where in the mall it was located. I called many times but the call would disconnect as if the phone is no longer in service. I still show up to Westminster Mall and find the little stand. No one was there and I was standing there for a bit then the workers at Verizon told me that he's not there and hasn't been there in months!!!!!!! They said that people keep showing up there with Groupon vouchers because he keeps doing this to people. FRAUDS!!!!!!! Wonderful service my phone wasn't charging correctly. The owner did a diagnostic on my phone and found out that my charging port was malfunctioning. He fixed it in 30 minutes. Deceitful and unprofessional !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT do business with these crooks. Charged me $100 to fix the screen on my iPhone. Afterwards touch screen never worked then my phone dropped from a low distance and my phone completely shut off. Took it to Apple and they immediately noticed that specific screws were never replaced with the screen. So when my phone fell the internal battery came apart because it was not held in place by the screws and my phone was Permanently damaged!!!!! read more

All the other reviews are right unfortunately. These guys are SUPER crooked. They charge only slightly less to replace a screen but also they are using terrible parts and obviously terrible techniques because when I got my iPhone 6 back it hardly would recognize the movement of my fingers. My phone worked perfectly fine with a cracked screen and after this guy worked on my phone it now opens a bunch of apps randomly when I am on calls disrupting or ending the call, or I have to pound on the phone hard to text, I can't scroll anymore. The calibration is completely a mess. Hardly useable. I wouldn't recommend anyone going here, you'll pay $100 for subpar parts and work and you'll just damage your phone more. I should have just paid an extra $35 and went to the Apple Store. read more

DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE. Found this place on Groupon. I purchased a certificate for $85 for my screen to be fixed. They did not honor my coupon. They said it needed more than just the screen replaced and it would be $100. So I went ahead and paid for it. The guy said if anything should go wrong with the screen having lines through it or any malfunctions to just bring it back. Less than a week later, my screen had lines through it and was frozen. I took it back and they told me it would be an additional $70. I paid it because I needed my phone, but this place is a rip off. I've contacted my attorney's office. They're going to contact Groupon as well as start a class action suit against them due to all the unsatisfied customers that have had the same issues.
