I got lost, despite GPS, and when I phoned, these folks gave me directions even I couldn't mess up. I used to enjoy their food in Wheat Ridge but ultimately their prices have skyrocketed over the years to the point where it's not worth it anymore to me. I understand how businesses grow and fall but to get to the greedy point of asking 12-15$ for an 8-inch pizza is pathetic. The service in Wheat Ridge was on point (but is permanently closed probably because their building was ACTUALLY falling apart and the ceiling was caving in) but this Denver campus location lacks the calm, quiet, fresh taste, and smoothness of the service that used to be; with the occasional irritated employee with a bad attitude of course, but it just serves as an example of how sh*tty the U.S. economy has become and how it's rippling through businesses and resulting in service and product, well, bein an absolute downgrade on par to my feelings: Sh*tty. Think i'm good with delivery if i get pizza anymore but all good things must come to an end I suppose. read more

One of the better places to eat on campus, I'm glad to have this as an option as there aren't many! I love that I can create the exact pizza I want... I can be a little picky when it comes to pies. They always have a pie of the month. My favorite by far has been the pumpkin with crumble and frosting drizzled over the top... OH. MY. GOODNESS. It was amazing. I usually get something cheesy with white sauce (I'm not a fan of red sauce on pizza, but theirs is ok ish). They have a thin crust and a regular crust, though I can't tell a whole lot of difference between the two, maybe a little more crust on the edges. They also serve beer on tap! Can't go wrong with that! All in all this is pretty tasty. The only complaint is sometimes it's too loud to even think. Being that I'm usually here between classes I would prefer to have a little more comfortable environment. *tip* if you ask for a to-go box, take your food out of the restaurant... I don't usually eat a whole pizza, so I take half with me, even then when I eat it there I feel like a terrible, earth hating person. read more

If you're looking for a quick, easy, & decently priced place to grab lunch while on the Auraria Campus, this is a good option. I say that mostly because all the other food on campus is terrible, though. The pizza is okay. It's pretty doughy and most of the time the ingredients taste pretty low quality. But that's to be expected for a $7 personal pie I suppose. It's good for what it is and will fill you up in a hurry as long as you're not a pizza snob. The atmosphere is what you would expect from a college pizza joint. Crowded, noisy, and a bit drab in my opinion. You might be surprised at how easily pizza and beer go down after a grueling Biology lab...or maybe that wouldn't surprise you at all. Seriously, I think iPIE is the best place to eat on Auraria campus. They have 10" pies, which are perfect for eating all by your lonesome while studying or simply staring into space after a long ass exam or lab practical, and they pretty much have any topping you could ever want. You can design your own or choose one of their specialty pizzas, they all look awesome. My usual is sausage, tomatoes, and green olives and it is always delicious. They have a nice selection of beers if you fancy an alcoholic beverage but they also have a variety of bottled and fountain drinks for those days when you should probably be sober for the walk to your next class. I have never had crappy service here, which I really appreciate, and I also love how they encourage everyone to be environmentally friendly by not taking a box if you are eating in the restaurant. That saves a lot of trees! Also, for those who may not know, iPIE gives out a number of scholarships each year, they are offering 10 $3,000 scholarships for Fall 2017. It makes me feel good to patronize a business that is involved with and gives back to the community. iPIE, my loyalty will extend far beyond graduation! read more

I love the different options you get to really make the pie the way you want it. I have been to the one in Broomfield on many occasions and got the same high quality pie here. Great atmosphere and good service. We went to a show at the King center next door and decided to try this location before the concert. We got there 15 minutes before closing time and I knew we wouldn't be out of there by the time it closed but the guy said no problem to stay as long as we wanted. The pizzas were fantastic and a great price. The atmosphere is what you would expect on a college campus with lots of room and funky wall decor. Job well done. read more

IPie is pretty good. Prices are reasonable and it's always made fresh. Staff is nice. The only reason I give it three stars is because the service time is so unreliable. Sometimes you'll be in and out in like 10 minutes and others you'll be waiting for 25. That wouldn't necessarily be such a problem (certainly not one worth 2 stars) but this place serves a college campus. That means people are stopping by on breaks between classes or on their way to class. That means most people, myself included, are need to be somewhere at a certain time. If it consistently took 10 minutes or if it consistently took 25, that would be fine. But never knowing how long I will be waiting makes it impractical for a quick bite which is a shame because it's far far better than the crap they have downstairs in the food court. I waited for 25 minutes once and ended up being 15 minutes late to class. So overall I recommend it butjust know that you can't really budget for time because you don't know what you're gonna get. read more

This restaurant is located inside the Tivoli student Union on the Auraria Campus, downtown. It's kind of a half service, sit down restaurant. I have heard rave reviews of the pizza from my colleagues (I work on campus), but have yet to try it myself. I always get a salad - the dinner salad is only $6 and you can add up to 5 toppings from the pizza topping list. Veggies are always fresh and the portion is pretty big. This is my all time favorite spot on campus to spend my almost 2 hr. break between classes at. I can concentrate on reading or studying around noise, so the atmosphere doesn't bother me at all. I actually prefer working around the music and chattiness of this pizza/bar over in a quiet library. I love their "bread for the fans" bowl for when I'm not hungry enough for a pizza, but a little snack does the trick. They just put little rolls in a bowl that are free for whoever would like some. I also enjoy their selections of beer. I work at a bar downtown with 50 taps and 500 bottles, so it is sometimes hard for me to find something I haven't tried as far as beer goes, but with their 4 taps (a couple of them rotate) and bottle/can selection, I have had a beer I've never had before almost every time I go in there. To add to that, the student staff are always very helpful and often really funny. I am so glad this place is on campus where I go to school. read more

We love iPie. My kiddo, even at age 4, asks for it by name. I love all the choices: because they are all personal pizzas, everyone gets what they would most like. And it is fun to experiment. My husband always gets the teriyaki sauce with chicken, bacon and pineapple. I'm a ranch sauce girl with sausage and mushroom. And it's nice to be able to pick up the kids a small Hawaiian kind. I can only speak for the pan crust since that is what we all get, but it is delicious. If I was into stocks, I'd put money into this biz as soon as they go public. NOT GLUTEN FREE FRIENDLY!!!! My wife and I ordered a "Gluten Free" pizza and specifically ask if it was GF and told them it was important that it was actually GF because my wife has celiac disease . They insured us it was. While the pizza was good my wife ended up violently ill that night and suffered days afterwards. Base off of her experience, this was no simple cross contamination (seeing that the pizza's are made in the same place that has flour) but full on Gluten exposure. We reached out to the company informing them of the incident and wanted to know if it was just a mistake, but they never got back to us. Sadly this place will never have our business again because it does not look after the health of its customers.NOT SAFE FOR PEOPLE WHO NEED GLUTEN FREE!!!! read more
