I've never been happier with the appearance of my car now that I've finally decided to tint the windows. I've been in the car game for a long time and I know quite a few tint guys, but I've never been happy with their quality of work. As for the guys at iPro Window Tint (ask for Cesar) they do such amazing work and they are also very detail oriented. I couldn't find any minor defects on the film in any of the windows including those little tiny ones in the back doors. I went with the SunTek CXP because I wanted something better than the entry level film but I couldn't go all crazy and spend double the price for Ceramic Film even though I think it's worth it. Overall this was one of the best experiences I've gone through in getting work done to my car. I called one morning and they were able to fit me in that same day, I was in and out in 2 hours. I was referred to this shop by a friend and they do an amazing job here. They have a friendly staff, and the owner, Cesar, keeps it really professional. They're open to questions such as recommendations for tint levels and don't make you feel like you're hassling them for advice. They also provide great hospitality and make sure that you are comfortable while waiting during your appointment. iPro will clean your windows before applying the tint so no need to get a car wash beforehand although that would probably help expedite the process--especially if you have a lot of tree sap, bird poop, or other stubborn substances on your car. They also have a computer that will cut the tint film down to exact measurements which helps speed up the process. Some shops still cut the film by hand which can take longer with more chances of error. Overall great experience and would definitely recommend others to visit Cesar and iPro Window Tint! read more

Honestly, I wasn't sure what to expect since Cesar has so many 5 star reviews - maybe it's too good to be true? Anyway, I contacted him in September and he gave me a quote for his three types of tint. I fall off the grid for several months before I realized how much sun was getting into my eyes and reached out to him for an appointment. He didn't miss a beat and gave me an appointment that week. I went with the ceramic tint for the extra heat reduction and just like the other reviews said, he was done in two hours and the application was perfect. I'm really glad I went with the ceramic since there's a clarity to it that allows for better visibility even with the darkening effect. To sum up my experience HORRIBLE. Yesterday June 11 2018 I went looking for tint shops i felt comfortable with. Looking at the cleanliness of shops and how i felt when speaking to the associates who work there. This was the location i was going to invest into tinting my windows of my 2016 focus st. I chose the suntek cxp 18 rear and 35 front. Today June 12 2018 around 1pm i dropped of my vehicle and within 2 hours i was notfied my car was ready. I get to the shop and noticed 2 blue painters paper towel in the car and green painters tape still wrapped around 1 of the windows. After inpecting cesar and i saw 5 out of the 7 windows that had multuple specs and bubbles in them and claimed that was normal but he did offer to give me a discount or redo the windows. I was not interested in the discount at all and did take him up on his offer to redo the windows. 30 minutes later i was notified my car was ready. I get to the shop cesar was playing his xbox and i noticed all the tint was off. Cesar never got up out of his seat just claimed that i wasnt happy with his work so he removed it. Yes i was not happy with it 5/7 windows had issues. He must have not been happy with it when we inspected the car either offering a discount or to redo them. They replaced the tint on 7 windows (6 sides and the back) on my Audi A3 wagon, and they could not have done a better or more professional job. Of all the places I called for quotes, iPro was the only shop whose quote was reasonable, so I dropped off the car the same day. Although I only dropped the car off around 5pm, expecting to pick it up the next day, they worked on it the next 4 hours, removing all the old tint, cleaning the windows, and installing new tint that makes the car look like a different vehicle. Reached out for a quote and got one right away, on Mother's day! Price was reasonable for the amount of windows I have. Scheduled to bring in my car 2 days later. Dropped it off at 4 and was able to pick it up by 5:30. My driver's side window seemed to not dry well, I believe it's because my window automatically goes down when you open the door. But whatever the reason I sent a photo in a couple days later and the response I got was to bring it in asap and they would make time to fix it. This was impressive to me and earned the stars not only because it looks great but because of their response to an issue. Great Place!! Great SERVICE!! These guys are extremely easy to work with! The shop was very clean and these guys worked fast! They know what to do and work as a team to get things done! I brought in my 2016 Mustang at 3:30 pm and they had me out the door by 4:30 pm. I love the job they did! The boss be will glad to go over any questions you have and let you see the tint in direct sunlight and on your car in case your concerned with what shade to chose. I chose 5% on the back windows and 50% on drivers/passenger. It's not legal on the driver/passenger, but I chose it anyways! They will let you know what is/not legal. LIMITED LIFE TIME WARRANTY!! I recommend this shop and did not hesitate to give it 5 stars. I'm going to bring my mustang back to have my race stripes installed. These guys even do wraps!!
