Was driving and passed by this place...parked, went inside and met Ken, he was clear and straightforward, I asked if he can fix my note 2 in an hour he says he can do it but he would be rushing so he does not really recommend it...I totally understand, who wants a compromised phone anyway?! They fixed my iphone5s cracked screen in less than 1 hour for reasonable price. They added screen protector for free. service comes up with 90 days warranty. After a month, Screen became unresponsive. I went back to this store, Ken identified the problem. It was a small crack that damaged the screen. My kid might have dropped the phone..But Ken agreed to replace the screen for free as a courtesy. He added tempered screen protector for free.. BAD BUSINESS!!! Took my iPhone in to get fixed (cracked screen). Came to pick it up ...great on time, scree was nice. But there's a dent in the back of my phone, they claim that it was like that when I brought it in. (Was not, ive had phone for 6 months, no major damage, except for cracked screen and that came from me dropping it in tile) I would've had no problem, if they would've admitted to denting the phone...accidents happen. But they insisted that it was like that when they got. I PAID!!! and left. A few days later I drop my phone again and it never cuts back on. Long story short I take it into Apple they say there's hardware problems. I told them about this story, they said it's definitely the CAUSE. Had to get a new phone. Amazing service and great price. My daughter dropped her iphone 5 and the screen shattered and the lcd display was not working. We took it in at 5pm and picked it up at 7pm working great. Very nice service and only $65 for the entire repair. I went because of the good reviews I read on Yelp and they were all true. In fact he said if it wasn't beat up around the edges (not the first time she has dropped it) it would only take 15-30 minutes but because of the bent edges it will take up to two hours. Great place to fix your phone. My iPhone SE was cracked, had issues with the LCD and proximity sensor, and its home button was completely nonfunctional. The owner said he would fix all of it for $110, including a $6 tempered glass screen protector. That's a really good deal, considering that the home button and proximity sensor would be $90 on their own. However, he did say that the Touch ID would still be nonfunctional beforehand, but that isn't really a big deal. He got it fixed in about 45 minutes, and I couldn't be happier now that all the main gripes of my phone are dealt with. I definitely recommend this place, and would go again if I had to. read more
