Top notch service! In the last 6 months, I have used PCS HQ to repair two phone screens and my iPad screen and could not be happier with them. After my screen was repaired on my iPad, I encountered another problem with it so I brought it back to them. I was initially impressed with them and their kindness and helpfulness. They helped me with my 5s in late July, but this past week I had an iPhone 6s Plus issue and they were one of the more expensive people to quote me, though as a returning customer they said they'd give me 10% off, but even then they were still pretty high. I don't know maybe I'll consider them again for other stuff, but not my main place. I'll keep them in mind if my first choice place doesn't help me out and for other people who are strict about being served in the Brea/La Habra area. read more

Dropped my iphone 5 on my driveway and the entire front screen shattered, leaving shard of glass in my finger when I touched it. I called up PCS HQ after another place didn't have my color in stock. The man on the phone said he could replace my screen in 20 minutes, and even though they were closing in 45 minutes he told me to come down now. I got there 30 minutes to closing and they kindly helped me. The did a bunch of tests to make sure everything else was working and then changed the screen while I sat there and waited. After the screen was replaces they re-ran the tests to make sure everything was still working and I was on my way. For $160 I got fast and amazing service. Going to PCS HQ was a breeze! read more

A year ago, I cracked my screen and had to get my screen replaced. They were super fast and the price was very reasonable; I was so grateful! Almost a year later, my screen stopped being responsive. So I went to visit them and because I ALWAYS provide some history on my electronics if something seems off, I just mentioned that I had my screen replaced by them a year ago. They looked at my phone immediately and fixed the issue with no charge--AMAZING. I was so grateful for their customer service. However, they were a little bit defensive when I mentioned that the screen had been replaced by them a year ago. It seems like they took it as me accusing them of something, when I was really just providing information. Needed my iPhone 6 Plus screen fixed and these guys offered a free tempered glass screen cover with check in so I decided to see how much services would be. Got charged $116 for a glass digitizer and LCD repair replacement screen + labor costs + sales tax and they fixed everything in front of you as well as place the screen cover on afterwards. Took less than 10 minutes which meant I could have gone during my lunch break and still had time left over to eat. Five stars for professionalism, quality products, and customer service. Beyond excellent service. Galaxy s2. Broken LCD screen. I was quoted 209. Came in with old broken iPhone. Wanted to sell it and get the difference. It was appraised at about 11 dollars and he gave me 20 dollars for it. My phone was repaired on the same day and he even waited for me to pick it up even though it was close to closing time. When I picked up the phone he gave me a phone case and screen protector (applied flawlessly) for free. I was very pleased with the service and highly recommend this place for repairs.
