These guys know what they are doing! They said they could UNLOCK my phone, and they did!!! Other places tried but were unsuccessful. Francisco and Charlie assisted me with great customer service. They also let me bring my dog in to their shop. I just couldn't leave him in the car (It was a very hot day). read more

Professional quality if you can afford the professional price. My phone was broken once, I went to a mall and used the repair service there, the phone was fixed but broken again shortly after the repair service at the mall fixed it. Now, compare to those services at the mall, PCS HQ has three times the quality of service, they will fix your phone quickly, and make it good as new. However, they also charge three times more price than those crappy repair service at mall. read more

I needed a total screen repair after my screen shattered and they really took the time to make sure the phone worked well and the screen was perfect. I'd highly recommend them, it seems like they can fix anything! Had my phone repaired in May for at this place and immediately it didn't work. Took it back and they put in another new screen. About a month ago the glass started popping out. They said it's past their 30 day warranty and nothing they can do about it. I guess that's the catch, just keep buying new phone screens every few months. read more

This place is AWESOME!! I never even knew this place was here. My wife dropped her Samsung 6 outside and cracked the screen. I Googled screen repair and this place popped up with excellent reviews. Combined with excellent yelp reviews and a recommendation from AT&T store I called them up. Unfortunately this happened Wed. Before thanksgiving. They just sold the last 2 screens but they ordered the screens arrived the next day, and they installed it. Awesome service. I hope to never have to replace a screen again but I know where to go if I do. read more

Just came in the morning and was assisted right away by Jason. I was looking into fixing my cracked screen for my IPhone 6. In less than 15 minutes he replaced my screen and did several tests to make sure everything was in order. The price was reasonable ($79). After running over my cellphone (please don't ask) I yelped a cellphone repair spot close to home. I came in and Charlie replaced my phone screen in less than 30 mins. On the way to work I noticed my earpiece was muffled, I came back the next day and he replaced the earpiece for FREE. Good guy and stands by product. Hope to never come here again, but if my cellphone messes up I will definitely be coming here! read more

Just Got my iPhone 6 fixed today. My phone screen was completely shattered- as in there were shards of glass getting stuck to my face each time i would call- and after a while my display completely gave up on me and i was stuck with a phone with a black and broken screen. I went there today as a walk in and was greeted by two friendly workers. I got the refurbished screen and paid 92 dollars which is great because they were able to do the job well in a quick timely manner for approximately $50 less than i would of had to pay if i went to Apple to get it fixed. The man who helped me, i believe his name was Jason, saw that my phone wasn't in the best shape and tightened things up as well as help me find a phone case that had the features i wanted for my phone. i will definitely be going back here if i ever need to! read more

Updated review! The phone screen that they used on my phone completely separated from itself. The LCD is now messed up and my entire front part of my screen is falling off of my actual phone. They claimed to have used high quality products....but then why is my screen separated?! It's as if the glue that held the two parts together just lost it's adhesiveness. Don't come here if you don't want a defective screen, they won't even fix it because I'm out of warranty even though it's their screen that broke on me. I've never had this problem with any other screen fixing company. The front screen started separating a month after I had my phone fixed and Friday I dropped my phone (with a case and everything) on CARPET and the entire front screen popped off! The glass on my phone isn't broken anywhere so you know that it's the entire screen they used on my phone that is defective and not just me dropping it. Not good customer service at all. ------------------------------------------ UPDATED REVIEW 7/22/16 Jason fixed my phone screen for $50 with a refurbished phone screen, didn't charge me for labor costs! Much better customer service than whoever talked to me last time. Thank you read more

Came here on a Saturday morning, was greeted by a really friendly older man, who i'm assuming is the owner of the company. I have nothing to say but good things, my iphone 5 had a shattered screen and damaged LCD and got it fixed for a great price. They did it right in front of me within 15 minutes and it was as good as new. No gimmicks, and the guy that helped me made sure everything was in order before giving it back to me. Definitely recommend and would come back if anything else were to happen to my phone! read more

Again I experienced great service here. I came here October 2016 to get my screen repaired as I am extremely hard on phones. And today I had to go again because I am sooo hard on my phones. Luckily Charlie is super nice and I was able to redeem my Yelp Check-In offer for the tempered glass and he gave me 5% off for being a repeat customer. I highly recommend this place! I broke the glass screen to my HTC Evo 3D phone. I called first to find out if they could help me and Charlie was extremely helpful & courteous, making sure to answer all my questions. He was even willing to stay open for me since it was already close to their closing time by the time I got off work. Once I showed up, I was greeted with friendly service by Jason and Charlie was ready to assist me. Due to the time, I knew I had to wait until the next day to pick up my phone, which was perfectly fine with me. Charlie advised that my phone would be completed by the next morning. VERY GOOD SERVICE. EXCELLENT. FANTASTIC! i brought my phone in twice. once for a broken led screen and cracked screen. he fixed it for me instantly. the second time my charger usb thing was broken. He was able to repair it instantly. NOT TO MENTION. he was not suppose to do this but to fix the charger thing it took a whole night to fix since it was a very careful procedure. the man was KIND enough to LEND me another s3 to use! he was actually suppose to lend me a more downgraded phone if that makes sense. I've been hesitant to write this post, however i was very disappointed by the treatment I received from this place. Initially, I called to get directions, and the person who picked up the phone was pretty rude yet, disregarding the call, I still went in out of desperation to the store. I went in to get my iphone fixed and the owner disregarded me. and eventually called onto Jason Jason was very courteous to me and helped me. On the flip side, Charlie was really rude and was tempered. It really seemed like he did not want to help me and all he did was yell and to me it seemed like he was refusing to provide assistance. I went here after reading the yelp reviews, and definitely I was disappointed and it was not friendly at all. Jason's service of fixing my iphone within 20 minutes is the only reason why I am offering a 2/5 stars. However, if I had a choice I would not return back to this place and I would not recommend this place to my friends. I was ready to get out of there once the Iphone was fixed. read more

I'm not typically a reviewer, but this store has been such a disappointment in terms of fixing my electronics. About two years ago, I came in to fix my broken screen on my laptop. After a couple of hours, they gave me a call saying they couldn't find the parts to it. I said fine and moved on to a different store and got it completely fixed. I wanted to give them a second shot; so a couple of weeks ago, I came in with my phone hoping they would fix my charging port. The guy told me there was water damage and after three tries of putting on different charging ports, the phone still wouldnt charge. My phone worked before I gave it to them since I always took out the battery and charged it through an external port. Now, my phone won't even get passed the logo screen. On top of that, there was a diagnostic fee of 25 dollars. So basically, I paid this place 25 dollars to ruin my phone even more. Thank you so much. I'm never coming back again. read more

NO CONTRACT - NOT TRUE ( FALSE ADVERTISEMENT) Metro PCS claims NO Contract - this is not true. According to their special services dept. no contract means they will not go after the consumer for unpaid bills which is absurd since the "no contract" is always on a prepaid service. Yes, you are on a contract since e. g. if your month end date is on the 20th and you opt out to not use the phone for say one month, the next month that you plan on using the phone you'll have to pay for the month you didn't use it in order to have service. Of course Metro PCS will not come after you for the one month payment since they did not provide any service. So, forget about all the TV and billboard ads. that say no contract. What an awesome place!! I brought in my wife's Samsung Galaxy Edge to have a broken charging port repaired. It turned out that the port was part of an assembly tied in with many components one of which damaged the screen. After determining there was more than one problem, PCS not only replaced the entire charging port assembly but replaced the screen as well, honoring the original quote and footing the bill for a bran new screen out of their pocket! Now THAT'S keeping your customer satisfied! Charlie and the staff were awesome. I was devastated when I accidentally dropped my phone and the screen shattered! I immediately looked for cell phone repair shops near Brea area and came upon PCS so I decided to give it a try because of their excellent reviews. You will not regret it! I went there pretty early so luckily I was able to wait for my phone to get fixed. Service was amazing and Charlie did a fantastic job with replacing my Galaxy S3 cover, it looks like a brand new phone! My boyfriend and I went to this place for him to get his screen fixed on his Iphone. Compared to other places the price was very reasonable, and it only took them a short time to fix it. I ended up walking out of there with a flawless used (seller refirbished) iphone for myself. They also set my phone up for me since i am a T-Mobile user and couldn't do it myself. Because of they're great customer service and good prices not only did we get our phones, but each of us got a case, he got headphones, a charger, screen protectors (they applied, thankfully) and a couple other gadgits. These guys were GREAT! My iphone front screen was cracked and missing chunks out of it, and my power button was jammed. They fixed it right up and made it look beautiful and brand new, I also bought a new case from them..WHICH they gave me a great price. These guys are super friendly and really made me and my friend laugh. I will for sure go back for all my repairs. Don't bother spending your money on an extended warranty from your cell phone company with a deductable of $200 or more. Save your money and take it to Charlie if you damage it. I took him my grandson's Pantech that had been completely submerged in water. Everything inside was tremendously corroded and the phone would not work at all. I left it with Charlie on a Friday afternoon and by Saturday night he had it working perfectly. If your phone can be fixed, he can do it- and at a reasonable cost. Highly recommended! read more

I went to PCS HQ for service because my iPhone was stuck with iTune screen and could not be rebooted. Jason restored my iPhone in less than 30 min. Their service charges are very reasonable, and technicians are courteous. This is the second time I went there for service, last time was there to replace a broken iPad screen, In both time I am very satisfied with their fast service. Also, my phone had been lagging considerably as of late, and they were able to figure out and fix the problem. Knowledgeable staff answered everything that I could think of and I was offered a couple options on how to fix my phone. Charlie at PCS HQ is so very helpful. And, I couldn't believe that his prices were as good and in most cases better than most other cell phones retailers. He really came through in a clutch. My friend dropped his $600 A phone and shattered the screen. Charlie took one look and said "leave it with me one day" and for a very reasonable price he had it repaired. The owner Charlie was great, he responded to my quote request so fast and it was very detailed. I cracked my Samsung s7 edge screen. I went in as a walk in on a Saturday and Charlie fixed my screen in front of me and told me what he was doing. It was a cool process to watch, you never get to see the inside of your phone. Took iPad in to get battery replaced. Called back saying that after replacing battery it keeps restarting and that they couldn't fix it. They basically broke the iPad. Took it to another place and they determined that when PCSHQ took out the battery they weren't careful and ripped one of the pins out of the board. Never again will I come here. read more
