WARNING! -10 STARS Had a cracked screen on iPhone 6 Plus. Everything worked on phone. Just had a crack in glass. They put their replacement screen on and phone stopped working with touch. They told me it needs a touch chip, even tho with cracked screen it was working fine. I paid the extra 150$ for a total of 263.27 (as seen in bank statement below for proof)to do repair they recommended. After about a week I talked to Charlie and he says he took my phone (unauthorized by me) (phone contains all my personal information) to another shop so he can get a second opinion to see why he can't figure it out. where Phone completely stopped working and would no longer turn on. They did a botched repair and couldn't fix what they did. They said we will refund your money and they gave me my phone back in 30 pieces in a ziplock bag. They NEVER offered to leave the screen on it, that's why they made me wait to as they disassembled my phone to resell the screen. MY COMPLETE PHONE I TOOK PCSHQ IN ONE WORKING PIECE WITH A CRACKED SCREEN WAS RETURNED TO ME WITHOUT ANY SCREEN IN A BAG WITH all the screws loose and mixed up along with all the other parts the disassembled. SEE PIC BELOW THIS CAN HAPPEN TO YOU! IMPORTANT .... they speak perfect English unless they don't want you to hear what they are saying about the botched job they did. After the person that did the repair, told Charlie the repair was not working in English, Charlie insisted they speak Korean to hide the truth from me. BEWARE!! I had them replace the LCD on my Samsung galaxy note 5 last December 22, 2016 and charge me for $329 plus tax. The technician and owner assured me that it will be replaced with an OEM Samsung galaxy Note 5 LCD. I know it's a little bit pricey but it was fair enough because I'm getting the original part and not after market plus I get a 30 day warranty. A few days later several purple spots showed up on the right bottom corner on my phone. So I decided to take it today January 3, 2017 to have them repair or replace it because it looks like a defective LCD. The tech and the owner visually inspect and notified me that they CAN NOT give me the 30 day warranty because it was a physical damage that I made with the phone thru pressure that I apply when I put it in my pocket. I asked the owner how could that be if you had it installed an OEM part... if that's the case all Samsung galaxy note 5 will have similar issue with me. I believe that they didn't replace an OEM part. Tech and owner most likely misled me believing that they put in an OEM LCD... all I wanted was to have them replace it and if not give me a refund so I can take my phone somewhere else to have it repair but the owner just ignore my reasoning and insisting that it does not cover the 30 day warranty.... Note.... a lady came in to have her phone fix ... they told her that she needed a sd card. They sold her a 16gb SD card for $19.99 and additional $30 to transfer all info and her pictures to new SD Card.. This just show how they run this business... BEWARE!! read more
