We found this food truck on the street right between the Don Quixote store and their parking garage. We should have phoned out order in, but we didn't; it was a half hour wait. No problem, because good food is worth waiting for. We each got steak plates. The steak was OK, a bit tough. Mine had a garlic sauce that just tasted weird. It was brown and thick, with soy sauce in it, not what I think of as normal garlic sauce on steak.

Me enjoying my delicious food !

Omg this is it! The best Fucken food truck in Hawaii!! Definitely recommend the Ribeye steak and shrimp plate Hands down to the chef definitely puts his hart in every dish

Days and hours of operation. You can try calling or texting, but it's a one man show and he can't pick up the phone most of the time.

NEW MENU SYSTEM: How to & what to order... steps 1-4. I recommend the steak and calamari combo, French beans, asparagus and yakisoba. With spicy garlic sauce. Spicy level 1-10. I usually go for 9, but I would recommend 5-7 spicy level... it can get a bit spicy for those who are not used to powerful spiciness.

Shrimp & calamari steak combo (spicy garlic sauce)

First time trying this place and it was really good! Located in front of the Don quijote parking structure. We ordered a shrimp and calamari steak combo ($19) and got it with yakisoba (+$2) and spicy garlic sauce, so a total of $21 for one plate. He said it'd be about 10 mins so we left to buy something and came back. The sauce was super good and he even gave some extra spicy sauce on the side. The shrimp and calamari were cooked well and I liked the spinach salad that we just ate together with all the noodles. I'd love to come back and try a different combo but can't come that often since price is a little high. But if you are willing to splurge a little the quality and taste makes it worth it.

Steak, shrimp broccoli with teriyaki sauce I couldn't put it down.

We were absolutely starving and just flew in, My wife could figure out what she wanted to eat, and the smell of the food pulled us to it. The operator is very nice and watching him cook is a joy. When we finally got to sit down and eat, we couldn't stop everything. It was just so good!

After shopping at Don Quiote, tried Iron Grill for the first time. Wagon was parked near parking lot. Ordered 3 plates. Chicken $8.50 Brown rice, add on asparagus $1.50 Steak $9.50 Brown rice, add on mushrooms $1.50 Shrimp $10.50 Brown rice, add on green beans $1.50 Choice of sauce or seasoning All got garlic You can also upgrade to: Garlic rice $7.50 Yakisoba, chow fun, udon $1.00 Lots of rice, toss salad included Steak was kinda tough, over cooked Recommend chicken or shrimp, with mushrooms and garlic sauce Good portion Note: got 6 big shrimp, although menu said 8-10 Cash only Food came out pretty fast.

Cool steak angle

Loaded!!! Been going to here for years, the steak is absolutely top tier. Used to be $10 a plate but thanks Joe JKJK. A must try, awesome value and taste, look at the picture!! $15 for the steak, add ons cost $2, cash only, located in a convenient area next to donq. You can even text your order in. The picture is steak with white rice and garlic sauce, if you don't want lots of sauce (like LOTS of sauce), I recommend just salt pepper garlic. He stays open pretty late sometimes too, good for late dinner.

Ribeye garlic steak with mushrooms only $12! Delicious!

Teppanyaki made to order to go! Although it's a food truck it is not fast food. Chief cooks each order, to order in the order they come in. Me and my friends waited 45 minutes for our order. We ended up chillin at Don Quixote and picking up some cold drinks and snacks. Best bet is to text in your pre order ahead of time so it's ready for pick up by the time you get there and find parking. It was a long wait but worth it! My ribeye garlic steak with mushrooms was delicious! It was affordable to, only $12. Not sure I want to wait 45 minutes again so next time I'll text in my pre order.

Love it. Local. Fresh. Tasty. Been to this food truck many times for both lunch and dinner. Hard working chef and his cheerful assistant aim to please. The pink sauce you can add yourself is to die for. Check out menu in photos. Text order for fast pick up. You will love it!

Since last months I've been always wanted to grab lunch in this food truck. They got pretty good reviews too. And finally I was able to try it yesterday! Combo Plate ($15.10), chicken + shrimp + brown rice + tossed green salad + salt, pepper, garlic. Pretty exciting right? Chicken meat is no doubt onolicious! Meat is cooked just right! Seasoned spice is perfect and compliments well on the meat. The touch of iron grill cooking (thumbs up)! Shrimp on the other hand ain't that flavorful. It needs a little bit of kick. Shell is on by the way, kind'a messy but I don't care. I'm a big fan of shrimp actually. Shell on or off, doesn't matter. Hahaha. I can eat them the whole day as long as cook perfectly and the flavor is on spot. The sauce, first of all I should have not chose with garlic. I mean, they put way too much garlic on it that at some point it subsides the taste of the dish. Rice was almost swamp with sauce that taste salty. Not just a lil bit salty but every time I chewed the food, saltiness seems to follow on it. Tossing the green salad on the plate is pretty impressive. Love the dressing! Customer is really great. The woman who took the order is so friendly. And the guy, the chef itself is so knowledgeable enough to know what he's doing. I tell you, he really got the talent. Will definitely need to make a trip back in this food truck. That's for sure. I wanna try their other menu. Mahalo & HAPPY JUANDERING fellow yelpers! www.juanderbandit.world

Excellent made-to-order food and friendly service with a smile. The place looks clean, smells great, and the steaks are perfect.

I also enjoyed the lobster tail and grilled vegetables, which consisted of onions, sprouts, and zucchini. They served the best side car I've tasted, which consisted of Hennessy and blood orange. Unfortunately, the rewards program experience left a very bad impression. We spent over $300 and were never informed about the rewards program until after we had already paid and received our to-go box. When I asked if our purchase could be applied to a newly created account, the request was denied. If a restaurant offers a rewards program, guests should be informed before paying so they have the opportunity to earn points on their visit. It feels unfair to advertise rewards but not make customers aware of them until it's too late to benefit. We enjoyed the meal itself, but the lack of transparency regarding the rewards program took away from an otherwise great experience. Management should do a better job of informing guests before checkout.

My husband went to leave an 18% tip and she actually stopped him and said no, he needed to do at least 20% because we were a "party of six." She then went and did the exact same thing to my friend. Honestly, if there's a mandatory gratuity for larger groups, that's fine, but tell us upfront or just add it to the bill like normal. Don't stand over us and call us out while we're trying to pay. We eat out at least three times a week and have never had anything like this happen before. And counting a one-year-old as a full "person" for the headcount? Come on.
