Rosa was the best server ever. We just finished working EDC and this was our first real meal of the week. It was so good and she added to the experience.

Had read about the 4th of July special for military and veterans. Went to the Summerlin parade and drove to Petro. Restaurant clean and bright. Server, Nelly, friendly and took my order. The chicken in Chicken Parm was good but the spaghetti sauce lacked flavor. On the way out noticed a dozen one cent machines. Cashed out $130.. Nice food and service (and lucky too).

We called to make reservations. A guy answered then placed us on a hold for a while so we hung up and called again. When we called back a female answered and we asked about reservations. She said just to come on in so we did. We were sat quickly as there's a lot of tables and a pretty good size restaurant. This is a truck stop located on the furthest north off the 15 by the speedway. Food: * Traditional breakfast with bacon, eggs, toast and hashbrowns. * Ham & Cheese Omlette. The food was ok. Nothing that stood out but your simple breakfast. Our server was quieter / timid compared to the other server. Don't think I'd ever return. Service was OK... they messed up on my order and gave me hashbrowns instead of fruit. No apology but she said she'll get me fruit.

AVOID AVOID AVOID This is our new bar on LOW. my husband had to wash our utensils. We were startled more than once hearing yelling by the staff, as if we were at a bar. our waitress turned only partially away while partially covering her mouth when she coughed. and let's talk about the amount that they charge you for the food. It is outrageous for such a low class experience. The fact that they charged extra for an ingredient that just normally comes with omelettes is outrageous. An extra dollar if you want cheese? What the heck? this place is a bit lower quality than your Denny's or blackbear diner. what makes it a lower quality? I would say the staff!!!! Terrible manners. touching the tops of our cups, not being very clean, and the utensils were the crappiest and the cheapest you will find. At a diner, you can expect stuff like this to happen, but you would also expect diner prices. We paid an upper class price for one of the lowest class diners I've ever been to in my life. we went to an upper Class restaurant later that evening and paid $25 more for our bill? The price difference between a diner and an upper class restaurant should be much larger than that. this establishment needs to change their prices. Here's my recommendations for the owners: just because you're next to a popular venue does not make it honest for you to charge upper class prices. Also, my recommendation to you is to train your staff. I don't blame them for what they probably just don't know. Train your staff to be more professional, and have better table and people manners. They seem like great people who are trying, but just haven't been trained. The staff and waitresses are the face of your company and they literally represent the chef and especially the owner. if your waitresses have bad table manners, I am only led to believe that the chef has bad food manners. and who knows what's happening behind-the-scenes. it makes it even tougher for me to enjoy the meal when I have the question in my mind, "do they even wash their hands using the bathroom?" also, my husband is pretty ticked off because he was expecting skillet meal options. We will never ever come back here again ever. avoid avoid.

It's close to work for an out of office lunch option, not bad. Inside the gas station, easy to miss. I had no idea it was even there til today. Service was good, pups come back.

Breakfast for dinner was on the mind. And this place always provides a home cooked vibe all the way. The waitresses are always very friendly to where you don't feel like your just a customer. When you first walk in there is the seating for the truckers so make sure unless your trucker you walk more towards the back. As our truckers deserve those seats with the long hauls they do to bring us our goods across the US. They have a soup- and salad bar as well. The menu is 24 hours a day and everything is served on iron skillets - thus the name We got the chicken fried steak and eggs ( which they are known for), and the eggs with sausage. The food was great. Location is convenient right off the 15/ Speedway, ample parking. I mean it is a truck stop

Breakfast buffet plate: biscuits and gravy, hash browns, bacon, sausage, pork fritter, Denver scramble, peppers and onions.

A friend recommended we stop here for breakfast or lunch on our way to Zion, Utah. We always make a…read morestop in Vegas to stock up on groceries and grab brunch before heading to Zion for camping. The food here is incredibly fresh and absolutely delicious - but they really need to step up their dishwashing and make sure the food is served hot. There's nothing worse than ordering coffee and seeing purple lipstick on the rim of your cup. It makes you want to leave right away. Then comes the inner debate - do you say something and risk being that customer, or just wipe it off and move on? On top of that, getting food that's supposed to be hot but arrives cold is frustrating. You sit there wishing you were at home where you could just microwave it - because the food is that good and would taste even better at the right temperature. Our experience wasn't helped by our waiter, who seemed disinterested after the lipstick incident (same guy mentioned in previous reviews that comes off rude AF/ agreed!). We didn't feel like asking for much after that. On the bright side, one of the waitresses was amazing - she looked like she was carrying the whole place. The chef clearly knows what she's doing because the food coming out of the kitchen was fantastic. That said, attention needs to be paid to cleanliness and serving hot food. There's no excuse for that. Despite these issues, I gave it five stars because the problems are fixable and don't take away from how incredible the food is. For reference, we visited on Friday, January 3rd, in the morning. There was a nearby parking structure and no wait time. The decor is a mix of farm-to-table and modern bistro - nothing overly exciting or disappointing. We were just looking for a good brunch spot, and this place is truly a hidden gem. Hopefully, they address the concerns we mentioned because it's worth coming back for! __________ To the Chef, Your food is incredible - truly Michelin-worthy. However, the staff is serving it cold and sometimes on dirty dishes. This isn't the first review mentioning these issues. Also, the tall white guy with grey hair was incredibly condescending and rude. Hospitality doesn't seem to be the right fit for him. It's disappointing to see someone like that representing the amazing work and love you pour into your dishes. On the flip side, the waitress with long brown hair was picking up the slack and holding the place together. She deserves recognition - maybe even a promotion. I hope you see this because if the team can consistently serve food hot and on clean dishware, this place could easily become the top brunch spot around. We appreciate your talent and hope this feedback is helpful! - Vee & Mike

It has a rustic, darker ambiance and not your usual bright and sunny brunch spots. The menu not too big, but offered enough varieties that we decided to try the biscuit and gravy as well as the corned bee hash. We also got house coffee and they were from mother ship coffee. Food came out quickly, but they were lukewarm and felt like it was already made and just put under a food light to be kept warm. The biscuit was good and soft, but the gravy was a little too salty. The corned beef came in a smaller portion than I expected, and the beef was diced too thin that they didn't have great texture and flavor. Coffee was good, but overall food was not as good as we'd expect. Service was average, the waitress was nice but didn't offer much service besides bringing out initial water and coffee over. No one really checked in on us after the food was served. I'd most likely not be back as there are many other brunch places in the downtown area to explore.

We were enjoying the music and it was a vibe until it came to pay the bill. At 9:30 PM, a full 30 minutes before the posted closing time of 10:00 PM, the staff began rushing us out while my wife was still eating. When it came time to pay our bill, our bank cards were temporarily unavailable due to a system outage. We had the money. This was not a financial issue. It was a technical one we were actively working to resolve. Instead of being given a moment, security surrounded our table and treated us as though we were attempting to leave without paying. We were not. We never attempted to leave. I want to note that a couple of the security members were actually kind and professional throughout. A manager then approached with immediate hostility white male, tattoos, wearing a white crop shirt, and beige pants) no introduction, and no interest in hearing our explanation. I want to Emphasize That everyone working there refused to give me his name (white male) I even attempted to ask him and he walked away. He made demeaning remarks about our finances and specifically told us that if we didn't pay, he would call the police and trespass us, but if we paid, he would not. We paid. My brother sent $30 via Zelle directly to a security staff member to settle the bill. It was paid in full. He called the police anyway. And trespassed us anyway. I had offered to leave my ID as collateral, leave card information on file, or return the next morning. Every offer was refused before we even got to that point. The responding officers acknowledged his behavior was inappropriate. His own staff was visibly uncomfortable. Unless you are prepared to be treated as a suspect over something completely outside your control, I would think twice before dining here.

The waitstaff were dressed very casual, jeans and t-shirt casual. Although the food is upscale, everything else about this place seems very casual diner like. We could even see most of the work going on in the small kitchen. Mostly shareable plates... Our table chose the deviled eggs with caviar - these were a hit! Dynamite shrimp, most at the table liked these, they were spicy and the flavor was decent, but I just felt like the sauce made the breading a bit soggy and it wasn't a favorite of mine. Pork Belly - This had a buffalo sauce on it, which I wasn't too excited about at first, but it worked better than I expected. Wish it was just a little crispier but it was tender and I enjoyed it. Oxtail risotto - this one had mixed reviews from the table, I really enjoyed it. The flavor was good. There's only a small amount of meat and it's shredded into the risotto. Overall the consistency was a little weird, very thick and almost sticky/dry, plus the dark color. They had a steak on the menu and the flavor was great, one of the pricier menu items but it was a good share. My wife ordered a burger without the bun. She said the patty was well over-cooked and so it was pretty dry. They don't offer gluten-free buns or bread - bummer. The service was generally prompt, but seemed uncoordinated at times. For example, it seemed our waitress was also handling a very large party outside on the patio, and randomly the hostess would bring us a drink refill (hostess stand was right beside our table). That's good in a way, they are all a team, but she also picked up my plate and silverware after only the first appetizer - mind you they bring everything out as it's ready, so don't expect the whole table to eat together, you are expected to share! When I asked if she could replace my silverware, she grabbed a fork and knife and handed to me, but they weren't rolled in a napkin or anything, just barehanded me some silverware... anyway, I thought that was odd. Overall, the food had some bright spots and perhaps worth a lunch if you are downtown. I probably wouldn't seek it out again, but I'm not mad about the meal we had either.

Bacon Nation slaps slices on just about everything but French toast, and even that can be topped with bacon butter and bacon-infused syrup. The build-your-own omelet is a worthy breakfast, stuffed with two veggies and two meats of your choice. Cheddar, diced onion, and two types of bacon inside three eggs was a winner. Be sure to get some thick bacon slices to go (mango habanero, maple glazed, honey-cured) - always nice to chew on during that nine hour Sunday evening drive back to SoCal. And unlike those anorexic slices that fast food places put on their burgers, you can actually taste this bacon. Open 7 a.m. to 2 p.m., they serve lunch too and if you're in 'growling stomach mode', try the Boarrito but be forewarned - this is a pork-fest of a monstrosity that's not designed for consumption by weight watchers or thoroughbred jockeys. A large tortilla filled with ham, sausage, bacon crumbles, pulled pork, guacamole, sour cream, and pico de gallo is then wrapped on the outside with countless slices of more bacon, smothered with cheese sauce and sour cream...now I need to take a nap just thinking about digesting it.
