The difference in professionalism and customer care is night and day -- and not in a good way. I spent the last two days trying to purchase a vehicle, walking in with $70,000 cash, ready to buy. Instead of being treated like a serious customer, I was met with disorganization, unprofessional behavior, and staff who seemed either uninterested or completely untrained. The current GM (as of March 2026) sets the tone, and unfortunately that tone is terrible. His attitude trickles down to several of his employees, and it shows. I currently own a Honda and even purchased the Honda Service package, but the service department here is a joke. The staff is unprofessional, lacks basic knowledge, and the manager... well, let's just say "winner" in the most sarcastic way possible. It's all a reflection of poor leadership. The only person who deserves recognition is Rita, the shuttle driver -- a genuinely kind, professional, and standout human being in a dealership that desperately needs more people like her. Lithia Motors should take a hard look at what's happening at this location. At this rate, it's only a matter of time before complaints pile up. The Better Business Bureau will be hearing from me.

I left numerous messages and got nothing. Finally my car stalled and I got help to bring my car there. The service there was great, they took care of the issue and then told me they would contact me regarding prices to change my tires and for an oil change. Then NOTHING AGAIN! No calls no emails no nothing! Called the dealership service department numerous times and got no call back, even called Ray who helped with the purchase of my car and he said he would have someone call and no calls. Had to drive there to get a quote which I think is ridiculous! Such poor service, need to work on the service in the service department. It's hard because I bought my previous Nissans from Mew City Nissan on Oahu, and their service department was amazing. Hate to compare but maybe they can help you all with your service department.

Worried that there wasn't going to be anything within our budget. As we were dropped off the clouds unzipped and it was raining. Not conducive for browsing a lot. Imagine our surprise when a car that was within our budget and so much more beautiful than we ever expected was sitting right at the doors of the store. We met with Wilson who invited us in, shared such Aloha and ensured we were comfortable while we awaited to talk to a sales agent. He was actually speaking to another person who was looking at the car we liked. That man decided to wait and his processing was our blessing. Daniel Paiva was the best sales agent I have ever encountered. All my purchases have been on the mainland and we were excited to purchase here on Maui. I informed my husband that it's such a game when it comes to purchasing yet here it was all upfront and no pressure to give a bigger down payment and no pressure with the purchase that we had chosen. The finance approval process was harmless and fast. We were approved quickly. We would've driven off the lot had our insurance agent could have been contacted but they did about an hour after Servco closing. My insurance agent emailed the insurance binder and Monday morning the car was ours. Fair and manageable payments with a loan we can live with and probably pay off sooner. Daniel helped set up our phones and offered further assistance down the road. When we are ready to purchase our second car we know where to go and strongly recommend. Perfect human to represent such a wonderful company!!!!! She was patient , kind and caring. I told her the story about how my 2012 Outback saved my life in the Lāhainā fire. I could see how she really cared and listened as I was emotional. It was that time to trade in my Moloka'i mule. (That's what I called my Outback) We ended up getting a black Crosstrek Wilderness!!!!!! It's been almost a week I been driving this beauty!!! I Love everything inside and out !!!
