Our waiter (Tecle) came to our table and answered our questions and made recommendations. My friends ordered a burger and it was served on Parmesan bread, they gave it a "10." Cooked the way they ordered it and they loved their choice. I ordered a Roast Beef sandwich that was listed as a "favorite since 1971." I asked our waiter if he would recommend it and he said "definitely," so I went with that. Very happy I did, it was excellent, but a huge sandwich, I could only eat half. It came with waffle or plain fries. My fries came out barely warm and I got our waiter's attention and he abruptly stopped what he was doing and brought me "hot" new fries. The last person in our group ordered "Beef and Broccoli" Chinese food and that came with fried rice or steamed rice, he chose the fried rice and it came with Hot and Sour Soup which he said was amazing. I explained to our waiter that one of my friends was 82 years old and he eats a bowl of vanilla ice cream every day and I needed to know if they had any. Our waiter smiled and assured us that he would bring it right out. Can't ask for anything better! It turned out the gentleman that ordered the ice cream recognized our waiter from a previous restaurant he worked in. It's a small world.

During one of our visits, we had a server who was from the Philippines and my family bonded over that because we are also Filipino. I tried different things from the sandwich menu. Their Chilled Deli sandwich is a fan favorite, and I enjoyed it very much. I also tried and enjoyed their Clubhouse sandwich. I also tried things from the Asian menu, namely the Asian Sampler, Wonton Soup, and Stir Fry Vegetables. All of them hit the spot, and those were enough to feed three people. The ambience is nice and chill, and I'd definitely come back whenever I'm in the area.

We came in at 7am - this task isn't done at the end of shift yesterday? We waited another couple of minutes and walked. We were never acknowledged by the server. No coffee. We started off with the lunch special, I ordered orange chicken (nice and crispy), and mom ordered the Mongolian chicken, fantastic.
