He was able to back up files, reinstall windows and restore our files. He offered to work on it at our place, drop it off to his place, or pick it up. We ended up dropping it off to his place in the morning since he was just down the road and we were able to get our computer back at the end of day.

From there, he helped me order the right parts and took me step by step to doing a PC rebuild to make sure everything works and none of my data was lost. The parts came in and Korey came and picked all the parts up and began the rebuild, taking me step by step through the process. Communication was Excellent and he sent photos of the assembly. He asked me for the necessary computer information and was able to give me a reasonable price that was way cheaper than buying a new laptop! He was very responsive throughout the process and let me know when he had ordered the part for my computer screen fix. The repair was done within a few days of him receiving my computer, which he had very graciously picked up while he happened to be in my city.
