We love finding locally owned restaurants everywhere we travel. Found Rosmarino's this past…read moreSaturday evening and decided to give it a try since it was close to where we had been shopping. The inside was clean and open with a fair amount of seating. We dined in and were seated immediately with the waitress coming right over to take our drink order. Mind you, she was the only waitress but she was very attentive. There was decent foot traffic while we dined - they tend to do a good amount of takeout. The mozzarella sticks were served first, and while they had a decent taste, the cheese was solid with no pull. My son attempted to do a pull and the whole piece of cheese just fell out. He loves cheese sticks so he ate them and said they were okay. He also ordered the spaghetti and enjoyed it more. It was a nice sized plate which allowed for a take home. 17yos get hungry quickly. My husband ordered the four cheese ravioli and it was served piping hot. The plate must have been put in the oven bc it would burn you! He really enjoyed it and also had enough left for a take home. Now I on the other hand ordered the Philly and was a little disappointed to find it cost as much as it did for just a sub. Granted the menu didn't mention chips or fries but I just thought most places serve the sandwich with something and I think it was like $15. While the sandwich was just okay, based on my meal alone, I would not go back. I've definitely had better Phillies and cheaper. If we do decide to dine here again, I will not order a sub/sandwich. There are a few other locations nearby with similar menus that I would give a try first before returning. Again, it was okay but I would need more incentive to want to return. Our waitress was great though.

They were even good reheated the 2nd day in the air fryer. Clam pizza was amazing. Very different than anything I've ever tried before. Being from the south I've never had CT style pizza so didn't know what to expect. Decor is nice but all the exposed wiring from the TVs is quite an eyesore. Cleanup the wiring and the experience will be much improved. I would recommend to try this restaurant and I will definitely be back for more wings and a different pizza.

There is exposed wire all over the restaurant and equipment that is not being used. We walked in and seated ourselves and we were not greeted, not a big deal. Our waitress came over and did not have a mask on for these crazy COVID times. We asked for a drink menu since you cannot have pizza without beer. The drafts on the menu were out. I asked what the taps were replaced with and she had to find out but could not tell me what kind of beers they were just the beer company. ‍ I ended up with a coffee beer but no idea what it was called. It was good though! We ordered the cheese curds and they came out hot and quick. We were the only ones in there which was kind of weird. We also ordered the small clam pie and small order of parmesan garlic wings. The wings had really good flavor. The pizza was good as well but a little overcooked for my liking. The bathroom I visited needed some attention as well as far as housekeeping. They seem to have some good specials during the week.

Absolutely awesome food and service. Both my first and second visit to this establishment were…read moreoutstanding. Our friends have been here numerous times and I can see why they keep going back. Our party of five were seated as quickly as they could during a very busy time for supper on a Friday evening. Our table ordered different salads to start, and each was appreciated. I had the Caprese. I cannot stress enough, how generous the portions are, how fresh everything is, and very tasty. Our table got two different kinds of pizza, a type of cheese bread (they ran out of garlic knots, which is understandable since they're incredible, and understandably sold out quickly!). The five of us kept commenting on how good everything was, hot when served, and oh my goodness the amount of cheese! I ordered the calzone like I did last time. I asked for jalapeños and mushrooms, and these two were included in generous amounts. My Caprese salad was excellent, with one small detail that I'd prefer: they use plain iceberg lettuce (all our salads did). I would prefer arugula or a mixture of dark greens instead. The generous amount of soft mozzarella made up for this, along with lots of huge chunks of fresh tomatoes, big black olives, a touch of basil and a drizzle of olive oil were spot on! The parking is free in the adjacent lot. Wheelchair accessible. Generally clean areas, although the bathroom could use a new paint job and a bit of a deep clean. Again, Friday nights seem to be very busy, so be prepared to wait for a table, and a loud-ish atmosphere. All the team members were working so hard and seem to have a great attitude with one another and the patrons. The dessert menu is pretty limited, but includes tiramisu and cheesecake. This is easily our go-to restaurant and worth the 40 minute drive from where we live! Two thumbs up for sure.

The food is always excellent. The staff is friendly. They really care about their customers.read more
