Italio is a tasty hidden spot serving up some great Italian-Argentinian fusion cuisine in Vegas. Tucked into a local casino (Molly's Tavern) off of busy Eastern Ave, it's a glassed-in smoke-free environment with a menu of small plates, tapas, and entrees from Chef Izzy Cabrera. I originally saw this spot on social media and made plans with a friend to come by for a weekday dinner. Note that they do also offer online ordering and takeout, but the quality of food here and presentation of dishes are best enjoyed on site, IMO. We shared the short rib empanadas and frito misto to start, with the Branzino and Calabrian pasta for our entrees, and the tiramisu with orange for dessert - this was more than enough for two people and allowed us to get a good feel for the chef's strengths. The empanadas were a wonderful starter, filled with tender beef inside delicate crispy skins, topped with two sauces. The frito misto featured a combination of squid rings and tentacles with prawns, with a marinara style sauce for dipping and a creamy pesto sauce on the plate. Pieces were lightly breaded and nicely crispy. The grilled Branzino dish was great, tender fish served atop a Calabrian pepper risotto with a citrus sauce that I could not get enough of - this dish wasn't spicy but had a nice warm heat to it. The same sauce base is used in the Calabrian Pasta for a creamy linguini dish topped with a trio of perfect prawns. Both entrees were really good and the portion sizes were large, ample for sharing. We ended with dessert, a cup of tiramisu with orange - an unusual flavor combination for me but one that somehow worked well without either the orange or the coffee notes overpowering the other. The food was wonderful and service was attentive and friendly throughout. I would like to come back for the Argentinian Asado combo that the table next to us ordered for dinner: it's a surf and turf platter with bone marrow and chimichurri rice, how amazing does that sound?! They also have brunch and some dinners have live music available, which we would like to try as well. Hopefully this spot will do well enough to eventually move elsewhere, as the location is a bit of a deterrent for some and difficult to stumble upon if you don't already know about it.

Hi guy's, we were looking for an late night Italian restaurant and stumbled on this love haven. We were a little surprised that it's located inside of Molly's! I know!! Wait don't be discouraged. It's beautiful inside. Once you walk through the front entrance it's off to the right. When we came in the owner greeted us along with his executive Chef. The staff was friendly and seated us quickly. Menu's were brought over and we ordered wine and appetizers. And next our entrees. First came the wine, it wasn't the best but it's something I've had before. I'm not into dry wines so this was fine for me. We ordered the Moscato D'asti which was $30 for the bottle. Now the fact that the correct label was on and not a glass of the same wine for $15-$25 was honest and I appreciate that. Next our appetizers were tomato soup and grilled cheese. Very good, thick with the bold flavors, and the acidic taste was cut with balsamic. Entrees!! My choice was the sea bass on a bed of risotto. The bass was on point crispy but tender and not over dry as I've had before. The risotto was a little spicy but I'm a baby with spicy but it paired perfectly with the bass. Hubby: Braised short rib, fingerling potatoes, broccolini with a Marsala sauce. He said it was outstanding. Dessert: absolutely delicious! Listen guy's try this place, I'm serious!! Date night dream. The music is so romantic.

What a treat ! And thank you for the recommendation. Went for dinner and was very surprise by the quality of food for the price. Everything was delicious and great service. We were 3 and had a wonderful time from beginning to the end. I Definitely will be back.

I took my wife here for our Anniversary and was blown away by the amazing ambiance and excellent food. We enjoyed beautiful live music while we were dining and I apologize I don't recall the name of the performer. The food was amazing and delicious my wife loved the branzino it was incredible and I loved the short rib empanadas! This is now our special restaurant where we come for romantic and intimate times it makes us so happy. I loved that the chef came out and asked how we enjoyed our meal and explained a lot about his cooking. This place is truly special

Great place!!!! I have to say that it literally is a whole in the wall place, it's a nice little spot inside the bar , but once you go in as it's separate from the bar area it is an awesome little getaway, great staff, phenomenal service, and amazing food! This place is an Italian restaurant with an Argentinen infusion. The food and the presentation of the food is amazing with an amazing taste. This is defiantly a place to see and I will definitely will be returning. The chef is on to something here with his creations of food. I loved the staff, very hands on and on top of everything for it being a small little place I never expected a 5 star service as if I was a fine dining restaurant at the strip. You have to try the specialty plate for 2, it has a great variety of chimichurri rice, steak, octopus, vegetables and Bone marrow I'm sure there was more but I can't remember the rest haha. A place that will. It disappoint!!!

Table setting.. I love the simplicity of it

We went to Italio for their Easter Brunch Special. They have different menus for this event. I was so satisfying on how they welcome us with the owner and the staffs. We started our brunch with some drinks. We ordered ham and cheese Empanadas, chimmichuri muscles and Asado & Huevos and we end with a sorbet ice cream. I would recommend all of them to try when you visit Italio. Foods are amazing, you will never regret it. Note: 1.check for their hours what time they open and double check if under 21 is allowed. 2. They are close to freed bakery in Easter Ave Las Vegas 3. Sometime they have performer it depends if they have more reservation.

First! And won't be my family's last! This place is a hidden gem with elevated experience and food. It is rare to find a good restaurant with both exceptional food and customer service. This location adds great value to the Henderson community and worth the drive. The food has flavors beyond paying over priced Las Vegas Strip price. Come one time and you will get hooked! A place you won't regret, I promise.

I heard about this restaurant from a friend of mine who's a major foodie....let me just say It did not disappoint! The food is incredible and if you can believe it, taste even better than it looks. The presentation alone is a A+++. I was so amazed by this restaurant that I decided to have my bridal shower here. The owners went above and beyond making my party special and customized the menu to our liking. Chef Izzy you are a master at your craft. *the empanadas are a must

I've been wanting to write this review since last week. That's when hubby & I had a pleasure to taste some of the amazing dishes of Italio and Gyu. These 2 places are located inside Molly's tavern on Eastern Ave in Henderson. Hubby wanted to take me there for a few weeks now and we finally made it. I must say the dishes & service were amazing! We were told we should definitely come back during their sunday brunch. Looking forward to the second location closer to us in SW part of the valley

It shares the main door of Molly's but they have their own private section. It's great because you don't even realize Molly's is next door once you're inside the restaurant. We've eaten here before and every time the food is delicious. It's clean, great staff and atmosphere especially during live music. Next time we are going for Sunday brunch!

The place is a bit hard to find, but the food is delicious! The restaurant shares a location with Gyu and is inside Molly's Tavern. We ordered the short rib empanadas, Calabrian pasta, and chimichurri steak. The Calabrian pasta was delicious but came with a hefty portion of noodles. The empanadas came with 2 sauces that were so good we wanted to scrape the rest off the plate after we finished the empanadas. The chimichurri rice also had nice bits of crispy rice in it.

Had a great service by Andrew. Must try the Short ribs empanada and the Argentinian Asado for 2.

Small plate , not at all shareable but taste great! For main course we tried the tagliatelle con fungi and the paralleled mimmo. Both were delicious! Wine was crisp light and perfect with my meal. Ambiance was nice for a date night or a nice evening with friends. Our server was nice. Nothing special, but pleasant. The place is a bit pricey, but id come back for a nice meal.

Ferraro's Saved Me a Flight to Italy!…read more Hey y'all! Okay, so listen... y'all might have to sit down for this one Y'all apparently I don't need to book a flight to Italy because Ferraro's Ristorante brought Italy right to my front door! And yes, I said front door, because I had my food delivered. Before I even get to the food, can we talk about the CARE they put into this delivery? Everything was packaged and sealed so well. Nothing looked like somebody just tossed it into a bag and said, "Next!" Even the utensils were wrapped and presented with care. Y'all know I notice the little things, and to me, that says a lot about a restaurant. Now let's get to the FOOD! I ordered the lasagna, and y'all... YESSS! Rich, saucy, cheesy, meaty and comforting. This was the kind of lasagna that makes you get quiet for a minute because talking is interfering with eating. Ferraro's, y'all just saved me airfare to Italy! They also included fresh bread that's made fresh daily, let me tell y'all about that olive oil! This wasn't just some plain little cup of oil tossed into the bag. You could actually SEE the seasonings settled at the bottom. I gave it a little stir, dipped that bread in there, added some of the cheese they provided and Y'ALL! That olive oil had FLAVOR! The bread soaked it right up. Something so simple made the meal feel even more like an Italian restaurant experience--right at my own table. And THEN came the CHEESECAKE! Y'all, that cheesecake was delicious! Creamy, smooth and topped with berry sauce and fresh strawberries, blueberries, blackberries. And they were NOT stingy with those berries either! The creamy cheesecake with the sweet-tart fruit was the perfect ending to the meal. What really impressed me was that although this was a delivery order, I still felt the care Ferraro's puts into its food and presentation. From how securely everything was sealed and packaged, to the utensils, bread, seasoned olive oil, cheese, lasagna and that beautiful cheesecake--it felt like somebody actually cared about the experience I was going to have when I opened that bag. Anywhoddles... if you're in Las Vegas craving Italian food and don't have Italy airfare sitting around, you might want to give Ferraro's a try. Because apparently, Italy delivers! I'll definitely boomerang back to this spot. See y'all in my next review!
