We arrived for lunch, excited to try a few delicious rolls. Stephany remembered us, said we could sit anywhere and she would bring the menus over. The restaurant was quiet, a bit cold for my tastes but the Sapporo was even colder, to my liking. We started with the Lobster Dynamite - it was delivered hot, with a perfect mix of ingredients. The Never Try Never roll did not disappoint. The Amigo Roll almost had me speaking Spanish. I did not figure out why the salmon were upset in the Angry Salmon Roll, but it hit the spot. Instead of the Yellowtail / Scallion roll, we opted for the Yellowtail / Jalapeño roll - a very welcomed change.

The interior is beautiful and the taste of the sushi is very solid. We came and it was REALLY busy. Not any good spot to wait and I noticed some people seemed to get special treatment ie after placing their name on the "list" (not a real list because the hostess claimed she could remember everyone) they were guided to a place to sit and wait while others were crammed in a semi line one the hallway. In hindsight I probably should have gotten take out because without a reservation it took a good amount of time. I think we waited about 30 minutes and she gave a table to a party that came after us. I think she realized too which is fine I don't mind but having a number system to call might help the order system as well as clear up space in the front as well. The tables are pretty tight together as well but the design is gorgeous. So many beautiful lights and art.

This place is delicious. I love that they serve Japanese, Thai and Chinese. My fiancé loves sushi and I'm a vegetarian and typically when we go to sushi places my options are pretty limited. Not here. Quite the variety! Quick and friendly service. It also looked very clean as well.

First time I have stopped in. Had a long day at work and just wanted a fresh sushi roll. This place was a pleasant surprise. I sat at the bar and the restaurant was clean, and welcoming. Service... out of this world. KIND. TENTATIVE. It was the little things. Genuinely wanted to chat and was warm and welcoming. That was the beginning. Once the food came, blew my mind. Fresh, huge portions, beautiful and most importantly delicious. And the water had fresh cucumber slices in it (it's the little things that make the biggest impression) Everyone at the bar was chatting with each other (kinda a Cheers vibe) and felt like I was sitting with friends. I will for sure be back! Nice work guys. You are doing all of the right things. Why can't most restaurants have this welcoming and warm vibe. Shouldn't be that hard! Ps I don't leave reviews soooo you done good!

This is the best sushi & Chinese I have had in castle rock and on par with the yummy spots in Denver. You have to try!! Everything we tried was delicious and fresh tasting! Rolls were well made and had lots of fish especially on the higher priced ones. The sushi tasted very fresh. It seems they use quality ingredients as the sauce to the Mongolian beef was very flavorful and clean tasting. It had a lot of beef in bite size pieces and plenty of veg. (Some restaurants don't seem to care and throw in just a few large chunks and call it good) The service was kind and attentive. It was my daughter's birthday and she had a crown that said so and staff stopped to wish her well and they even made up a little treat for her on the house as they don't have anything for birthdays yet. The ambience was great- they have a nice fairly large fish tank that you can sit by if you have littles to help them be occupied or just want to for yourself because it's cool. They also have a nice mural painted on the wall and plenty of booths looking out the window. So excited for this spot and can't wait to go back!

I love getting a la carte of the hibachi soup - hits the spot when you're sick or recovering. The chicken and steak are our go-to orders. My favorite part might actually be the veggies!! Cooked so well. The hibachi meals come with salad, soup, a bit of noodles - basically everything you'd get if you ordered while dining in. Seriously the portions are amazing for the price! My husband loves to get the fried rice as a side, but with my surgery I've been trying the white rice and it's still good and great portion sizes, once again. Love the salad and dressing - I appreciate them packing the dressing on the side. (Honestly they pack their to-go orders very well!) they pack up the sauces for dipping the meat in, which are delicious! I wish the chicken had a tiny bit more flavor, but it's really great (and that sauce could make a shoe taste good!) As far as a la carte sides, I prefer the spring rolls over the crab Rangoon (though the Rangoon is not bad!) Overall, I can't wait to try it in person when I'm healed. Until then, I'll keep ordering delicious takeout. Highly recommend.

It's either you go a little north to get to Lone Tree or a little south to get to Castle Rock to find something truly good or even decent. But the past Saturday I got lucky in the very city with something I truly love: Japanese food. After finishing up a job assignment in the very shopping center, if I was going to get food then it had to be something close by preferably a place that was walkable. I then found this place in my quick search. What a simple name! I wasted no time to go and check it out. Inside is clean and simple. Nothing fancy or special about the interior snd yet it's got some Asian touches throughout. My visit to it was met with an amazing service by a young man upfront who was friendly, professional and personable. Didn't get his name but hopefully the accolades I am showering him with by writing this review get noticed by the manager or the owner and that they will go to him personally. After browsing the menu for a good few minutes I set my eyes on the tempura tofu and the seaweed salad. Once my order was placed with him he said it would be 10-15 minutes. The time of arrival was 15 minutes before 6pm. There was only a few tables occupied by diners. The restaurant didn't appear to be busy with online or call-in orders. As such, my food (as he promised) was ready in a timely fashion. I definitely needed to eat my food in the car; I was super famished. And here is my honest and frank assessment for the two items: -Tempura tofu: great portion size for the price of $17 as of this writing in late July of 2026. The tempura tofu pieces were huge. The heat from the oil cooking was still felt as i bit into the tofu. This is a three-layered dish with tempura tofu on top, stir fried vegetables in the second layer and white rice at the bottom. The denseness of the dish is simply thick. -Seasoned salad: this was also a good portion size. The seaweed was placed on top of the greens that were fresh. This can easily be split between two people. After everything I had experienced with this business, I can comfortably say that I could see myself using this restaurant again whenever I see fit although it's, at the same time, not a place where I would drive 20+ minutes just to eat here unless I have other reason to be in the neighborhood.

There are those who look for reasons to be unhappy and they find so many. Personally just can't find any with this sashimi.
