This review is strictly based on their horrible customer service. If you don't wanna wait, go elsewhere or to another boba time. I made an order over the phone and the girl said 10-15 minutes. So I show up at 15 minutes. When I arrived, there was a family about to order and they put in a pretty large order- about 6 drinks. Then, when I was about to pay, the teller tells me to hold on a second simply to send a text message ‍. Once I paid for my drinks, she said give me about 5 more mins. So I waited and waited, and waited. I ended up waiting another 10-15 mins until I decided to ask how much longer. She said, they're working on them right now. I look over and realized that they had been making the other family's drinks prior to making mine, and they had BARELY started making my drinks. Needless to say, 10-15 turned in 35-40 mins. Very upsetting! What's the point of calling in an order and giving the customer a time when you're just going to make them wait even longer!. Ridiculous! When I am visiting my sister who lives in Pico, we have ordered via postmates & uber eats from Boba Time on several occasions, and I have never been disappointed. This is our go-to boba spot especially in the evening. I've ordered the taro smoothie with boba, matcha milk tea with boba, and cheese foam jasmine matcha with boba (which had a scoop of ice cream - yummy!). The cheese foam is delicious. I had no idea you had to drink the cheese foam in a certain way to really get the taste of the cheese foam. The quality of the drinks here is great. Stopped by for the first time last Sunday. I had seen them advertised in Postmates and their drinks looked amazing. So, I drove to this place to get some drinks. I ordered a strawberry matcha with boba. The drink took me back to my childhood when I drank Nesquik Strawberry milk. The drink was refreshing, the color amazing and not too sweet. My family and I love coming here, the smoothies are delicious, my husband loves the açaí bowls, and usually the people that are working there are cool too, but today was a bit of a bummer I spent about $30 on drinks and a bowl and one of my drinks was pretty bad. I ordered a Oreo Coffee Frappe and what I got was some coffee, blended with ice and Oreos. Strong is an understatement of what this is and in which I am happy for the pick me up, I would like for it to taste somewhat tasty. I will still come back but hopefully I can get the drink made right. The description of the drink is Oreos, coffee, milk, vanilla, and ice cream, in the picture that I will provide I'm pretty sure I'm missing half of the ingredients. I get it, it's Sunday, you're young and don't want to work on a Sunday but with times today you need customers to support small businesses like these to hire people in college and high school to earn at least something. I walked into the store store and some worker named Gladis was working. This was my first time ever in a boba time so I didn't know what to expect so i was kind of hesitant on what i wanted so i changed my order like 4 or 5 times then the worker Gladis was giving me attitude being rude and just being a bad employee then after i made my choice i went to the bench in the front of the store then I heard the worker Gladis talking about how i was so she didn't like working with me and how indecisive I was when I ordered I've never had an experience anything like that and I'm really upset that she treated me the way she did I wouldn't recommend coming to this store because of this one worker she is rude and disrespectful. read more

Do NOT order from this location. They're service is horrible. We placed a large order for all of our employees on a hot day. Everyone was looking forward to a break with a nice cold drink. Our boba drinks were delivered with NO boba straws. We called them right away to bring it to their attention but they refused to deliver the straws. Staff was also very rude about it. If I could give zero stars I would... I work next door at t mobile and I saw one of my co workers have a matcha iced latte so I decided to go on my break at get one. After receiving my drink, I took a sip and it was extremely sweet for my Taste. I personally don't like things too sweet and like to taste the matcha. So I kindly asked the guy who was at the register if it was possible if he could re make it buy bit as sweet. His response was "that's not my problem" and that he couldn't re make my drink. I have never ever gotten such horrible customer service in my life! He was arrogant and rude the whole time. I don't know his name but he was there at 4 pm. I have worked in customer service for almost 8 years and I would never do that ever! Owner or manager if you're reading this I would recommend having a conversation about empathy with your worker. This place is really good. You can tell most of the employees are really young and learning but you have to start somewhere. I called to place an order for pick up. The guy says 'Sorry, we just stop taking orders for pick up!" I said "Just right now?" He laughed and said he was kidding. They're all nice. I also got the coconut peach smoothie.
