We parked in the public parking area and walked here since there not a lot of parking in the plaza right in the front. When we walked inside, they had some people sitting in the place and someone ahead of us ordering. After they were done, I put in our order. My wife got the large Thai tea with half sweetness and light ice. I got the regular size green apple slush and asked if I could modify the sweetness level but was told it's only less sweet for the option. I asked the lady and she said she would recommend that. We waited inside of the place for 30 minutes because there was only two workers here. I didn't expect to wait this long with our baby so it wasn't ideal. I thought my drink was more watered down and could barely taste the green apple. My wife enjoyed her Thai tea. read more

Never been to this franchise before, but I do love boba. Unfortunately, this location isn't convenient. Parking is limited with only two handicap spots and one regular spot, which was already taken so we had to park across the street and walk over. Unsure if its under construction since there were green cones. When we walked in, there was no greeting. At the counter, we were met with a blunt "Are you ready?" Not very welcoming. At least the tables inside were relatively clean. The menu had some tempting options. I ordered a brown sugar milk tea and specifically requested oat milk. While it tasted good, I later realized my request was ignored. That's a serious issue, especially for anyone who is lactose intolerant or has allergies. If that applies to you, I'd strongly suggest emphasizing it to them or choosing a different spot altogether. Even if you dont have restrictions, its frustrating not to get what you want. As much as we love Bobatime, this location never fails to amaze me, in the worst way! It is by far the worst location I've ever been to. The employees move at a snail's pace & are rude. I highly suggest you spent more time training your employees on proper etiquette. I have never placed an order and gotten out in under 20 minutes, even with only two customers in the store and 3+ employees working. Today they had 4 employees working and although there were 5-6 customer in the store waiting for their order, we waited 30 mins for our Taiyaki and they gave them to us burnt. When I returned them to them, they didn't even throw them away, they just left them on top of a machine. I'm speechless that they think this is ok. What an unfortunate experience. Came in with my 3 year old who was SO excited for the oreo shake. Walked in to an empty location with about 4-5 workers and not a single soul greeted us. Finally someone took our order and was just emotionless. Literally zero emotion. No suggestions. No warmness. Not even a hello. I mean at this point you might as well have a kiosk to order and eliminate that position. For us the experience has to match the quality and this was a complete bust. I placed a pick up order on 8/16/2025 and let me share, staff was super sweet and attentive to me. I arrived and of course it's full, obviously because it's Saturday. I noticed people standing around, but I let staff know I had a pick up order and they were working on it. A nice young girl with tattoos was very sweet and apologized for the wait time. The manger was also there and assisting the staff. Management seemed attentive as well and was even joking with the staff. My only opinion is their parking lot. Its kind of useless. Its a nice size but it parks 2 handicaps and 1 regular parking spot. Came to this location for the first time today. They have a signage advertising the Dubai chocolate drink with a beautiful picture that clearly states the ingredients as chocolate, pistachios and kataifi. My daughter saw it and wanted to try it as she loves Dubai chocolate. We waited over 30 minutes but the place was busy so we understood and didn't mind waiting. Once we got the drink, it tasted strongly as matcha which none of us is a fan of. I asked the guy at the register if they use matcha in the drink and he said he wasn't sure, I asked him to please ask a coworker. He came back saying that, they "thought" they use matcha, still not being sure. I politely explained to him that the description of the drink did not mention it to which he responded "well it's pretty obvious". ???? How is it obvious to me if the very same employees that make the drink don't know if it has it or not? I asked him if we could switch it for another drink since we don't like matcha at all and the answer was " well, I can't give you a drink for free". Besides the poor attitude, it's not your customers fault if you post misleading advertising, it's also not safe at all for potential allergies. And no, it's not obvious that it comes with when there is no mention of the item in the description. I ended up asking for his supervisor since he had no clue on how to handle the situation. The lady asked if I wanted a refund, I explained the situation again and simply asked for another drink. She ended up giving us another drink of our choice even though she seemed bothered by it, no apology whatsoever,We selected a beverage that was at a lower price while we still paid for the more expensive. I always stop by whenever I can! It's a cute little place and the service is great. The service has been wonderful the last couple of times I've been here. I recently made a large order and they were super accommodating and cautious. I opted out of a receipt and they wanted to make sure that the large order was mine-- I totally appreciated that! The drinks are delicious. It is still our go to boba spot at work.
