We recently started trying out this boba place at the mall and so far, so good! I like the tiger milk tea boba. The taste is pretty sweet and the boba is soft and fresh. Sometimes though, the boba runs a little smaller than we prefer, but the drinks have a good ratio of boba/ice/drink that we don't mind as much. The service has been positive too. We don't usually wait long, so it is a very convenient location to just stop by and get your drinks to go. read more

We used to come here all the time and it was our favorite boba shop, but recently the milk teas have been super bland. The last couple times have tasted under-brewed and super watered down. A little disappointed as we liked how you could actually taste the richness of the tea and it didn't taste powdery like some other shops. read more

I gave this a 3 star because it was honestly just an average experience. The crew was kind to me but seemed like they didn't really want to be there (which I can't blame them, we'd all rather be out enjoying our time than working). The area was clean, the service was quick, the price was reasonable. However I wasn't really actually a fan of my drink. I just got a basic Thai Tea with boba, a very simple order but the drink from here was VERY sweet. I only drank 1/3 of my drink. So if you like your drinks sweet I'd say this is a good spot for you. Not sure if all drinks are like this considering this was my first time trying this place but I personally will probably not return cause I don't like them as sweet as it was today. read more

This is my number 1 go to boba shop. They're so generous with the amount of syrup in my Tiger Sugar Milk boba and by far the best bubble tea i've ever had! 11/10 I definitely recommend. It's very affordable and the workers are so nice! The shop is so cute with the events as well! The lids were decorated with ghosts for halloween and snowmen for christmas. This place has the most choices in boba flavors that I've been to. So many different choices!!! The taro smoothie and added boba to it was amazing! Their strawberry matcha milk tea was good too, it's less sweater than the taro, and we also ordered a strawberry cookies which was the sweetest out of the bunch we ordered. The server was very friendly and recommended a few too flavors and even recommended ones that used to be popular. I would recommend this place and we will definitely return again. read more

The worker there Vianna made it absolutely amazing and every-time I go in I'm always welcomed with a smile from the workers there especially Vianna and Monzy! I ordered the strawberry sunset tea and it was basically a frothy melted smoothie. It tasted like straight up garbage. I have ordered teas from here before at other locations and they look like fruit teas but when I received my tea this time it literally looked like melted mush with boba. Disgusting. I recommend you get the milk teas at this place instead. read more

I love the wide selection of beverages ! The service was quick and it is conveniently located by the entrance. I would highly recommend checking them out on your way in or out! Been to several different "It's Boba Time" shops but this one has an extra SHINE to it. The staff is very friendly and prompt at making your drinks. If you're not sure what to order I suggest ordering from the "secret menu". Ask for "Paul's Special" it is a Banana smoothie with Oreo and chunks of Creme Brûlée. It's DELICIOUS and not overly sweet. Highly recommend this place when you're in the mall or in the area and in the mood for boba. read more

I work in the mall and I always go here for some boba. I love the workers here they are super sweet and patient. I sometimes be going here for 5+ drinks for my coworkers and I. And each and every time they make it quick and super delicious. But this time it's a little different, Jaynie helped me with my large order but I always was so curious about the yogurt drink. And I asked her hey what it taste like, she went above and beyond to let me try a little of the mixture for it, and thanks to her now it's my favorite drink. I love this place read more

The first few times my fiance and i came here it was great, the fruit bowl was so good and made perfectly, but today was just a mess. I ordered the fruit bowl as normal just no boba. They handed me the strawberry fruit bowl, which is only strawberries. I politely told them this wasnt the one i ordered and showed them the receipt. They remade it and handed me a fruit bowl but this time no strawberry drizzle?? So just condensed milk on ice???. I again showed them my receipt that says with the drizzle just no boba. They took it back and proceeded to put the straight strawberry concentrate on top of all the fruit and ice cream??. At that point i was so done trying to get them to fix it and tried to mix up the bowl to get the strawberry to the ice but it just ended up being a puddle of strawberry goo and small bits of fruit. AND as if that wasnt gross enough, there was coffee in my shaved ice. We jept finding straight brown coffee flavored chunks of ice which mixed horribly with the strawberry. We are so incredibly dissapointed and disgusted with the quality we received today. Would have asked for a refund if they werent swamped. read more
