The drinks…read morehonestly weren't my favorite, they were a bit too sweet for my taste, and the boba itself was more bland compared to other honey boba I've had before. That said, the owners were some of the kindest people I've met, and that genuinely made the experience so much better. Good customer service and warm, welcoming people really do make a difference. You can tell they care about their customers. Even though the boba wasn't exactly my preference, I still left with a positive impression because of how nice they were.

It was absolutely delicious as always, though seeing the $20.65 price tag for a bagel sandwich is always a bit of a shock each and every time. And, of course, I couldn't resist pairing it with a Wazuka Matcha. Another $8.50 later, I had one of my favorite matcha drinks in hand. All said and done, breakfast for one came to $32.28, which is pretty steep especially for a place where you order at the counter and find your own table. That said, the quality is consistently excellent. The ingredients are fresh, everything tastes great, and I always enjoy my meal and overall experience at Urth Caffe. If the prices were a bit more reasonable (and the crowds a little smaller), this would easily be a five star spot for me. There is absolutely no good explanation why a smoothie should take 20-30-40 min wait from the time of order. We were told 15 min, which turned into 40. There were 5 tickets/orders in front of ours. They should have waited time displayed in front of the store. 2. customer service: communication with customers is non existent. They do not have designated cashier and swap out between taking orders and making smoothies, sometimes without warning. Someone can stay in the line and be next to order when the cashier just walks away for unknown period of time. Just a basic "please wait, I'll be back" would make a difference. 3. price: average of $17-20 per smoothie. Price to wait to final product does not justify the price mark. 4. their description of what's sweet and what's earthy isn't accurate, you'll find out what you ordered once you get it. 5. it is not a place where you can sit and enjoy your smoothie. It's basically an order counter indoors with dusty counter shelves. Pros: 1. some smoothies are pretty tasty (Strawberry Fields) 2. the look of the smoothie is sort of unique with looking like an ice cream cone. The only time I would go back is if I order way ahead of time and arrive at the time of the day when there is more or leas decent parking available.
