Even though your food is always good, today you messed up. I ordered from door dash which took to long. Per the driver it's thai gave my order to someone one else. I just received a message from the manager at It's Thai. Turns out the initial driver picked up my order but he never delivered it. He just canceled it. I did report him to door dash. Ordered takeout as we are new to the area and we're looking for a good Thai spot. We chose this one because they offer vegetarian cream cheese wontons, and my favorite mango with sticky rice. My husband got pad Thai. The mango sticky rice is so cute! They shape the rice like a heart. It was delicious. The wontons used are thinner than I am used to, so the cream cheese wasn't as melted inside. We both enjoyed our meals. The only comment I would add is that portions are small compared to almost any other Thai takeout I have ordered before so value for the money - you won't get two meals out of the pad Thai. The food is good; however, the portion sizes do not justify the prices. Everything is very expensive for the amount of food you receive. I ordered the Combination Pad Kee Mao, and the portion was about the size of a lunch special. It didn't even come with rice, and it literally had only one shrimp, a couple of small pieces of chicken, and no beef or pork at all. For the price, I expected a much more generous portion. My son and I went here because we had a doctors appt across the street. Ordered a Tom yum soup with chicken and vegetable. It was terrible, they put way too much fish sauce so it smelled really bad. Smelled and taste too fishy. We had to ask for limes, it helped a little bit. I only ate it because I was very hungry, and had already paid 19.00 for soup. However you can tell this place uses artificial lime juice because that's what messes up this recipe. I know first hand because I am Thai, and make this soup all the time. This was my first time trying this location, although I do have a fair amount of experience with Thai cuisine as a whole. I tried the fishcakes, roti chicken skewers, and the Tom kai soup with shrimp inside as appetizers, and the seafood pad Thai as a main course. I had a Thai iced coffee to drink with the meal. It was all excellent. The roti came with a delicious green sauce and the chicken skewers came with a peanut sauce. The Tom Kai soup was next level, the broth was incredibly rich and dense, very creamy very heavy, which I really like. It was simply mine blowing! (The shrimps do come with the tail on if that is a factor for people.) the roti was very very nice, I wish the amount had been a bit bigger. It is a slightly oily bread, which is what it is supposed to be, very delicious. The fish cakes were good and solid, I liked dipping them into the green sauce. The chicken skewers were quite solid, moist, and juicy. They do not offer Boba for drinks; so the Thai ice coffee was just the straight tie iced coffee. It was good, the standard taste that you would expect for Thai ice coffee. The main course, seafood pad Thai, was superb. (The crab does come still in the shell so you do have to take it out of the shell, shrimps do have tails on, and muscles are on the shells.) if I was just ordering this, I would probably like a bit more seafood; but along with trying all the other items, it was very filling. The sauce was enjoyable, the typical sweet slightly tangy taste of pad Thai. The service was very good, very prompt. The tables are set with paper, napkins, and a fork. When the soup was brought out, smaller serving bowls and the traditional southeast Asian style soup spoons. It was a bit stuffy and we asked if they could adjust the temperature. They actually brought out a fan, which was helpful. The restroom is a single/universal restroom for one at a time. It was reasonably clean. I felt fine using it for a quick freshening up. As the name implies, it is a very nice casual dining experience for solid Thai cuisine. read more

Probably my favorite Thai restaurant! I've tried a few different things from here and everything is so good. This place has the best orange chicken I've ever had. The pad Thai is also very good and they put a good amount of shrimp, unlike other places. The moo ping was tasty but a bit chewy for my taste. Yellow curry chicken was amazing. Shrimp Fried rice was perfect. I can't remember if I had the Tom kha soup or the Tom yum soup but it was another great dish. I had roti for the first time and it tasted like fried bread and the sauce that comes on the side pairs perfectly with it and of course they have some good Thai iced tea. It's my second time coming back to this restaurant as it is closed to my work. Their food is extremely delicious and we love everything we eat here. I ordered Uber Eat from the place if I'm busy at work and craving for a decent Thai food. The spicy Basil eggplant is my favorite dish now.
