Not a fast food fan and Yelpers gave good reviews. The Yelpers were justified in their ratings and comments. A small clean sandwich shop with limited seating but I've always gotten a seat. Warm and friendly greeting every time. Just a sandwich but hey, as good as it gets. Always fresh ingredients and in a good ratio for the sandwich. I would give this place a 4.5. As many have mentioned, the lady who takes your order is super friendly. I ordered the honey mustard chicken wrap with added avocado. The wrap was a big portion and they did not skimp on the chicken at all! The chicken was juicy and not dried out, it was not drowning in honey mustard sauce, all the ingredients were fresh, and they even toasted it to give the spinach tortilla a nice crispy seal. The best part was that it is very reasonably priced at $7!!! They do seem to get busy during the lunch hour, but they do a great job of getting your food out fast. The good...... The bread was soft and fresh all the veggies looked like they were prepped this morning. The avocado serving on my sandwich was ok. Decent variety on the menu. The bad....... The meat was standard. I had turkey bacon avo on squaw. The turkey was not breast meat. It was the "water added type" turkey thinly sliced. Not very good portion of turkey ether. It tasted fine but nothing to write home about. She never offered any other veggies besides the standard lettuce tomato. Then again I didn't ask. I don't see how they are getting 4.5 stars For them to get 5 stars I would expect a deli slice pickle or a homemade cookie and to step up the quality on the meat or at least offer premium meat for a little extra $. And just my two cents worth.....if a sandwich shop offers a Dutch style sweet crunch roll as a choice for bread automatically adds another star to their rating. Terrible!!! No veggies on my turkey sandwich and when i asked to bring it back she said she couldnt do anything and shes never had complaints! Barley any cream cheese on bagel...and i drove back to get appropriate sandwich and they gave me back same exact bread i already took a bite out of!!! The lady behind the counter was rude after I waited patiently for her to get off the phone and put the order in the machine. I found this deli on Yelp and my boyfriend and I decided to take a walk there for lunch today to try them out. The service was excellent. The staff is friendly and attentive, willing to take special orders and treat you like family. Although it's a small place with only a few tables, they bring your food to you and wait on you like a large restaurant would. I cannot stress how much they treated us like we had been regulars for years despite it being our first time. The sandwiches were delicious and very reasonably priced. This is the most friendly place I have ever had the pleasure to eat at. It seems to be a small ma and pa joint located next to massive fast food chain restaurants. The very kind and sweet lady, the ma, works at the front while the pa works in the back making these perfect sandwiches. The soda machine is self serve but she ran around and filled my cup for me. Now my bill was something like 11.33 but when I pulled out a 10 and a 5 she only took the 10 and told me to keep the 5. The only problem I have with this place is the fact it isn't closer to where I live. Please give em a shot, you won't regret it. read more
