I tried this place after hearing about them on social media. I ordered the earl grey and matcha swirl soft serve with a chocolate mochi churro. The soft serve had good flavor but the texture was a little icy. Not terrible, just not as creamy as I expected. The churro, though, was definitely the star of the show. The mochi texture gave it this great chewy bite while still being crispy on the outside, and it wasn't overly sweet. The chocolate flavor paired really well with the soft serve. One thing to keep in mind is that this place is basically just a kitchen with no seating, and it's kind of in the middle of nowhere, so it's more of a grab and go spot than somewhere you'd hang out. There are neon signs and menus to let you know you're in the right place. Behind the glass, the delicious mochi churros sit, waiting for you to order them. It's unique, different, and a hole in the wall. 1 Star. Service - We walked up to the neon sign and started looking at the menu. Then one of the staff members came outside and took our order on his touch pad. He was super nice, explained the concept, and let us know he would bring our items out to our car when ready. 1 Star. Food - We ordered a Signature Set (chocolate) and Family Box. I highly recommend the Family Box because you get a little bit of everything. It's exactly what it's named - on the outside it looks like a humble churro. The outside is dusted with sugar and it's perfectly warm and toasted on the outside. But once you take a bite, the soft mochi introduces itself and you realize you're experiencing something unique and special. The family box let's you choose from 4 flavors. My friend and I stopped by this past weekend after seeing this place pop up online. I am a big fan of churros and was curious to try this place as they have mochi churros. This place is interesting as there is no seating, you order at the door from someone with a tablet and then they bring it out to you. We ordered the family box of one of each flavor along with a half earl grey half matcha soft serve. Normally when I think of churros I think of fresh out of the fryer, piping hot churros rolled in cinnamon sugar. These churros were slightly warm when they came out. It seemed like they were made ahead of time and sitting under a heat lamp as they came out 5 minutes after we ordered. The churros had subtle differences in taste between them, I personally couldn't taste much of a difference between the flavors except for the ube one. My favorite dip was the caramel one, paired with the regular churro. These churros were also a bit on the pricier side at $4 a churro. As for the soft serve, the matcha soft serve had clumps of matcha in them. I wasn't a fan of the sugar dust put on top of the Earl grey half of the soft serve. The texture of the soft serve was like sand. I enjoyed the matcha soft serve if you ignore the matcha clumps. Overall, I think this place is still fairly new and is working out the kinks. Inside of a ghost kitchen so unable to rate ambiance but there is plenty of parking at this location. Was excited to try to as our dessert since we were grabbing lunch next door. The guys were nice and we showed up 5 mins early so we had to wait to place our order. My friend got the earl gray & matcha ice cream with the ube churro which he said was delicious. I waited until we got back to try the churros so they weren't as warm and fresh but still good since they're mochi churros. The original came with the caramel sauce which was a bit too sweet for my liking plus this one felt a bit overcooked. The matcha didn't have enough matcha flavoring but with the matcha sauce it was good. The chocolate with the chocolate sauce was my 2nd favorite but I love chocolate. My favorite was the ube with the ube sauce - perfect flavor, perfect chew. Next time I go back, I may eat at least one fresh then save the rest! read more

It was pretty good, with the buns being made out of a mochi churro type. I give it a 3.8/5. The matcha/ube soft serve melted super quick, but the flavor was spot on. I give that a 4.2/5. The ube was not too sweet, and the matcha flavor was refreshing. The matcha churro was really good. I like the chewiness of it. I give it a 4.2/5. There are other food services on the same strip where you need to ring their doorbell for service. The mochi Churros were so good. You bite through the crunchy coating and into the mochi center. Wow! Then there are the sauces. The only one I was disappointed with was the UBE sauce but all the others were great. Special note on the server. I was in the mood for soft serve Asian ice cream dessert. When I first saw the churros, I thought of the usual nasty box of frozen churros from Costco that you find at your kid's little league snack bar. However, this could be further from the truth. I saw someone else order the full set ice cream and churro and it looked kind of good so I got the hojicha/earl grey with Ube churro. The churro was the highlight of this dessert. Think, homemade, toasty on the outside and crunchy and soft and warm on the inside with a mochi like consistency. It was so good. It reminded me of the churro station at the Hyatt Ziva in Puerto Vallarta where a Mexican lady made homemade churros right on the spot. The ice cream itself was good and it wasn't overly sweet and not too creamy which made it a lighter dessert. The flavors were very mild in taste and could've used some punching up, hence the four stars. When I ordered the dessert, the lady asked me if I wanted sugar sprinkled on the churro and I said no because I thought it was going to be sickly sweet to begin with. But it was not, and probably would've been better with the sugar sprinkle. This dessert shop is in a strip mall lined with a collection of interesting to go places representing different ethnicities. The concept is you order online or at the door and take the food away there's nowhere to eat it. If this strip mall had an area with picnic table seating I think it would make ordering from these places 10 times more practical. I'm not sure what you do if you're from across town because your food would be cold by the time you got it home. I would love to come back and try the business next to it, which serves these little sushi bites on tofu also a Nigerian place with interesting Shawarma and an Indian place whose dishes pictured in their window menu, look out of this world and seemed to specialize in vegetarian vegan though they do serve meat. I will be back on my next trip to Dallas to try these eateries for sure. read more

Food came out quickly. I ordered the early gray soft serve, family pack with each flavor, and a spicy hot dog. Soft serve had a nice flavor but not as creamy as I would have liked it to be. The spicy hot dog was incredible. The mix of the slightly sweet churro with the touch of spicy sauce on top made it so tasty.
