Combo Box - one of each flavor: ube, matcha, chocolate & original
    Phi N.

Inside of a ghost kitchen so unable to rate ambiance but there is plenty of parking at this location. Was excited to try to as our dessert since we were grabbing lunch next door. The guys were nice and we showed up 5 mins early so we had to wait to place our order. My friend got the earl gray & matcha ice cream with the ube churro which he said was delicious. I waited until we got back to try the churros so they weren't as warm and fresh but still good since they're mochi churros. The original came with the caramel sauce which was a bit too sweet for my liking plus this one felt a bit overcooked. The matcha didn't have enough matcha flavoring but with the matcha sauce it was good. The chocolate with the chocolate sauce was my 2nd favorite but I love chocolate. My favorite was the ube with the ube sauce - perfect flavor, perfect chew. Next time I go back, I may eat at least one fresh then save the rest!

This spot is kind of hidden as there's no big overhead sign. Our churro dog took a long time to come out, especially considering there was no one in front of us. It was pretty good, with the buns being made out of a mochi churro type. I give it a 3.8/5. The matcha/ube soft serve melted super quick, but the flavor was spot on. I give that a 4.2/5. The ube was not too sweet, and the matcha flavor was refreshing. The matcha churro was really good. I like the chewiness of it. I give it a 4.2/5. Overall, the place is a good dessert place if I'm in the area already. I wouldn't go out of my way for it.

I got the signature set since I wanted to try both their mochi churro & soft serve. I was disappointed that the matcha mochi churro didn't taste like matcha. The ube soft serve was alright. The ube flavor wasn't too prominent & wasn't as creamy as I would like. It's pretty pricey for the amount you get.

Saw this on TikTok and had to try it! Located in a cool strip, small kitchen/restaurant concept next to other yummy places. Got the matcha mochi churro and earl grey soft serve = AMAZING COMBO. The churro was crispy yet still chewy from the mochi. Can't really taste the matcha, but that's not unusual with matcha desserts. The earl grey soft serve was SO good though holy. We will definitely be back to try the other options!!!

So I'm loving the concept of ordering outside and waiting in your car for your order. I ordered the Ube ice cream swirl and Ube churro which was pretty good. It was a nice treat

This was the BEST and first dessert I've had this year haha.. no but seriously the flavors and dips complemented each other well!! I had Matcha and Ube mochi churros and it didn't disappoint! They were fresh and very unique. Service was fast and professional. Can't rate the ambiance because IYKYK is in a ghost kitchen, but from what I saw when the door opened, it's clean. I will definitely return to try the soft serve and other flavors

Absolutely love this place. I've come back twice and their churros have gotten better each time. I love the original and matcha flavor with the caramel sauce. For the soft serve definitely the earl grey is so yummy. The staff is also so sweet all the time, I love talking to them every time I see them. Great business to support as they're starting off!

Matcha and Earl Grey mix soft serve $4.50

Omg!! Their Earl grey and matcha swirl soft ice cream was so flavorful. It was $4.50 Loved how they added the matcha powder on top which intensified the matcha flavor. The Earl grey tea flavor is similar to horchata but with more tea flavor. I still think about this ice cream. It's perfectly sweet as in it's not too sweet or less sweet. Just perfect!

I was in the mood for soft serve Asian ice cream dessert. When I first saw the churros, I thought of the usual nasty box of frozen churros from Costco that you find at your kid's little league snack bar. However, this could be further from the truth. I saw someone else order the full set ice cream and churro and it looked kind of good so I got the hojicha/earl grey with Ube churro. The churro was the highlight of this dessert. Think, homemade, toasty on the outside and crunchy and soft and warm on the inside with a mochi like consistency. It was so good. It reminded me of the churro station at the Hyatt Ziva in Puerto Vallarta where a Mexican lady made homemade churros right on the spot. The ice cream itself was good and it wasn't overly sweet and not too creamy which made it a lighter dessert. The flavors were very mild in taste and could've used some punching up, hence the four stars. When I ordered the dessert, the lady asked me if I wanted sugar sprinkled on the churro and I said no because I thought it was going to be sickly sweet to begin with. But it was not, and probably would've been better with the sugar sprinkle. This dessert shop is in a strip mall lined with a collection of interesting to go places representing different ethnicities. The concept is you order online or at the door and take the food away there's nowhere to eat it. If this strip mall had an area with picnic table seating I think it would make ordering from these places 10 times more practical. I'm not sure what you do if you're from across town because your food would be cold by the time you got it home. I would love to come back and try the business next to it, which serves these little sushi bites on tofu also a Nigerian place with interesting Shawarma and an Indian place whose dishes pictured in their window menu, look out of this world and seemed to specialize in vegetarian vegan though they do serve meat. I will be back on my next trip to Dallas to try these eateries for sure.

    Ring the doorbell for service

When you arrive, don't expect to see a restaurant or even a fast food store. You ring the doorbell and a server will come out to take your order. The entire store is a kitchen. You simply wait by the door or sit on the bench next to the door for your food. It's an interesting concept. There are other food services on the same strip where you need to ring their doorbell for service. The mochi Churros were so good. You bite through the crunchy coating and into the mochi center. Wow! Then there are the sauces. The only one I was disappointed with was the UBE sauce but all the others were great. Special note on the server. She was very patient as I was trying to figure out what to order and she stood next to me without rushing me. A must see and an experience you need to try.

I'm so obsessed!! Of all the things that I've tried mochi-fied, these mochi churros have to be among the top. I got the matcha mochi churro with earl grey soft serve. The churro was perfectly crispy on the outside with a soft, chewy mochi matcha center. I can't wait to come back and try their other flavors. Iykyk

I was overjoyed when this location was opened. I love the old school décor and the table and seating layout. There's a large library table that seats 8-10 people with great lighting. A comfortable seating area with a few of chairs and "coffee" table, plus a sit down counter space looking out from the store. All this in the front part of the store. Then there's small tables along the wall all the way to the back opposite of the ordering and working area for the employees. I've been coming here since they opened. There's been a number of different baristas working here over that time, but so far the majority have been friendly and pleasant to talk with when I come in and order. The drive-thru appears to be insane, but I usually get my order in a timely matter. Especially if it's during the busier part of the day, like lunch or early morning. They usually have more people working during the busier hours. Keep in mind I don't order anything complicated, mostly drip coffee, Café Mocha, or some sort of iced tea. It's been a great place to get work done, there's a good mix of music which has never been too loud. I've visited some shops where you can't talk to the person standing next to you. If you do wish to listen to your own music with headphones on, you can easily drown out the in-store music and/or noise. If you're trying to study, get work done, or read with your drink, this is a great location.

My latte was perfect and delicious with the cinnamon on top. At check out the employee at the window was friendly and engaging. He gave excellent customer service.
