Disclaimer: This is review is based from the point of view of someone who comes in for the wifi and coffee to catch up on some work or read. I was overjoyed when this location was opened. I love the old school décor and the table and seating layout. There's a large library table that seats 8-10 people with great lighting. A comfortable seating area with a few of chairs and "coffee" table, plus a sit down counter space looking out from the store. All this in the front part of the store. Then there's small tables along the wall all the way to the back opposite of the ordering and working area for the employees. I've been coming here since they opened. There's been a number of different baristas working here over that time, but so far the majority have been friendly and pleasant to talk with when I come in and order. The drive-thru appears to be insane, but I usually get my order in a timely matter. Especially if it's during the busier part of the day, like lunch or early morning. They usually have more people working during the busier hours. Keep in mind I don't order anything complicated, mostly drip coffee, Café Mocha, or some sort of iced tea. It's been a great place to get work done, there's a good mix of music which has never been too loud. I've visited some shops where you can't talk to the person standing next to you. If you do wish to listen to your own music with headphones on, you can easily drown out the in-store music and/or noise. If you're trying to study, get work done, or read with your drink, this is a great location. read more

Stopped in via the drive through for allote and was pleasantly surprised with the drive through setup having a camera to be able to see the workers inside. As someone who has auditory processing difficulties I appreciate that with the camera I was able you read the employee's lips and I'm sure that can come in handy if ever someone needed to use sign language for their order. The crew was knowledgeable of their drinks and what modifiers could be made to create a hot version of the brown sugar oatmilk latte rather than the shaken cold version. My latte was perfect and delicious with the cinnamon on top. At check out the employee at the window was friendly and engaging. He gave excellent customer service. read more

I want to share an experience that occurred today outside of a Starbucks, as I believe context and description are important. While I was seated outside the store on a phone call, I was interrupted by a Starbucks employee and asked whether I would be purchasing anything. I was then told that if I was not, I needed to move my belongings and leave the area. What stood out to me was not the request itself, but the manner and timing of the interaction. I was quietly sitting, on a phone call, not obstructing access, and not engaging with anyone. I was also the only person in or around the store who was approached, despite others being nearby. Based on the interaction and assumptions made, it felt clear that because of the way I was dressed and the fact that I had luggage with me, I was perceived as homeless. This made me feel singled out and profiled, rather than respectfully informed of a consistently applied policy. I would also like to note that I was addressed by Aimee, the store manager at Starbucks store #410. What is particularly concerning about this situation is what occurred shortly afterward. After being asked to leave, I explained the interaction to my partner. Approximately ten minutes later, my partner, a white male, entered the same Starbucks location to use the restroom. He did not make a purchase, nor was he asked whether he intended to do so. He was not questioned, interrupted, or asked to leave. The contrast between these two interactions is difficult to ignore. It highlights how assumptions based on appearance may influence how policies are enforced and how differently individuals can be treated under similar circumstances. These types of occurrences are unnecessary and unjustified. I am sharing this experience to document what happened and to emphasize the importance of consistent, respectful treatment for everyone. read more

You could apply for a job at the Love Field Airport, go in for the interview, blow the interviewer away you're such a great fit for the job, go to your first day on the job, get a drink from the Starbucks at gate 13, finish your day at work, call in that night saying it's just not a great fit, and come back to this location the next day and they'll have just finished up making your order, then they'll set it on a counter behind them and forget about it until you remind them you're waiting for a grande vanilla bean frap. read more

Woah woah woah. What's with all these bad reviews. It's a Starbucks. I.e. fast food coffee. You already know what you're getting. You already know what it's gonna taste like and the workers are gonna be swamped with the drive thru so they are gonna mess up once in a while. Expect it. I ordered a hot chai. This Starbucks has only been open a few months, so I'll give them the benefit of the doubt for now. I only ordered a venti iced coffee, light ice. There were only three people ahead of me, yet somehow they forgot about my order. I politely reminded the guy working the register. Very nicely, he offered to give me an even larger iced coffee for the oversight. That was a very customer- friendly gesture. The part I didn't like was when the barista hurriedly made my original order, and pushed it to the side of the coffee bar (I actually saw her do this) in an attempt to make it look like I simply had not picked up my drink order. Well, I was not allowing that foolishness. When I called that to the attention of the guy at the register, he told me I could have both drinks (for the price of the one). I hate that this is the closest Starbucks to me. Every Saturday morning by 9:30 they have already started to run out of popular items. They substituted our ordered drinks with an alternative without asking on an online order. Today they served our egg cups in oatmeal cups which was fine except the egg cups themselves were obliterated - looked like someone chewed it up and spit it into the cup it was so messed up. They corrected it and made a new one for me and were perfectly professional but I just have yet to have a seamless experience at this location. read more

Plus, the drive thru takes 15 minutes to get through when only six cars are in front of you. also, I received my bakery items still in the clear plastic wrap. Bad service. Drive through was taking too long. The guy in front of me waited 2 minutes just to get change. When I pulled up, she gave me the wrong drink and closed the window. In my work providing online marketing and reputation management services for clients, I do a lot of customer service analysis work for my client businesses. After visiting this location, I'd have to say that the poor ratings on this place from across the internet are well-deserved. I stood at the counter for several minutes today with the intent of placing an order. Not only was my order not taken, but out of the 3 people behind the counter, not one of them even acknowledged my presence at the counter... not even when I said, "Excuse me, I realize that we're all very busy, but could you at least acknowledge my presence here?" They just continued about their work as though I wasn't even in the room. Seriously? I just went to my car, got a half-full bottled water, then sat down to write this review. I've been here 30 minutes. Still totally unacknowledged. Manager popped his head out of the back once or twice. Actually, I'm only assuming he's the manager. He was out of uniform, and didn't engage the other employees at all. But since he went and got money out of the register and no one called the police, I'm only assuming he's the manager. In no other way did he act like a manager - toward the employees, or toward the guests. Great drink..... horrible attitude and service from Diana. I was the only person in the store, and wasn't greeted until I asked if anyone was going to be helping me. Diana looked up and said "she'll be right out". Then when I asked if my cold brew coffee was ready, she said we take our customers in order, I responded that I stood there for 5 min before anyone helped me. Disappointed! Ordered medicine ball hot tea. Waiting 15-20 minutes in this slow line. All these drinks on the counter but no hot tea. I want to give a shout out to the great customer service I received at this particular Starbucks. When I came in to order, the staff behind the counter seemed a little disheveled. Trying to open a register...etc etc. I could tell they were a little tense. But they still apologized and smiled. I got my drink right away and my food was taking a while. I was sitting on my computer, so in no hurry, but I eventually walked up to the counter and without even saying anything they said "Kendra, we are sorry! It will be right out." A few minutes later someone brought me my food with a $4 gift card for the inconvenience. It was such a surprise and delight, it made my day. Love it here! Super spacious and plenty of tables and chairs for chatting with friends, reading, doing work, or whatever. This might be my new favorite Starbucks study spot! During my time here, I've several mistaken orders, but the baristas are very kind and are willing to work with you to fix the mishap. Be careful in the drive-thru though, or you may get the wrong drink and drive off! The drive-thru does go pretty quickly so you're never grumpy for too long (believe me, I understand that early morning need for caffeine). While they're packed in the mornings, you never wait too long. read more

Bought a venti Pike with no room one hour ago in the drive-thru. Went geocaching and then came back with my empty cup. Tried to get the refill price. They recognized me but told me about policy that if I leave the premises I'm ineligible for a refill. That may be the policy, but that kind of rigidity and unwillingness to be flexible is what destroys loyalty. I'm never coming to this Starbucks again, and it will be a while before I come back to Starbucks in general. I used to be a Starbucks employee, and I would have had no problem giving a customer the benefit of the doubt under those circumstances. Starbucks has become too corporate and has lost its second home feel in my opinion. Highly disappointed!! I was so excited as I saw them building and anxiously waited for opening day but I think I need to wait longer for them to get their staff trained. The first time I went I ordered 2 drinks and 2 pastries and when I was in the drive thru I received the wrong order twice and handed it back repeating my order both times I ended up having to pull up and wait another 5 mins.
