Been here a couple times, first when they were doing their soft opening and even after when they were fully opened. I really love their selection of pastries either savory or sweet. Their drink selection is pretty good too! I really loved the inside and the workers were great and helpful. They also have an app if you wanted to order ahead! I love this place and will be back

Suchhh a cool spot, I love it here. They have a good amount of spots with outlet access, as well as Wifi, so I can see this being a really nice spot to study or get some work done, and be able to enjoy some good treats while you're at it. And I really just can't get over how cute their logo is. Literally taking home the wax paper and the pastry bag to put into my journal. Their baked goods are of a limited variety, but I can tell the selection was super intentional because everything looked really good. The drinks also all look really good, I'll have to try the banana cream latte and sweet corn latte next time! All that being said, we came for the original salt bread and it sadly didn't live up to the expectation. It didn't have the signature crispy bottom, and the salt distribution on the top was kind of sad. So it didn't really feel like salt bread. But it was still buttery bread so it was still good.

I thought smoking tiger was okay. The spam musubi i was excited for, but it found it to be greasy and the croissant had a chewy texture that didn't help. I liked the ube bread the crumb topping was nice but it can be very dry. I wasn't a huge fan of the everything salt bread it was overloaded with this cream cheese mixture that I didn't expect. It would have been way better without the cream cheese. Service was very helpful and ample parking!

This place has been so busy on weekends since opening - I went on a weekday morning and it was way less busy. I got the kimchi spam musubi croissant, salt bread, and breakfast sliders. I was not a fan of the musubi - it was really salty and didn't like it, salt bread wasn't anything special - I prefer the childish bakery ones. I thought this one would be fluffier but it was just okay. I was excited for the breakfast sliders because it's hawaiian rolls, eggs, avocado, bacon and sauce. I found the avocado mixture to be extremely salty, I had to scrape it off, plus salty bacon, overall things run really salty? I am still intrigued by this place though - didn't get to try the drinks, and maybe it was an off day for them when I went so willing to try it again.

3.8/5 I was most excited to try the bulgogi spam musubi crossaint but ended up not being that impressed with it. It was a bit dry and lacking bulgogi flavor. My favorite was the garlic cream bread (in the picture). It was rich and creamy, and very decadent and filling. Will be back to try their drinks and other pastries. It was quite crowded when we went so had to do takeout and we sat somewhere else to eat.

Great atmosphere. Not too many tables for a large spot. I heard so much about this place, so decided to come check out in the middle of a weekday knowing it's not going to be too crowded. All the baking goods look aesthetically pleasing. Heard good stuff about the scones so I grabbed all 3 flavors that are available. But I hate to say - they are not my favorite scones. They smelled really good and buttery when warmed up. But a lot of leftover crumbs and I couldn't taste much flavor, especially the ube. However, I enjoyed the matcha scone the most. It complemented the drinks really well. I think Lemon Earl Grey is a solid choice. Not much to say about that. I enjoyed the Baby Latte a lot. Good balance between milk and coffee. Blueberry Matcha is okay. I wouldn't say it was an excellent matcha drink but went well with all the pastries I ordered. I am glad that I came when it is not in peak hours because I could see how crowded this could get.

Smoking Tiger has been so popular recently and I love it! The inside was really spacious but it was very crowded. All the pastries looked so good and they had a lot of different options. We got Cream Cheese Garlic Bread, Kimchi Musubi Croissant, Lemon Earl Grey Sconkie, and Oreo Sconkie. The cream cheese garlic bread was so so good! The cream cheese was salty, creamy, and the garlic sauce on the bread smelled and tasted so good. I really liked the bread itself. The kimchi spam musubi was good, but the spam was really salty and it would be better if there was more kimchi inside. The scone cookies were delicious though!! I reheat them with the oven and they were perfect. The Oreo one had a lot of Oreos in the middle making it very sweet, but the outside edges were really good and not too sweet at all! We also got drinks from them, Banana Milk Latte and Sweet Corn Latte. The banana latte was okay, the banana milk was too overpowering so we didn't taste coffee at all. The sweet corn latte was really good though. It had corn milk and corn cold foam on the top, I would probably ask for more foam though. They also had matcha drinks as well but I see most people ordered coffee, no one really got their matcha. Overall, I would probably only come back for their sconkies. The spam musubi croissant was okay, the garlic bread you can easily make at home, and the coffee drinks were okay. Service was great though, but they did take long to make drinks.

So glad we finally got to try Tiger Bread Factory this past weekend! The setup is simple: grab a tray when you walk in, pick out the pastries you want, then head to checkout. They'll warm up the pastries and bring them right to your table. There's plenty of seating, the space is clean and inviting, and everything we tried was delicious. They also serve coffee and other breakfast items!

Stopped in to try out some pastries only to find out I was too late! Since I was there I decided to try out a drink. I think it was called a donkey but it was a flat white with Orange and Martha Foam and it was super delish! So creamy and refreshing! The restaurant has a good amount of seating and the staff was very helpful. Be aware that this place is super popular so get here early if you want to try pastries. I will definitely be back!

The interior is so cute and has plenty of seating! I didn't expect the breads to be self-serve, but it makes sense; the model is similar to 85°. I enjoyed the garlic cheesy bread and the sconkie very much! The service was stellar; after we ordered, the staff brought out our drinks and food warmed up. And the presentation was very cute!

I went right before their closing hours so there wasn't great selection. I would consider coming back in the morning for better selection. I tried the OG which was really fantastic in flavor albeit a little oddly presented because it was filled to the brim in a little cute with another cup on the outside. It's quite strong but I truly enjoyed it. I also got the jalapeno cream cheese musubi bread and the everything bagel salt bread. Both were just so so and stale tasting at the end of the day but after heating it up, it was great! They really should have an option for heating up the bread for people to enjoy at the bakery. The ambience is also very cool, clean, very similar to cafes you'd find in Asia. It has a great location too and they gave us a free cute sticker! It's a shame I don't live closer or I'd be here when they have their happy hours.

    Breakfast sando

Great addition to the neighborhood and shakes things up for their competitors in a good way. Selection isn't as wide as PB or 85D but the items they have are solid and executed well. We tried a few pastries (kimchi croissant, salt bread and one with hotdog), the breakfast sando and coffee. The Croissants were flaky, and fresh but the salt bread needed work (the typical problem with the center being hollow and too buttery). The breakfast sando was great with the guac on Hawaiian roll. Coffee was also solid - didn't taste burnt like other bakeries.

The Smoking Tiger in Dallas is definitely worth checking out! The bread was fresh and beautifully presented, and the atmosphere had a great vibe. Everything we tried was delicious, and the service was friendly and attentive. Overall, a fantastic spot for Korean-inspired food with a fun Dallas atmosphere. I'll definitely be coming back!

Very delicious sweet treats from here. I go to this bakery (or any franchise nearby) whenever we…read morevisit Korea town, and it never disappoints except when the bread I want isn't on the shelves. Either ways, definitely a place to check out since they've got both sweet and savory options. They have drinks, treats, and cakes in store, and occasional seasonal options (never tired them expect for a cinnamon latte drink my sibling got once a year ago). Still, I find it very exciting to eat at or pick options for my next day's breakfast. Definitely worth the visit! -Now service wise, since it's a bakery, there is not much interaction, (it's like fast food or a grocery store where you get in line to check out) -there are times where the place is busy and crowded, but there are also times when the place is not crowded, so it's just about picking the perfect time/ being lucky, but depending on whether it's busy or not, you might be able to fine empty tables to sit at. The atmosphere is fine and in some ways quiet or relaxing (ofc when it's not crowded/busy with orders) but it's still nice either ways.

I was told by several people that 85°C Bakery Cafe was better than Paris Baguette. Unfortunately, I…read morefound it difficult to find anything I wanted besides a beverage. Since, I felt I had to buy something, I ended up choosing a taro and a bacon & cheese pastry. I felt both were underwhelming. I'm not sure whether every 85°C Bakery Cafe location carries the same selection, but based on what I saw and tasted, I wouldn't make a second trip. While I'm not a huge fan of Paris Baguette either, I would still choose their pastries over those from 85°C Bakery Cafe.
