The star of this dish was definitely the meat, I have never had such flavorful and tender gyro meat in my life, in my opinion! The corn ribs - I don't know what they do to this corn, but we literally fight over these at the table. The gyro - they actually use lamb for theirs, which is a huge plus for me since I can't eat the beef/lamb blend at most other places.
