If you like pita and shawarma you must try this place. The meat is delicious and made right in front of you. The customer service is attentive and polite.

The best Shwarma I have tasted so far in south Florida. As we went for the 1st time, the owner gave us 2 falafel to taste for free. We ordered shwarma and pita , kebab with pita and baklava . Everything was so delicious and quick service . Highly recommend this place .

Incredible! So good! The best falafel pita we have ever enjoyed. Grape leaves as well and hummus. Pita bread is good too.

Food just okay, quite pricey for fast food pita, and they got my in-person clearly stated order completely wrong. Cannot recommend.

Ordering online was easy, and pickup itself was quick and straightforward. However, when I got home, I realized that both tuna platters were missing the bagel chips--so essentially I paid $17 each for just two scoops of tuna. I called the restaurant and was told they were out of bagel chips. That explanation raised more questions than it answered. If an item is unavailable, why not notify the customer? A quick call, or even mentioning it at pickup, would have gone a long way. I would have happily substituted for a bagel or chosen something else. Instead, I had to drive all the way back to the restaurant. By that point, I was understandably frustrated, and the response at the counter didn't help--the staff seemed indifferent. They did replace the missing items with bagels, which I appreciate, but the overall experience was disappointing. I used to really enjoy Marian's under the previous ownership and was a regular customer. Unfortunately, since the change in ownership, the quality of service seems to have declined. We decided to give it another try, but this experience confirmed that it's just not worth it anymore. Disappointing, because this used to be a go-to spot.

Going in, there wasn't too long of a wait and we settled on a shawarma mini plate with a side order of fresh fries. Moving on with my review; everything was excellent! Note; I've been coming here since I've been a child, but the food nevertheless fails to impress me. The shawarma was succulent, spiced and grilled well too; fries fresh and crispy; the veggies/spreads were all fresh and provided nicel contrast of flavors too. Moreover, the mini plate provided plenty to eat between the 2 of us as our bellies were super full! In addition, the employees were very friendly and attentive. Overall, this was another superb meal at Sunrise Pita & Grill, and hope those who haven't been here to give this place a shot! Verdict remains 5/5!

However we were in for a nasty surprise when we realized that their website is incorrect and they aren't open until 10 PM, only until 8 PM, so by 7:30 when we arrived, the grills were closed. The only protein options they had were schnitzel or falafel. I got a falafel pita, and even though I love falafel, this just wasn't it. The falafel didn't have much flavor, and the sauce had a weirdly bitter aftertaste. It was overall pretty dry, and it fell flat texturally. The flavor of their hummus was also quite bland with a bitter aftertaste as well. While I didn't try it myself, my family was rather unimpressed with the schnitzel pita too. The best part of the meal was the potato wedges and the canned Israeli apple juice. After such a disappointing experience, I don't think I'd go out of my way to come back.

Found this steakhouse on the AADVANTAGE dining program…read more Olives and pita bread are served complimentary. There are no cocktails on this Saturday night. I don't know if it's standard practice. From the looks of what would be the bar, I assume there is no liquor license. Many bottles of wine and limited beer options and no liquor bottles. The waiter said the owner doesn't serve cocktails tonight. ‍‍ The ice machine was broken. For the prices on menu items, there's no way that's acceptable. They could have brought in bags of ice, and we would have never known. We had no ice to go with our water and coke, and the beer was barely cool. Finally, we see bags of ice brought in and wasn't offered any. ‍‍ Tomahawk steak medium well was good, but I needed a little more seasoning. Mash potatoes tasted like freshly smashed potatoes and needed a little salt and butter, and the oyster mushrooms were a bit chewy with a charred taste. 3 Lamb chops were serves medium rare so it was requested to be well done then it was good, the spinach was bitter with no flavor and the rice tasted old as it was leftovers from previous day or days. Rice didn't taste freshly cooked at all. Bone in Ribeye medium rare was good with a Cesar salad that tasted strange. The Cesar dressing tasted like a blue cheese mixed with ranch and a vinegar. I don't know it just wasn't a good Ceasars dressing, and it was iceberg lettuce, not romaine. Overall, they prepared good steaks and good lamb chops, but they need to step it up on the sides. For the price of steak, they need to give a better portion and more than 3 lamb chops. For the quality of food it's an overpriced restaurant. Though the digital menu is up with technology, it's not truly functional. It's not user-friendly for older persons, and it had a glitch. They should consider a QR code. Overall, the ambiance is nice. The food was ok but overpriced. Stop in to support a small business. 1 issue I did have, the waiter didn't help us while ordering. My dad ordered rice with his lamb chops, not knowing that it came with rice, and the waiter said nothing. I was bothered, but 2 sides come with the steaks. My son didn't order any sides, so I requested that the rice be a side of my son's order. They corrected that with no problem. the spinach and the rice were removed from the bill. I was surprised that the wait in line wasn't that bad. There was a security guard who directed me around the parking lot instead of being able to go straight. I had never been to Bagel Boss so I didn't know where it was. I was concerned that there wouldn't be parking so I asked the security guard about it. He was very nice and told me that he didn't know if there would be parking since there was a graduation going on but said that if I couldn't find parking, I could pull up next to the building since I would only be a few minutes. Luckily, there were a couple of open spots. I had to present my ID again when I got inside. Once you get inside, Bagel Boss is to your right. They had shelves filled with bagels and a lady was filling the display case with muffins and cookies. They didn't have descriptions of the bagels so I'm guessing as to what I got: Pumpernickel, Everything, Plain, Cinnamon Raisin, Chocolate Chip, Sesame & Onion (2). When you order through the TooGoodToGo App, it's a surprise as what you will get. I got 9 bagels for a total of $6.41! The guy who helped me told me that I could wrap the bagels in Saran Wrap and put them in the freezer; then when I'm ready to have one, I can just pop it in the toaster. I would slice the bagels before freezing them. I had the Cinnamon Raisin Bagel the next day (after it had been in the freezer). After it was toasted, it was light and crispy.
