I went here during their soft re-opening, but gave it a few more months after their grand re-opening (they used to be a KBBQ place). Their menu definitely improved a ton! Overall, I had a great experience here with both the service, ambiance, and food. They used to be a KBBQ place, but recently switched over to Korean Street Food, and I love it! Korean Street food is some of my favorite foods. Their crispy sweet & spicy Korean Chicken is hands down the BEST thing on their menu. Every single piece you bite into has an insaaaane crunch sound. The Galbi was super flavorful yet tender. The Bulgogi Burger was pretty damn big, but also quality! I think if they added a little less coleslaw it was be a hit. I will say one thing I never understood from their menu is why coat the hot dogs in sugar? I understand the sweet & savory aspect, but I felt like it was just drowned in sugar. I would recommend you ask not to get any sugar at all on it, because otherwise it's a great item too! As for the store itself, I love the facelift it got. Stepping inside and seeing the giant squid games inspired signage in the back made me giggle, but in a good way. I love it! I also love how there's 2 self serve kiosks near the door for those who have a bit of anxiety like myself. Lastly, I love how their self serve station has to go boxes & plastic bags ready so you don't have to step back in a busy line and have angry eyes at you. That was a great plus! Place was pretty empty during diner hours. Not sure what that means. Came here on Tuesday around 6pm. Ordered galbi gimbop, kimchi raman. Kimchi Raman was pretty good. Galbi gimbop was borderline average. Didn't come w any side dishes so ordered kimchi ($4 extra) Overall pretty good concept so 3 stars. Didn't score 5 due to lack of bonchon, fatty meat in kimbop. Foods are good. We ordered Korean rice cake with cheese, spicy ramen, bimbimbap and one of their korean bento boxes. All are delicious especially the bulgogi on the bimbimbap and the spicy pork. Ramen has good consistency. Rice cake is chewy but the only thing that made less one starbis they use a bit old cheese so you can taste refrigeratpr taste on the cheese. Literally, this is the perfect place to go for your cravings!!! There's so many options on the menu, and ordering our food was made easy with the kiosk! And the prices are good for such big portions. We ordered the spicy spam kimbap, shin ramen, bulgogi onigiri, gyoza, spam musubi, spring rolls, and ramen half-half corn dog. My favorite was hands down the ramen corn dog!! It had the perfect cheese-pull, and the corn dog was coated in crunchy ramen noodles and dusted with a little sugar. So, sooo good... would definitely go back just for the corn dog itself!! They also have a section with all the to-go boxes you'd need, so you can pack up your own leftovers to bring home--so convenient! Besides the food, they had a mini market to buy different merchandise and trinkets that were very cute. I've been looking for a place that offers kimbap (Korean rice roll wrapped in seaweed, various proteins and veggies) in the Orlando area and finally chanced upon Izzi's! They have a variety of kimbap that is made to order so it's super fresh. Options include beef bulgolgi, spam, tuna, and more so you'll be able to find something for everyone. Terrible experience. Walked in to dead restaurant around 8:30 pm, an hour before closing, and was not even greeted. There is a sign that says order on kiosk or with cashier but there was no cashier in sight. Began scrolling through the kiosk and after about 5 minutes, an employee appeared and said "Just so you know, we close at 9:15." and then walked away. The advertised closing time is 9:30pm but after this remark we felt uncomfortable continuing to place our order and decided to leave. Will not be back. read more

I think a previous reviewer's characterization of this as tourist korean is apt. I would also add that it is good drinking korean food. The korean fried chicken was excellent: great double fried texture and taste. Didn't get the sauced because didn't want the sweet component so cannot comment. Regular Tteok-bokki got a meh from our kids, who normally love it. Tteok-bokki soup was pretty good, but nothing incredibly special. So, great if you are looking for "tourist korean food", as I think a previous reviewer stated aptly, especially if you want accompaniments for soju. read more

We had a TERRIBLE experience . We ordered our food and it was missed by the kitchen. We waited over 40 min and I mentioned it to the girls passing the food out and they went into the kitchen to notify them to get our order out asap ..we waited 10 min more and realized others that came way later were still getting their food before us and I realized it was not a priority so I asked for the manager. The manager was arrogant and tried to blame me for not saying something sooner and then blamed the sweet girls for not noticing earlier that our food was missed. My family and I love this place! We love the concept of Korean street food / traditional dishes. There is a large variety so that everyone should find something they are craving with good value for the amount of food you get. And of course, the food is A-mazing. What a fun place to be! This location has a small convenience store like area up front, where you can get all of the ramen, cute cups, and drinks. The ordering can be done at a touchscreen kiosk. My favorite thing about the kiosks are the photos accompanying each dish, this was especially helpful for someone not familiar with Korean cuisine. We got a craving for Korean Food while on a trip to Orlando. This place came up first on a Yelp search and the reviews looked good so we decided to give it a try. It is located on the opposite side of the building when you enter the parking lot and there was plenty of parking. There is a small asian convenience store section at the entrance. This is not a full service restaurant but there is plenty of seating available. You can get your order to go or dine in but either way you order and pay through one of several kiosks and pick up your order when they call your name. Ordering is simple with the description and photo of the dishes. You can also make special requests for each item you order. We tried the Original Tteok-bokki, hotdog with mozzarella, fried dumplings, and tuna kimbop. The Tteok-bokki was chewy and spicy with a hard boiled egg and some veggies. The hotdog with mozzarella was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside with lots of gooey cheese. It's covered in sugar which we didn't really care for. Next time we would order it without the sugar. The fried dumplings were crispy and good and served with mandoo sauce. The tuna kimbop is filled with tuna salad and banchan veggies. It normally has cheese too but I ordered it without the cheese. This was my favorite item. There are lots of things on the menu I would want to try so the next time we're in Orlando, we'll be back! read more

I ordered the Original hot dog, Ugly Potato hot dog, Florida Rangoon with Bacon & Jalapeño, Sweet & Spicy Fried Chicken Wings, Traditional Kimbap, and Odeng. Basically, I built a Korean street food feast for myself. The food were 5 stars delicious. However, the dining room was beautiful decorated but a bit dirty. Most of the tables had sauce dried up stains and food debris. The floor was also a little sticky. Since the customers will need to place their order on a touch screen, pick up their food at the counter, and also clean before & after the meal. I really don't understand why the restaurant still ask customers to offer gratuities. If I can make any suggestion, since the restaurant has a beautiful dining room and delicious food, why don't they just turn it into a full service restaurant? read more
