By the time I got my refund sorted out, the whole situation took around 30 minutes total. I understand mistakes happen, and I'm not trying to be a Karen, but I was disappointed that there didn't seem to be any urgency after realizing I had already been waiting so long. While I found the number of options for pastries and crepes to be overwhelming, I was surprised and disappointed by the lack of variety in their coffee menu. The quality of our orders was unfortunately just as poor as the service. I ordered an iced Spanish latte, and my friend ordered a strawberry matcha and a chocolate pistachio croissant. The drinks were flavorless- my latte tasted entirely like milk with no hint of coffee or cinnamon, and the color was noticeably off. The croissant was even worse, as it appeared to have been microwaved and placed in a plastic container, which made the pastry sweat and turn soggy before we even had a chance to eat it. It looked and tasted like a low-grade, bulk-bought item rather than a freshly made pastry, which was particularly frustrating given the price. The only bright spot during the visit was a young man who entered from the back kitchen as I was leaving. He was the only staff member to offer a warm interaction when I said thank you for my order. I really loved the combination of all the flavors, but I would ask for less of the jam next time. Parking is super easy to find, there is a bathroom, reliable wifi. I love interacting with the staff. They're all really nice. I saw one of the baristas run out to their car once and then came back to give their pokemon cards to one of the kiddos in the cafe. It was such a sweet interaction to see.
