J.R.'s Moving Services is a top notch group. They responded quickly for a quote, explained everything that would happen with great detail and tips on how to make the move go easier. The day of the move, they were on time and treated my homes like it was their own. Their personality and attitude was very refreshing. I have a very difficult home that I was moving in to and they took it on like it was nothing. When my old home sells, I will be calling J.R.'s to move the last of my belongings over. I have mixed emotions writing this review. On the one hand, J.R. was super responsive and quoted me a reasonable rate to move two big couches within our new house. He and his partner showed up on time (early, in fact), hauled the laughably-sized furniture up and down a flight of stairs, and were so careful as to not even rub up against a wall when they had less than an inch to spare. They were professional and considerate and worked hard to get the job done. So that's the good part. The bad part is that, with the service, skill, and courtesy that J.R.'s displayed, there's no way they'll stay small for long enough to entertain small moving projects like ours in the future. :) With so many stories of bad moving companies out there, thanks for running one of the great ones, J.R. read more

This review is long overdue! We moved almost a year ago and my husband and I still can't stop talking about how great it was. They arrived early and had us moved quick! I think it was seriously under 4 hours. Not a single things was damaged or scratched! We had a baby about a month before we moved so we weren't perfectly packed up. J.R. brought in a couple boxes and quickly took care of it. This will be the only moving company we use moving forward and we will recommend them to everyone! Prices are great, the guys are great! I called to schedule movers (not needing the truck part) for my daughter back in May. JR returned both my calls promptly and, due to a scheduling conflict, was unable to assist. However, my daughter just used them today and is incredibly happy with the entire experience; scheduling, prompt reply, movers arrived on time and and, above all, worked quickly and carefully. I have used plenty of moving companies over the years but thankfully I have finally found the BEST one! These guys did not tire and did not stop moving!!! We even got them doughnuts and only would take one as they drove from old house to new house (2 minute drive!). Not one items was damaged. No wall was damaged... these guys are top notch.
