Okay, I've always been a big fan of Jack & Grill. However, recently, they've changed their boneless wings. They are now chicken fingers vs. wings. The problem here is that they are dry AF. I love the sauce, but man, so disappointed. Why change things when what you had before was your driver? We will still go, but I won't be getting the boneless wings again unless they fix them. I love the food here, and generally, the service is great. My wife and I just left after being ignored by Waitstaff for over 30 minutes. There was not a huge rush, and several waitstaff were standing around. One waitress checked all of the tables around us and acted as we were invisible. Never even had our drink orders taken. Came in after a disappointing meal at Fosters. We were lucky enough to grab a spot on the packed patio. We loved the ambiance and our waitress Faith was very good and we didn't want for anything. We ordered wings and deviled eggs and this is a sports bar so food is expected to be not great and this was not great. Deviled eggs were broken yolks on top of lettuce with sriracha sauce sprayed across it. Not good. Beer was on tap and was very cold. We both got Ace pear and I got a Bishop Blood. Very good. We love Jack & Grill. The "Famous Wings" live up to the name. This is our go to place when one of us wants wings stop or BWW and the other doesn't. I like to order something different every time I go, and I've yet to find something I haven't loved. The Juicy Lucy Burger, chicken fries steak, the flatbreads, salmon tacos are all lights out. They have a great kids menu too for the Littles, my 3 year enjoys the Mac and Cheese but he says the corn dogs a thumbs up. Glad it's so close! read more

We went to dine in for my birthday dinner. We ordered the jack sampler appetizer. When we ordered our food. When the appetizer came out. The bufflo chicken and cheese bites looked and tasted great! But the jalapenos were black from being burnt. And the fried pickles were also dark brown and burnt. I let our waiter know. I beleive his name was nate. When I told him that those items were burnt he said yeah we've had issues with some of them. And walked away. Someone else brought our food to us. Dinners was great. Then it was time for the bill. He asked if it was 1 bill or 2 because it was 2 couples. I said 2. He said split the app? I said no but I've already said that half of the app really wasn't edible he then said he could get it remade. Why wasn't that the solution in the first place? Will I come back? Came here on a Friday evening with my kids. Place was packed too. Luckily, we got seated fairly fast. We start with beers and appetizer. The Honey Bee Flat at 9.99$ is pepperoni on flat bread sprinkled with honey. Not impressed. The waitress was up our butt from the moment we sat down to eat. This was extremely annoying. Sweet, with great southern hospitality, but she never left us alone! Never given time to review the menu. Her frequent visits to the table every 3-5 minutes with suggestions was overkill. Enough already! We felt rushed to order from the moment we were seated. I rarely feel this way at any restaurant, I shrugged it off as the restaurant having to turn tables at warp speed. Boo! Our waitress didn't know anything about the beers. She checked with the bartender to verify the beers on tap. A suggestion to management is to offer a list with current beers on tap. Nothing fancy, simply a list. It will make it easier all around. The Adios Pantalone on tap was suggested. It was sour. Hindsight, should have sampled before buying 2 full glasses. I gave up having a beer fast after the Adios Pantalone and went to water. My DIL had the Bells Oberon which was a nice wheat beer. Again, this rush to get our order took away from what should have been a pleasant experience. I wished I'd have said something. I'm already not feeling Jack & Grills. I'm trying to like y'all. My kids order the El Diablo burgers. One with Mac n cheese and the other with mashed potatoes. The sides are Al Carte. The mashed potatoes are good. The Mac n cheese needs some work. The cheese is gritty and macaroni is over cooked. Not good. This is the time to make your dishes shine! Especially when you pay extra for a side. I had the chicken fried chicken with two sides for 11.99$. I ordered potatoes and fries. This one is a good deal. Will I return? Maybe. We were looking for a place with a patio so we could have lunch with our pup and this place fit the bill. I ordered the black and bleu which was tasty. It was a standard blue cheese burger with a twist, wing sauce. I enjoyed the burger which was juicy, creamy, and had just a little bit of spice. The fries were waffle fries but they use a smokey seasoned salt as a sprinkle for additional flavoring but to me it just tasted raw. The spice blend that was used is one that needed to be cooked on some meat like a brisket and not as a sprinkle in fries. The service was a bit slow but I'm not holding that against anyone at this time as we are just lucky to be able to eat out. Bottom Line: I would eat here and reccomend it but don't get the fries and make sure that you are not in a rush. read more

I've passed by this place many times and decided to give it a try. I have to say, this place is awesome ! My daughter and I walked up and were immediately greeted with a smile. We were given the option to sit outside but decided it was too hot so we went inside and the ambiance was very clean and catchy. It was late so no other tables were being impacted by her special attention. At one point when she was talking to us her manager came out and it was obvious he was reprimanding her. She went inside and we proceeded to let him know how awesome she was. He didn't care and basically shrugged his shoulders. Restaurant owners and managers. Everything that we have ordered over the last few weeks has tasted phenomenal when it arrives at our home so I can only imagine how it tastes when you are dining it! The have the perfect menu for grabbing a beer/bite to eat during the big game! The southwest egg rolls are by far my favorite menu item. It has so many fun flavors that pair well together and the mango habanero sauce really sets it off! We also love the smoked wings. Smoking the wings definitely adds a lot of depth to the flavor! Even the side salad is delicious! It comes with cranberries, cucumbers, walnuts, bleu cheese crumbles and red onions! So yummy! Last but not least, don't forget to try the loaded fries. My husband made reservations to celebrate my and my friend's birthday. We arrived on time to find out the hostess sat a group in our section just before arriving (she informed us of the mistake). After letting them know again how big our party was, we were informed there was no room for us inside. We were offered the fire pit table outside to accommodate all of us but informed us they don't turn on the fire pit until later in the evening. We had another reserved engagement following dinner and did not want to risk missing it by looking for another place to eat on a Saturday evening. Been here a few times and never had a complaint - until today. After a long day at work for my husband, we decided to go have a brew and a meal. Upon arrival we were seated with menus promptly. Within 20 min nobody came to our table. (Even though the location was not busy and there was a handful of employees standing around near the rear of restaurant). I asked the young lady who seated us if she had a server for us and she said she would have someone to us immediately. A few minutes later she spoke to the group of servers in the rear of restaurant and a young lady came and greeted all of the tables around us, and we were not acknowledged. At this point we have decided to leave. I spoke to the young lady who seated us on the way out and she apologized, but did not offer to correct the service issue. Have been here the past 5 or so Sundays for dinner and have enjoyed my experience again and again. Get the same every week, starting with the tater tot app, which aren't normal tater tots, and rather filled with more of a mashed potato consistency and covered in queso.
