Excellent Thanksgiving dinner with NFL football. Who would have thought of eating here for this holiday? We had made other plans, however, our restaurant is under renovation this year. Jack Flats was a good! Their food is homemade and tasty. The Bears played, all happened to fall into place. Not real crowded last night, however there seemed to be only 1 server interested in working, took about 15 minutes just to order something to drink, buffalo shrimp was good, everything else mediocre. All in all, meh. But it did beat waiting 2 hours for a table at other places. read more

Our group was looking to grab a less formal bite to eat before heading in for the night for our first in Key West. The bartender at Green Parrot suggested we pop over to Jack Flats and our group wasn't disappointed. Standard (but well done) casual sports bar fare for the area and our service was great as well. My wife and I opted for local brews and I was very happy to have a couple Sweetwater 420s since our home is just out of their distro area. We split the shrimp po boy and that half portion would have easily been enough for one person on its own. The COOL fans and A/C were a nice respite from walking around in the heat all day as well. Visited Jack Flats yesterday for lunch. Atmosphere was nice, also not busy. No Cruise Ships in Key West that day. We ordered the Ruben and Cheesesteak sandwiches for lunch both of which were good. We will visit again in the future. read more

An absolute must for us when we hit Duval. We crushed our nachos as the appetizer, it was awesome. I had the buffalo chicken wrap (without tomato) with fries which was incredible! You get a lot of food for the price. Love this place! read more

Went here to watch the Blackhawks hockey game while staying in Key West. We did not eat here as we had just come from another crappy dinner in Key West but I felt this place was worthy of some compliments. The beer was ice cold, the televisions were great and you get your own little switchable squawk box so you can hear the audio for your game (very cool), the bartender (sorry did not get his name) was very attentive and served us quickly anytime we needed something. All in all very nice people who seem to actually like working there, which is unusual as I encountered a lot of crab asses who have bad attitudes in Key West. The bathrooms were clean and smelled good. HIGHLY recommend Jack Flats to drink and watch a game. read more

We were looking for a family friendly restaurant which isn't necessarily easy to find on Duval besides the chain restaurants like Hard Rock, this was recommended to us by the bartender at Blue Heaven and I'm glad we went! Kids menu was good and the waitress was nice enough to offer a half portion for our ten year old who wanted to order off the adult menu. This is a great place to watch a game. TVs on every part of the wall. The pretzel sticks are amazing. A must have if you come here. The food is your typical bar food. Had the buffalo wrap, sliders, burger and Philly. Overall great atmosphere to watch a game and just hangout for a bit. read more

I love this place. The food and drinks are great. The atmosphere is fun and they have tons of TV's for your sports watching enjoyment. We ordered what we call 'tachos' which are the Jack's Nachos with tater tots instead of chips. (Please add them to the menu!) We also had chicken fingers, the dolphin sandwich and the fish bites. This place was wonderful, my husband and I went on our first night in Key West and had been on the road almost a month, so we really wanted regular home food and wow we sure got it with the pot roast dinner, it was delicious. When our friends and family met up with us here in Key West we needed a good place to watch a dodger game and Charger game, we went to Jack Flats with 16 people (including some young kids). The tucked us into the back room which was excellent. They totally accomdated our game requests, so awesome. We all ordered different meals and everyone was delighted with their food. We visited in Florida and ate out at many restaurants. This definitely was the worse food we had the whole trip. Please don't waste your time or your money. I had the Grouper Sandwich. One end of the sandwich actually had a little fish in it. the rest was all crust or just cooked so much that the fish was hard as a brick. My husband is a burger guy. His was not etible. even tho he asked for it to be well done, it wasn't. I would Never go here again!! read more

This is THE place to watch your sports in Key West! I wanted to watch the Blackhawks on my birthday and they fired it right up on the TV in front of our booth..THANKS!! I usually don't like sports bar food because it is always the same and it sucks..Not here! We had the shrimp sandwich and the Ahi Tuna salad...insane!! Why can't all sports bar food be this good? This is a very nice establishment. The beer is cold and the selection is plentiful - Try the Green Flash IPA on tap - Simply delicious. If you get the munchies while you're drinking cold adult beverages, order the wings. I'm from Buffalo and have never had wings outside of Buffalo as good as these. read more
