I went through the drive thru extremely hungover with chicken nuggets and curly fries on my mind. Chicken nuggets were awesome nice and fresh crispy, but my French fries were cold hard and dry and they weren't even all curly fries it was regular fries too that they used from the bottom of the fry bin to fill up the package size. On a road trip, stopped in for a burger at 11:30- they close at 12 in this town ... Hispanic gal didn't even say hello! This Jack has a huge fireplace in its dining room. I have never before seen a fast food restaurant with a fireplace. The dining room has other fancy touches, too, like glass tiles on the way. I guess they have to doll it up as it's the Central Coast wine region with all the snooty tourists it attracts. I totally get Covid makes everything harder for everyone. I totally understand if someone is having a bad day and just doesn't have that "customer service voice" I TOTALLY GET IT! I work in customer service at Walgreens, you get literally every type of customer there. But seriously! This Jack in the Box has had THE WORST customer service literally every time I've gone the last like 6 times! They don't care what you are ordering, they cut you off and give you your total before you are even done ordering, when you get to the window there's no hello, no thank you, just a random hand in your face waiting for you to give them your card or money. Then they just give you your food without checking or even any utensils?? I swear whether it's in the drive thru or inside, it's just been bad awful customer service! I hate coming here! I wouldn't come back if it were up to me! I pick up food for other people. They really need to fix that over there. read more

Wait for over 29 minutes for our food. We could see our food ready and on the tray but no one would give us our tray. By the time we got there attention to hand us our food everything was cold. The of provide their customs with quick and friendly service. I love the munchi meal after 9 pm and The ultimate breakfast sandwich. They keep it as clean as most. read more

HORRIBLE expierence this morning with drive thru order and customer service. I was attempting to order the pancake meal. The lady who was taking my order was not listening to me or what I was saying. She kept adding things to my order and I had to keep repeating myself and telling her to take those items off. Long story short.. Pulled up to the window and I asked the kid if what I had ordered came with hash browns. He told me, "Hold on" and the lady who took my order came to the window and asked what I needed. I told her politely that she needs to pay attention when customers order. I asked again, if what I ordered came with hash browns? She took my CC and handed me my receipt. I looked at it and told her I wasn't ordering hash browns and to take that off my order. As she was trying to figure out what to do, the kid who was at the window started talking to his co workers/ manager in Spanish ( as if I didn't understand) and was telling them that I was causing problems.. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! The manager would walk by and never gave me eye contact nor did he bother to ask what the problem was but sat and listened to this kid talk trash about me as I had to sit and listen to it. I finally told the lady to refund my CC so I could elsewhere for breakfast. After sitting there for about 15-20 min she told me she refunded my card. I asked her if the receipt she was holding was the refund she did and she said yes. I asked to have it and while driving away, she slammed the window. This was the worst unprofessional customer service I ever expierenced. Shame on the manager for not correcting his employees who sat and talked bad about me in SPANISH at the drive thru window. Get some new employees and managers who know how to listen and treat there customers. I work with the public everyday and this is something you DONT ALLOW especially when the customer can understand/speak the Spanish language. read more

No complaints about this location. I've stopped in a few times to help with my burger jonesing and they definitely hit the spot. The Black Pepper burger is really great! Service here has always been good, everyone is friendly. I've never been inside, but the parking lot and drive-through are clean. My food is always good and my order has never been bagged incorrectly. I also like that instead of the standard, "sauce is extra", that other fast food companies seem to be clinging to, they ask if we'd like one or two (or more). They have been consistently messing up our orders every time we are in the drive thru. Wait times are unbearably long. Shoving a small fry into a large fry to take up half the space where fries should be in the large is just wrong. They remain busy because of their convenient location and the fact they are the only Jack in The Box in town, but they have become sloppy. read more

When I got there the soda machine was broke the people didn't have a pen for me to sign the receipt, then when I got my cup that they filled with ice for me there was some dissatisfying unidentifiable object sitting atop my ice. She responded to my questions about the menu as if she thought I was an idiot for asking them, and made no attempt to hide her feelings.
