Best jack in town fresh food everytime I rove an extra -5 mini justo come here their food is so good

I hate to write down this kind of review people should know about . This is happened so many times and I let is go but how they can forget to give you sauce, milk , juice or something they already add in when they take order from drive throw . Today I order chicken nuggets, fries for work and what I see in bag no sauce no ketchup. Few days ago I order kids meal and what happened they forget to give us milk , toy and sauce great than you have to park your car and you have to go inside for that things which they supposed to add in your meal . Come to this location for lunch often and the service is excellent. Very polite ladies that work there and the food is always fresh and have never had an issue with this location. read more

The food was extreamly greasy. The tacos were drenched in pure grease how could the be given out to customers ? I've bought tacos from this location before and they were wonderful HOWEVER this time was a complete let down. The cashier was nice and professional so giving a bad review feels unfair but i couldnt eat them it made me physically sick just touching them. They also seemed to be undercooked/raw. read more

Completely horrible service with this new morning crew. The young man working the drive-through have absolutely no concern for customer service, you can hear attitude in the voice, you can repeat your order to them they repeat it back to you correctly and then you wind up with a totally different order than what you asked for. Plus they give you food that is burnt!? This place has gone downhill very quickly very recently, and I would not be surprised if it was shut down by the Health Department soon. People like me choose unsweet iced tea for a couple reasons number one less sugar is better, number to health reasons and number three because I don't want to die from diabetes! They repeat back unsweet iced tea? You confirm by saying yes unsweet iced tea, what's the first thing they give you is colored syrup or there sweetie!? How stupid careless and inattentive do you have to be to do something so simple? I have worked fast food when I was younger. You've got to be kidding me? Given that I don't really care for most fast food breakfast foods. I usually get a lunch or supper type of meal for breakfast. When I'm in a hurry, my go-to are two regular tacos no lettuce and a junior bacon cheeseburger. Yeah I know cholesterol etcetera, you're not my doctor back off LOL. However, in the 14 years that I have been going to this particular Jack in the Box, I have always gotten pretty decent service and for what it is, decent food. One occasion I did get a taco that was burned so badly, I could smell it as I was leaving the drive-thru. Turned around Taco is replaced apologies etcetera. Now I need a microscope to see the beef flavored soy paste that is on the taco; see the picture, LOL! Someone forgot to put a microscope in my bag to make it look like more. I'm just going to throw this away. One taco and a junior bacon cheeseburger should be plenty. As for the service, I've always been treated politely, the manager is very nice and has been a longtime manager at this location, I do believe at one point she was just one of the crew. But a little Q.C. is needed especially if she's got kids/teens in the back working the fryers and prepping/preparing food. The junior bacon cheeseburger could definitely have been hotter, given I literally started eating it within 60 seconds after leaving the Jack-in-the-Box parking lot. Holy crap I did not need to know about this place! They don't have Jack in the Box where I'm from, but I have had it a few years ago in another Southern state unbeknownst to me that they had an E. Coli outbreak in 1993 (sorry, but it's true). I had been avoiding Jack since then and I wondered how the heck do they even still exist?! I have to admit, their radio commercials make me chuckle and one desperate evening I decided to take my chances. Clearly Jack in the Box has had a successful turnaround! They're smart, they offer breakfast all day everyday! Of course you can go to IHOP or somewhere, but what other cheapo fast food place do you know that offers breakfast all freakin day?! Not McDonald's with their nerve! Not Chick Fil A with their nerve either. But Jack saves the day. In addition to breakfast items, they have your normal fast food favorites like burgers, fries, and nuggets. I actually went with a chicken sandwich and it was really good. Also, you can choose between curly fries and regular fries, go with the curly fries! My conclusion? Let's just let bygones be bygones. Don't be scared to eat here people. read more

What's not to love about a place where you can get 2 tacos for 99 cents and a ice cream shake, made with "real ice cream"...avoid places that make shakes with fake ice cream, as I cannot image how bad that would be! read more

Usually go to this location a lot after a long night at work but the new staff is complete shit and they are rude and always have attitudes. Today was the very last straw when they gave me the wrong order which obv people make mistakes I don't care I was not upset so I went back through the line to return the order and waited about 15 mins which they were busy so it's understandable and the line was wrapped around the building and to the road. So I get to the window and explain everything and then she asks me to go back through the line again and she will give me my order. I'm sorry what?? So at this point I'm a little annoyed because I just sat in the line twice !!!! Ok well I tell her I've honestly been at this place for literally 35-40 mins waiting ,combining both trips.then she tells me I can wait in the front. So basically you want to take care of other people rather than fix your error right away that you made ?? This is NOT how customer service works. So at this point I'm tired ready to go home so I ask if there's a way they can just refund me because I honestly just wanted something quick before I head home and she rolls her eyes and catches an attitude and then slams the window and calls the manager as if I'm the problem. There is nothing bad to say about this spot. Its open 24/7 and the tacos are the best thing on planet earth. I just went this morning as my flight was leaving and i needed to take some home with me. This place beats every other fast food place that I have ever been! At first I was thinking that it wasn't going to be as good, but when I ordered their nuggets my jaw dropped to the floor. They have a wide variety of drinks and sandwiches. The overall scenery was was very clean and satisfying! I will definitely eat there again. (The churros are great!) read more

I ordered an ultimate breakfast sandwich from the jack in the box at 7940 Lyndon B Johnson Fwy. Dallas TX yesterday. It was great untill I noticed a chunk of mold at the end of my bread, which made me throw the rest of my sandwich away. I called that Jack in the Box and told them that they had mold on that type of bread and they asked for my name, then offered me a free substitue meal next visit. I went there this morning and ordered the new brunch platter, waited for 15 mins (and I am an hourly employee), and when I got to the window and mentioned what happened yesterday I was told they had no record of it. Then the lady proceeded to argue with me about it saying I wasn't on their "list". I have been a loyal jack in the box customer for a long time but I don't think I will pay them a visit again. I lost money this morning from my pointless visit to jack in the box, and you guys dont know how to treat a customer you serve mold to. Its amazing I even came back. I DO NOT LIKE BEING SERVED MOLD, AND IF YOUR LIKE ME PEOPLE, THEN JUST AVOID JACK IN THE BOX, OR SHOULD I SAY MOLD IN THE BUN.
