This is our neighborhood Jack. I feel it is a step above your average fast food burger place. Not up there with In-n-Out, but pretty good just the same. If I can't get to In-n-Out a cheeseburger from Jack's will do just fine. My favorite thing here is the el cheapo two tacos for $1.00. None of them is wearing a face mask properly. None of them had their noses covered. Which if it isn't covered wearing a mask is pointless. Holy shit! There was like 9 cars in the drive thru so i said I'm going to walk inside and order. I went in to order and there's only one party of 4 ahead of me. Been going to this same location for about 5 years and getting a Grande Sausage burrito. Today I changed it up a bit and asked them to hold the hash browns and add some eggs. This review is for Anita she is a new cashier and i had the pleasure of meeting yesterday on my visit for lunch. In the past the experiences have not been that good from long drive thru lines and giving out incorrect order. However today was different i was immediately greeted with a smile and when i asked her a question about the menu she gave the correct information. She listened , she was patient and she didn't make me feel like i didn't know what i was ordering. Anita repeated my order to verify it was correct. Moving on to the personnel preparing the food. Everyone was well dressed and uniforms and shoes were clean and not to mention the ladies all had their hair up. My order was right and i was given napkins and ketchup with out asking for them, some places you have to ask and then they give you a dirty look. Another plus is i overheard her talking to another customer in Spanish which is always a + in my book. The dinning room area was clean even for being lunch hour rush, the fountain machine was also very spotless and the bathroom was also very impressive. Awesome job Anita! Horrible food and service! I got the classic butteryjack and it's the worst I've had. Other jack in the box makes it to perfection. The meat was DRY AND not buttery at all. On top of that my tomato was not at all ripe. It was green in the center, gross! We went inside to order and the floor was soo sticky I was wearing flip flops and I could barely walk!! Wonder why I still come here. Never get a receipt even after a manager called me up in a unconcerned manner and wanted to know if I wanted to get a reprint. This review for this location specifically. Generally the food at this Jack in a box is on par with other franchise stores. However, service varies wildly. During my visit the order was entered incorrectly and I was charged for a different meal. This was not the issue since I was able to have it corrected easily. However, when I got home the order was incorrect and it was neither of the sandwiches. Instead they provided some amalgam of the wrong sandwich and the one I asked for. I don't know what his name is but he has the worst customer service, always extremely rude and very straight to the point even while being nice and friendly with him. Went through the drive-thru to get to monster tacos, a small drink and it came out to $5.89. I gave the girl $10.09 and she gave me back $4.19. Shakes are delicious!! I stop here once in a while during the most random times of the night for the infamous 2 tacos per $1 and sometimes a dollar chicken sandwich just to be extra full. It was one of those days where I just wanted some tacos from Jack. When I pulled up to the drive thru, their speaker was out of order and had a note that said "pull to the window to order". So I didn't think it was a big deal and as I was pulling up there was a car ahead of me so I said its no biggy Ill just wait. Five minutes later ... still waiting. I was stuck in the middle. So finally the car behind me started backing up and I did the same and got out of drive thru. I parked and walk inside, it wasn't busy so the fella took my order right away. When I got my order, I check to make sure everything was there and notice there weren't any hot sauce for my tacos and when I look up he had already took off. So I said "excuse me" to the the three ladies who was standing in front of me (one must have been the manger) as they were in some sort of deep conversion in Spanish, laughing, and giggling and I was standing in front of the counter staring at them and neither one bother to turn and look my direction. There were at least five workers there that wasn't busy. So a minute or so later one of the girl finally look my way and said oh do you need something? It's like duh! I wasn't standing in front of the counter to check out or listen to you guys I just wanted some freaken hot sauce! Of course I didn't say that directly to her, just say I needed some hot sauce. I'm usually a patient person but it took me at least 20 minutes just to get some damn tacos from a fast food restaurants will get to you. There for I'm giving two stars.
