We put in an online order here. We arrived earlier than the suggested ETA and ordered too much so it took a really long time to cook. Because of this it was too inconvenient to order more even though I felt I didn't order enough. The food tasted good though. The restroom was not easily accessible due to it being attached to that of a convenience store, which another member of my party that walked really slow did not like, and thus chose not to enter so we ate in the car. I used to work at a Jack, there's a limit and they had surpassed it. I ask for less ice, what I'm assuming was either a team leader or the manager (she had very sharp eyebrows) comes out asking "why didn't you tell her that in the beginning?" Ugh so far I hate coming to all Jack in the Box restaurants because of their food and service at most locations. My husband likes their tacos for some odd reason though. I tell him if he goes, he can't go when I'm with him. Because I will nag him and tell him how nasty their food is and remind him how horrible service is. He must go when he's alone hiding food. Stopped by this Jack in the Box because our flight to the bay got cancelled (thanks Southwest)! By the time we had started eating, we had been driving for almost 6 hours and wanted to stop for lunch. Ordered some spicy chicken sandwiches, fries and tacos. Tacos were typical Jack fare. The chicken sandwiches were actually really good LOL. They took a while, so I presume they made them fresh but they were quite good. They also really filled up the bag of fries. Maybe this positive experience was because we were so hungry and tired but that was easily the best food I've had at Jack in my life. I went through the drivethru.. OMG!! I ordered the $6 munchie meal. I have ordered it from The one one 1st and it tastes good!! This was disgusting barely any fries.. The Tacos were even bad. I literally had to stop eating one because it look like it had this white stuff in it and it tasted really bad. I opened up the burger and I had a really foul smell. This is ludicrous!! I never usually go at around 11 PM at night and the guy was so rude that was taking the order he didn't even give me any napkins either. I hope I don't get food poisoning from this place. Unfortunately, on the day we went, the Chevron had lost power so we were unable to get gas but I had to use the bathroom and Jack in the Box saved the day because they had power! Not all highway Jack's are on the avoid list but this one is now. This 'Jack In The Box' is attached to a Chevron near the intersection of Highway 101 and Highway 152 (Pacheco Pass Rd.). The duel business shared bathrooms should be condemned by government agencies responsible for such actions. How many people have to stand over a urinal for it to overflow? Fortunately the one I used actually flushed. There was no soap or paper towels on the men's side. I may have to throw away my sneakers. The women's bathroom door was wide open with at least nine women and children waiting. This entire situation was disgusting. Most Jack in the Boxes have pretty good food, slightly above average fast food quality. This particular one gives Jack in the Box a bad name, and I will think twice before risking jack in the box quality again. The meat in my Spicy Chicken Sandwich was completely burnt and my friend agreed that it tasted like carbon. We had to throw it away.
