Worst Jack In the Box ever. We sat in the drive through for nearly 15 minutes without being helped. I walked inside and it wasn't busy at all. I watched them give another customer a shake and when the finally attended to us in the drive through we were told "the shake machine is broken". Then after we had ordered and were waiting for our food, we were THEN told that they were out of hash browns. This location always has horrible and ignorant people working here in the evening. Not only did the girl basically toss my bags at me, but when I asked for something she forgot to give me, she got nasty and slammed the window shut. She proceeded to talk about us as she got my food she forgot. Then she opened the window and tossed the bag at me and slammed the window shut again. Absolutely ignorant. Ordered through Postmates and was told that I would receive my order within 30 minutes. Take in mind that it's a 10 minute drive down the street. Not only did it Come an hour later than usual but I was missing HALF MY ORDER. I ordered a munchie box and didn't get the box at all. I ordered curly fries and got no fries at all. Typically we choose not To give bad reviews because we work in the industry but we went and got food tonight and it was a bad experience we paid over $30 and were missing multiple items in our order plus nothing was combined into combination orders which typically Jack-in-the-Box has always done for us I feel bad that it was a whole review because I typically tend to give good reviews but this was just not a good experience I feel bad because I choose not to go out of my way to give negative feedback but this was just not acceptable. Wow--the incompetency is high with this one. Incompetent and incoherent cashiers that don't understand orders so you have to repeat several times--and they STILL manage to screw up. Missing onions on two orders, flat chicken patty, and barely a burger patty on another. The soda machines were NOT carbonated at all! Flat soda! They were out of CO2! I ALWAYS come to Jack In The Box after a long night of partying. Their greasy food is the perfect remedy to soak up the alcohol in your system and super convenient that their drive thru is open 24 hours a day. What really ticked me off about this place last night was the fact that I arrived there to find out that their cash register was updating and would take up to 10 minutes. They told me to pull around the other side and they would let me know when it's done. During this time, a bunch of car came by and was waiting as well. No one came out to signal that they were up and running again. I started out as the first car in line and ended up being the very last car in the drive thru that night. I've had both good and bad experiences at this location. It may be far fetched to expect at least DECENT customer service. I know it is a fast food restaurant and the cashiers are likely making minimum wage, but come on! At least be happy you have a job (for now) and stop treating people like crap. The only thing that keeps me coming back is that it is a 24 hour drive thru and really hits the spot if you've been drinking. Probably the best Jack in the Box meal I've had. Had it delivered from Doordash, who deserves Kiddos as well, as the food was delivered quickly, and was still hot when we received it! This is not about the food but about my service as a customer. I get off work pretty late and sometimes want to eat something quick so I can go home and crash. Today I got off about 3am, pretty hungry and happy no one was in the drive lane. So I pull up and order my tacos and get to the window and pay. Nicholas was the guy who took my order and money. He asked me if I wanted any taco sauce and I told him I'd like 2 ranch and 2 red hot. He looked at me and said 'really....? 4 sauces for two tacos ?' And continued staring at me as if I requested too many. He continued to awkwardly stare at me, I thought he was joking but quickly realized he wasn't. And I replied 'yes' he then responded by saying 'be careful with that bcs jack in the box limits how many sauces ppl can receive' I replied, 'oh I've never heard of that' he said 'yeah my manager gets really crazy with that because some people want 15 ranches with their order and take it home.' I said, 'oh, well I really use 1 red hot and 1 ranch for each taco sooo...' He then said 'I'll give to you but be careful.' First off, though it may have been extremely early in the morning I was very kind to this guy and not once did I try to argue with him. I know this is fast food and if he insisted on charging me I would have paid for the sauces. It being really late Im not really looking for chit chat I just wanted the food I paid for and to leave. I don't appreciate my integrity as a customer getting questioned for 4 sauces especially since I am a PAYING customer and I do like my tacos to be pretty saucey. I was at this location with my fiance and daughter earlier this month. We stood at the counter for about 10 minutes before a woman, who looks to have bee nthe manager or person in charge at the time came to the register. She was very professional and pretty nice. She was also very obviously in a little tiff with a fellow employee. I chalked it up to the manager trying to get the other employee in line. All we ordered was a chocolate shake, a jumbo jack and large soda. Just to get that, took longer than expected. I didn't mind the wait, because I understand its "fast food" not "instant food". Once we got our order I realized we weren't given a spoon/spork for my shake. I know not many people like/want a spoon/spork for their shake, but I like to have one, especially when they're thick. I went to the consession area first, because I didn't want to look like an... by asking for one and having them be right there. There were no spoon/sporks, no lids and very few straws and straw wrappers and soda spilled everywhere. I went to the counter and waited... and waited.... and waited (a total of 13 minutes from when I started timing it). I finally asked the woman who looked like the manager/person in charge for a sppon. She turned away to go get one and the woman she had been in a little tiff with earlier said "she don't need no spoon".... Well... 1. its doesn't matter what I need, its what I wanted and 2.
