Gave it another chance. This was my 3rd try. I woke up on a Sunday morning, hungry so decided to get the Country Breakfast Scrambler. Big mistake. The sausage links were so cold and tough that they were impossible to eat. The scrambled eggs were cold and had obviously been sitting for a while. They were rubbery. Glad their back on Kauai but the food quality is junk. I was hopping that it was just because the entire island was eating there all at the same time and the food was just rushed out. But now that it's not that busy, the food still sucks. Over salted burgers, and I I mean way way over salted. This happened several times, not just once. kauai has jack in the box once again. we have had it in the past at a different location, but it closed many years ago. with the new safeway shopping center, they decided to open up shop. they have the same menu as the other restaurants across the nation. you can find your staples like the ultimate cheese burger and the sour dough jack. expect long lines, even though they've already been open for about a month. also, they seem to run out of certain items, but you can't really blame them since they have been so busy. read more

I'm hoping they get better at quality control. All day breakfast is great but at least make sure all items are fresh and haven't been sitting under the warmer for hours. The Portuguese sausage was luke warm and hard and so were the eggs. Rice was so so. Got some onion rings and were really excited that they weren't the minced up reformed into onion rings type onion rings. But to my not so pleasant surprise it wasn't crunchy or hot, they were cold and stale. No crunch at all present. Made me a bit upset but mostly sad it wasn't up to par. Here's hoping they improve on checking on serving quality food. Not fun having to think of driving back there when it's a take out order. read more

The food was the same as any Jack in a box. My reason for the 3 star is because of the service. They were very rude and dismissive to people. I waited at the counter for 5 minutes till I had someone's attention just to ask for sauce. I'm on vacation so it was ok with me. However, it still was rude. read more

They are new here and super busy. The layout in the inside really isn't conducive to the crowd they are currently bringing in. We walked out the first day because the line was out the door. Today it was less but the lobby was practically standing room only. As far as food, well it's Jack in the Box so it's gonna be like every other one out there. The hamburger bun was hard and the meat tasted rancid I would not go here it is the worst Jack-in-the-Box I have ever eaten at. It is a new location and the staff are friendly but don't put anything in your mouth or you'll regret it. I guess you can say the soda tasted normal and the french fries as well. read more

If possible I'd give a 2.5 rating. Went here for the first time yesterday night and my order was wrong. We corrected them saying we got one of our orders is with curly fries not regular fries. The boy at the window decided to just throw in curly fries and give us extra fries. But what we didn't check was our actual meal. My order was right a ultimate bacon cheeseburger. But my other order was a spicy chicken but instead got the top of the order right being lettuce, tomato, but the bottom of it was a hamburger patty, cheese, and pickles lol. Mistakes happen so whatever, just try to be more careful when sending out food. My review for customer service: Honestly I thought the guy who rung us up in the drive thru window around 10 pm wasn't that friendly. The only thing he said to us was our amount. Even tho we talked to him about how our order of fries were wrong. He just took the bag and went away and came back and handed it to us. No "I'm sorry" or "thank you for waiting" any regular conversation lol. Just "total is -blah blah-". I work at a resaurant so it seemed like we got the cold shoulder. So I come into Jack In the Box and there were 3 people in the restaurant and I ordered and told her I wanted chicken fajita pita and a extra one. When I looked at the receipt it said extra fajita chicken and I told I wanted a extra chicken fajita pita and she said that is what that is. Then I waited for 32 minutes, 32 minutes and this is a fast food restaurant and there were only 3 people in the dinning area and one car in the drive through. What makes it better is when I checked the meal it was missing the extra chicken fajita pita. I asked the lady that I am missing the extra pita and she said you wanted extra chicken. WHAT are kidding me, and it was the same lady that took more order. She said well you can wait tell we cook another one. I said forget it. This has to be the worst fast food place I have been to. No wonder they are offering sign on bonuses to work here. I will definitely not be coming back here. Then there was no salsa, they gave me sweet and sour sauce. When I asked them about it, they said it was better then nothing. I really hope this place closes down and something better come or even replace the staff. read more
