The service is good. doing well with the food they serve. So i am two thumbs up. I recommend this burger place.

On a very tight budget. We saw advertised on tv and in the Jack in the Box McMinmville, Oregon app 75 yr Anniversary 2 tacos for .75. I ordered 6 tacos on line and paid on line. When my husband went to pick up our order he was told that they do not participate in the ads and total would be $6.00 for 6 tacos!! He explained that we had already paid $3.47 on line so asked them to deduct from our total. She told him she can't! First of all, since when have their tacos been $1 each!! Feel very ripped off! Will NEVER go there again!! This location sucks! Last time our tacos were broken! We literally got half tacos!! French fries are never hot!! Never again! A semi regular at this place in town, and still support it. I've noticed since the pandemic this restaurant, like many others, suffered from staff leaving(at least it seems that way) because whenever I've come through the drive-thru it always looks like only one persons working and they're often looking exhausted and overwhelmed. This all being said, I've never had a bad experience with the place, even a few years back when it literally was just one person working and informing customers they can only order up to $15-$20 worth of food at a time I'm assuming to keep them from being too behind with the line. With that I want to say thanks for keeping it running! The staff often are quick with their step, quick with service while still offering good quality built food(yes I know it's fast food but that doesn't mean it can't be good). Im holding a star because there is a pattern of certain items being out of stock when I order them which is unfortunate, but not the end of the world. To top this off for this visit I decided to order one of the limited edition ornaments for a laugh, but in a good way. Can't go wrong with fast food merch lol! read more

I've been in the drive through for almost an hour now, there were only 3 or 4 cars ahead of me.

I was at the drive thru for nearly 30-40 minutes. Spent about 10-15 at the mic ordering my meal. Had to relay my request 4 time. Then pulled around the corner and found I wasn't the only car waiting for food. There was one other. After another 10 minutes I pulled to the window. Found out they misunderstood I wanted 2 of everything. Had to explain I wanted 2 of it all. And exactly what I wanted 3 more times. Finally got my food and drove 3 minutes to get home. All the food was cold. And I asked for light mayo on the chickeb sandwich.. I fully believe out of some deranged mission someone thought I said extra. There was so much fucking mayo on the inside of the burger that it oozed out and onto the wrapping. Then was squished so that absolutely everything was smothered in mayo. And not a thin layer, globbs of it like I'm an animal that wants to eat it by the spoon but decided let's add a side snack for my mayo diet. I will say the jalapeno poppers were the only thing good. Still hot and crunchy. Other than that this place needs to fire everyone. read more

10/10 service I went through the drive thru and forgot to take my drink so one of the workers ran out to bring it to me like across the road and everything I'm glad no cars were passing and I'm ecstatic about having my drink as I've been looking for something sweet and every other fast food place said their machine wasn't working :)) read more

it's definitely a management thing. it was my first time at this location and for sure not a good experience. i cant review the food because i never got it, but, i can say that Mayra (i don't know if she is the manager) was taking orders on drive thru and she was very unprofessional. She asked me to park and wait for my order. i did and after 16 mins i just went inside to asked what was happening. few mins later she came to the front counter and knew exactly why i was there. she proceeded to scold the lady that was frying something (apparently food got mixed up and my order got lost) i gotta say that was not the way to solve the situation, im pretty sure the lady didn't feel comfortable with the way she talked to her in front of me. well, i asked Mayra to just charged me for the drink that i was already drinking and she just gave me my refund for all, because she said "it will take me longer to do all the process" and she obviously had no time for that. i stood there for few seconds but i got nothing. (was hoping for an "im sorry ma'am" or anything BUT i got nothing lol. so i just left. Mayra, i am sorry you were having a bad day, but just remember to breathe and to not talk to ur coworkers like that in front of any one. plus, you only had 3 cars beside me! And for the lady with red hair, you are doing good, just a lil advice, acknowledging customers doesn't hurt. it might actually help your coworker see there is someone waiting. you can say hello, give us a min or we'll be with you soon. read more

Was in this place to pick up some order for delivery. The hygiene was pretty awful - I saw several people handle personal items and then handle food without gloves. Also the fridge doors were left completely open offering no refrigeration to the food. I wouldn't trust it. read more

This fast food chain is conveniently located near Winco and Walmart in McMinnville. They always seem to be speedy and nice. This is one of my husbands favorite spots to hit up for the late night snack or simple, quick dinners when we are on the go. Check out the tacos they are stellar! read more

The customer service is horrible!very horrible!!. Knock on the wrong door, she asked me to go to the other door and I did. Them another guy watched me and my baby at the door for about a minute standing under the drissling rain. He later said, "they do not serve people on foot at at the drive through". I was also running a little late to work because of the hassle around. So as my 6yrs old princess and I walked to get in our car, she tripped in a little pond, I almost cried. I just had the worst experience with the drive through McMinnville!! I spent $26 for a simple order that they managed to screw up! Ordered curly fries with 2 combo meals and 1 additional burger, drove all the way home to find only the 2 combo meals with "regular" fries and missing the additional burger!!! Drive back across town to hear " I had "forgotten" a burger....how does one forget a burger?? Isn't handed to you through the window?? Also when asked about the curly fries, the response was we ordered regular fries....we had specifically ordered curly but were we offered an order of curly fries for the inconvenience of driving back??? No and had to deal with attitude as if I had been the problem!! Lessons in customer service are needed ! Seems like Im not the only one getting home with things missing from their order. I am currently calling on the phone, while typing this review, no one has answered by calls. I'm on call number 3, with nothing but ringing. Make that 4th call. This place is in need of just being shut down. I have gone here 2 different time and both times my order is always missing something. I know from experience, that is really not at all that difficult working at a fast food restaurant.
