I usually go to a different location but this time this one was closer. I walked into the store and the whole place smelled of BO it was a strong stench. I continued to order my regular which is the teriyaki bowl when I got home and opened my bowl I was surprised to see that the whole bowl only consisted one singular piece of chicken and little crumbs of chicken with minimal sauce. They also had no product like sauces and some menu items, very disappointing after a long day at work looking for something to eat. Will not be going back to this location have always had bad experiences here.

I ordered 5 buttermilk with my mobile order and they only gave me 3. I went back to get the other two and they give me a handful. Great customer service when fixing customer's orders!

This Jack in the box doesn't meets their standards. I have ordered a southwest chicken salad "crispy" for lunch, it came with a fork only, No knife, No napkins and No corn sticks. I asked for it the person give it in a very polite manner with a apology. But when I came home and chow down my meal it had "a hair and rotten lettuce leaf". Please check your orders if they is any missing item for which you paid for. I hope I don't get food poisoning this Christmas eve.

I didn't receive an item that I ordered and when I went to check the receipt i seen it didn't have anything on it. so Im not sure if I paid for it or not

Jack In the Box....or Jack In the Crack as it's more affectionately known to some. It's really kinda....repetitive to do a review on a fast food place to be honest. Most reviews either are very similar or just so similar that people try and make them ellaborate but really are talking about the something. Well here is another review that is along those lines. So bare with me. Living on the westcoast, who hasn't really been to a Jack in the Box. I haven't personally met anyone who hasn't. Home of the disgustingly delicious tacos, 2 for a buck. Like after a night of drinking, these things are like having Kobe Beef with a Samurai and two Harijuku Girls in a Loft in Japan. Maybe that's a bit of an exaggeration, but I thought it sounded cool. The munchie meal for $6 bucks are pretty awesome, $8 after 5 am. A main course (one of the assorted burgers or nugget variations) the tacos and halfsies which are....Curly Fries and Regular. And who doesn't love one of the varied burgers with "Jack" in the name. My favorite happens to be the Sourdough Jack $4.99. I also like the fact that most Jack in the Box's and other restaurants are a great switching to those fountain drink machines that you can add your own flavor too. So peach spirit is an option....almost all the time. So to get off my randomness and back to this location. They keep it pretty clean, the lobby is always well kept. Sure some hobos like to hang here acting like they own the joint, but I usually ignore them. The restrooms are....not bad, but they are defiantly a hit or miss, I've had assorted experiences when it comes to them. The service here is decent, not over the top in my experience, but they always seem to give me my orders fresh, so I have no issues with that. Of course experiences vary. They seem to have a great formula going here that ensures they people get their food on time and get going. In conclusion, if you're in Pittsburg, this location is right off railroad. Right next to a car dealership and across the street from Mi Pueblo. Oh and the ever so backed up Highway 4 is inconveniently right there too. This location just got updated so it's current and hip! Well that's it....nothing more to say! Sike! Yelp your experience!

Jack n the box is best for the tacos hands down. Not a big fan of anything else on the menu. Staff was nice and my order was correct.

Only reason I am giving 4 stars is because my order is always missing something when I go through the drive thru.

I love this place, but this visit absolutely sealed the deal all over again…read more We ordered the carne asada super burrito and it was perfection. It was packed with flavorful, juicy meat and had the ideal ratio of beans, rice, and cheese -- every bite was balanced and satisfying. No skimpy filling here. Just a beautifully built burrito done right. The chips and guacamole were just as impressive. The chips came out hot, thin, and perfectly fresh -- that light crisp that shatters just right. The guacamole tasted bright and fresh, clearly made with care and real ingredients. We also tried the pastor torta, and wow. It was loaded with tender, well-seasoned meat, and the bread was soft, fresh, and toasted perfectly. Crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside -- exactly how a torta should be. Every component worked together so well. And the piña agua fresca? Super fresh and refreshing -- the perfect complement to everything we ordered. We come here often, but this time we switched it up and tried the burrito -- and it did not disappoint. This is easily one of the best taquerias in town. Consistently delicious, generous portions, and clearly made with pride. We'll definitely be back (soon!) to try the quesabirria. So grateful to have a spot like this in town.

This is an update to my previous review. I really wanted to continue supporting this establishment…read morebecause it's conveniently located and the food is good, but unfortunately the last few visits have been disappointing. I usually call my order in ahead of time, but yesterday a gentleman answered, put me on hold, and never came back to the phone. I ended up driving there and ordering three super carne asada burritos with no pico. The order was simple, and I paid $52. When I got home, all three burritos turned out to be regular burritos with only rice, beans, and meat. They were missing the ingredients that make them "super." I immediately called the restaurant, and the girl at the front--who already knows me because we're regular customers and we've had previous issues with incorrect orders and her attitude--answered the phone. Instead of apologizing or trying to resolve the issue, she became defensive. She told me to bring the burritos back, but it was already late and I wasn't going to drive back out. She then said she was going to check the security cameras to see whether the cooks had added the ingredients, which made me feel like she was accusing me of lying. The problem wasn't just the incorrect order--it was how I was treated. Good customer service means listening to customers and handling mistakes professionally, not becoming hostile when someone calls about an order they paid for but didn't receive correctly. I hope the owner has an opportunity to see this review, as I'd like this feedback to help improve the customer experience. I truly wanted to continue supporting this business, but after multiple incorrect orders and the way this situation was handled, I won't be returning. My picture is below for reference.

I stopped by around closing time 3:30pm. The truck is located inside a lot so there is plenty of parking available, service was great. I picked up 2 super burritos $12 each (azada with extra sour cream) that is an additional $1 per burrito. I also order 3 handmade tortilla tacos $.50 additional per taco (azada, chicken, and pastor). I also order 3 drinks (horchata), the order came with a small bag of chips and salsa (I wish it was a bag per food item or meal ordered). My bill came up to $46; I should say that I was excited about the tacos 1 because of the price and 2 because I like to try food trucks and support small businesses. Once I got home, we found out that one of the super burritos had no sour cream at all; that was disappointing ( I didn't try the burritos since I am gluten free, but I was told it was ok as far as flavor). The tacos were for me and I think they were alright, the steak and al pastor meat didn't have much flavor in comparison to other tacos I had, plus the meat was on the dry side. On the other hand the chicken taco was surprisingly good, that was grilled yet it was juice- the marination of the chicken was good in my opinion. I always feel like you can't go wrong with a horchata, but it seems like we got the bottom of it, the drink was so grainy that we had to drain it. So I don't know if I will give it another try- seems like the quality of food was not there maybe because it was the end of the day since closing time is 4pm; but regardless of this (beginning or end) the food quality should be consistent- at least that's a dealbreaker for me.

AWESOME service, when the food was done she brought right to our car. Shrimp tacos are the best…read morearound. hands down!
