How do you mess up a mobile order?! We placed mobile orders and they were completely wrong. I asked for loaded curly fries without white sauce and received them only with white sauce and none of the toppings I wanted. I also tried to customize my chicken sandwich to no avail. I know that this is just a fast food chain, but I checked in to this spot just to write about how bad the experience was... I can't say I'm too surprised about their 1.5 star overall rating. First off, the drive thru experience was terrible. It was during lunch time on a weekday, and I waited about half an hour. And no, I'm not exaggerating. Once I finally got to the window, still had to wait a little longer. Finally got my food, and luckily the order was right. However, the tacos were cold and the curly fries were SOOO salty. At the drive thru window, when paying for my food, my card didn't have enough cash on it, I ask Martha if she could hold off for a moment while funds come on it was only a few moments, I made sure No cars were behind me no customers around at the time! She told me her clock would time out, I asked would it kick my order out she said yes, she also stated at 20 mins I should not be at the window, I apologize and explain to Martha it wouldn't nearly take that long. My husband peeled what seems to be plastic that was wrapped around the egg in his sausage croissant. It wasn't wrapped all over, but just a "corner" of the egg. Unfortunately, he already broke some of it off, chewed and swallowed a piece. The next bite he couldn't even chew through it with his molars. That's what started to raise a red flash and he spit it out. Then he proceeded to peel the rest of the plastic off of the egg. The sandwich itself was overall lukewarm. Been craving Jack in the Box yesterday, so my family and I went to get some for breakfast and dinner. Whenever we go to a Jack in the Box, I always get either a chicken sandwich or the Grilled Breakfast Sandwich. The latter has been a family favorite for as long as I can remember. Ironically we've hardly ever been to this location, even though it's literally a 2-minute drive away from where we live. But after going here twice in one day (8:00am and 10:30pm), I can't think of any reason to rate this place any lower than 4 stars. In the morning we each ordered a Grilled Breakfast Sandwich. No matter how hard we tried to replicate this simple sandwich at home, it just doesn't compare to Jack in the Box. Customer service here was great, staff were fast and friendly, and all the tables were empty. But when we all took a bite of our sandwiches, we couldn't help but notice that it wasn't as good as we remembered it. It was kind of cold and chewy, especially on the edges. It was good, but it could have been better for sure. As for the dining area...yes, it does appear a little unkempt and not as clean as you'd expect, but I'm sure that's a work in progress. We came back later that night to try the $4.99 Jack's Spicy Chicken Club combo (because with fries and a drink included, it's a good deal!) and I honestly loved it! Sure, the chicken breast was kind of hard and overcooked, and the whole sandwich was a bit smaller than I expected it to be, but it had the right level of spiciness and actually tasted really great! I added 2 of their tacos to my order for only 99 cents, and even though it wasn't like your typical taco (they use a different kind of taco shell; it's kind of hard and stuck together), it actually does taste good with their Taco sauce! At least, that was my opinion. The rest of my family didn't seem to agree. But for the price it was of course worth it! There was a long line at the drive-thru last night at around 10:30pm, both because the dining area was closed and because their Late Night Munchie Meals are served after 10pm, but that didn't stop us. It only took about a 15-minute wait and it gave us time to decide what to order. The staff were still nice though, despite being busy and apparently short-staffed, and you could tell they were working as fast and efficient as they could. I'm sure this location has the potential to become better, but it's really not that bad. Still a great place to grab a quick bite! I'm hoping future visits won't change my rating of this place, but in case I do, I'll be sure to give updates! read more

Every time I come here they have so much excuses about why they are close. They left a garbage informing of the drive-thru to keep people from coming up. I am currently dining at this fast food which was meant to be a quick pit stop for me while waiting for my car to get worked on across the street. But i was met with a nice old lady employee who gave me great service. My only issue was the younger hispanic guy who was very rude in a passive aggressive or condescending kind of way. In the middle of me eating my meal i needed a sprite refill so i walked up to the cashier to ask for one and a young this young guy said he cant give me 1. I asked why not?( bcus their pop machine is out of service in the lobby )and he said he just cant. In the end, on my way out the door the poor lady mentioned if it was her she would have given me a refill in which i then replied with you know what, I am grateful to her for being polite and i would like to buy her lunch. So i gave her $20 cash and the look in her face made my day. As for the younger guy, i told him it pays be polite buddy. All in all food costed me $18, the lady cashier politeness i tipped her $20 and that was more fulfilling than the food i was served. read more

I did a mobile order for breakfast today and when I arrived at the drive thru to pick up I sat there with no answer. I pulled up to the window and saw a gentleman filling the ice machine with ice. He looked pretty busy but when he finally acknowledged me he said they were closed because they were short staffed and needed to get cleaning done. I totally felt for him because there's nothing worse when coworkers call in last minute so I had asked him if there was a way to cancel my mobile order and get my money back and the employee was super nice and said he would get my order ready if I could just wait. I really appreciated him doing that since I know they were struggling to get everything ready so they could open. Shout out to the workers there for doing that! Plus the food was delicious!!! Bunch of lazy workers at this place! I just stopped by that spot today 03/15/2020 at 6pm... I looked into the lobby and I see 2 employees stuffing their fucking faces with ice cream... I go to the drive through and stayed there, saying "Hello" for at least 5 mins... Nobody responded, of course. I drive off and will I'm driving I'm checking my phone and the spot is said to be opened until 1AM the next day. I then tried to call them on the phone to see what we going on ... Sometimes early in the morning when there's only one person working they will tell you that they are "closed" WHAT?! how are you closed when you are open 24/7! I feel for the workers, I'm here in the drive through line after 9pm, and the staff member tells me that he is the only one here with 6 cars in line. The food is decent, similar to most fast food places, but the lack of staff is appaling. This isn't the first time I've been here for a late night drive though and have this happen with the understaffing. Many times I've had to wait 20+ min. I've already been in line for 20mjn now, still two cars ahead of me. Management, if you're reading this, you are throwing money down the drain. Many times people give up and go elsewhere. This is probably the worst Jack in the Box I've ever been to. First off the cashier seemed irrated she had to take my order. Then we waited forever for our food and were gonna eat there but almost every table was dirty and for some reason the whole dining area smelled of sewage. We told the cashier to make it to go instead and we had to wait another 5-7mins on top of our already long wait time for our food to be bagged. Once we got to the car to eat our food we discovered that I had just spent almost $25 on cold food. Never going here again. Super slow and rude, with drive-through taking 10m each time with just 1-2 cars ahead, with people honking and no one even answering to let you know to wait. Worse yet, I was told to drive through again just to add an item to my order, adding another 15m on top of that. They do have All-day-breakfast, but now so does McDonalds (though no croissant sandwiches). That said, Burger King has the best tasting and best deal by far for breakfast - with the Supreme Breakfast Sandwhich (extra long, double size with Sausage AND Bacon - for just $3.99), though they stop serving it by 10:30 am. read more

DO NOT GO HERE. Worst service of any establishment (fast food, retail, you name it) I've ever experienced. Totally unprofessional staff. We went through the drive through on June 17th and the first thing out of the employee's mouth was a very long "uuuhhhhhh...." before taking our order. The rest of the order continued with that kind of tone (the guy sounded high honestly, but was probably just really jaded). I don't blame him but he has no business in the customer service profession or at least not taking people's orders. We waited nearly 20 minutes for our simple 2 meal order (with at least 4 employees standing around chatting.) The car in front of us was already there when we arrived (I can only assume they had waited just as long). They got one of orders completely wrong - gave us 2 different items than what we asked for and didn't even give us a receipt. With the reviews this place already has its a wonder they're still open. Jack in the Box should be embarrassed. They need to seriously review their hiring choices and implement some serious retraining. read more
