Took my daughter to urgent care, was there a while.Stopped in to get her some food and then pick up meds for a serious illness. Ordered my food from a woman with a red nose and puffed up eyes and while I stood there and waited, she left the register to work the drive through and help prepare my food!!!!!Another woman came to the register.I asked her if the other woman was sick and she acted like she had no idea what I was talking about. I pointed her out and she told me that the woman had been out of work for 2 weeks and just came back.Then she proceeded to get an attitude and shoved my bag of food at me! While another man called my an upitty Bi*&t. Never going here again! My baby was sick for the next 2 weeks and she was not the one who had gone to the doctor!Nor was my other child contagous. "Dude, what the hell." I mutter as the window woman's figure flickers in and out of view frantically. My companion and I had been seated, waiting patiently to peel out of the drive-thru and back home to enjoy our Late Night Munchie Meals. We had been waiting for twenty-five minutes nearing a half an hour for service before the cashier's figure finally took form from behind the grimy screen. "One moment please," she states as she slams the window in our ravenous faces. When our food finally did arrive a caravan of economy class vehicles had formed a near-perfect circle around the facility, leading into the drive-thru. Long story short: don't come here to get your munch on in the after hours. We've repeatedly given this facility second chances, waiting long enough for employee roll ever to kick in so that we may have the good fortune of having the quick and efficient team working that evening. I wouldn't even give this place 1 star. Bad food, terrible service. Only came here because we had a coupon. Took forever to get our order taken. I asked for fresh French fries. Took forever to get our food and when it was finally ready, the fries were cold. We started eating them, I went back to tell the lady that the fries weren't fresh, and she said she would drop some more. Went to get some fresh fries, and they went to get the other fries, but since some were eaten, they wouldn't give us the fresh ones, and took what was left of the fries we had. Very terrible service. Then when I asked her about the fresh ones the employee gave me an attitude and told us since we ate some of the other ones we don't get the fresh ones. I asked isn't the customer always right, she said no. I will never go back there again, and advise everyone else to avoid that place. read more

I have never EVER experienced such horrific service anywhere. Regardless of this being a fast food chain, I have never dealt with such rude and disconnected service. First we pull up to the menu and the girl can barely speak English, so she immediately tells us she needs help. We wait, we wait, we wait.... FINALLY, she comes back and asks again what we are trying to order. It's not complicated, it's on the menu. So we repeat everything again, multiple times each line item too, not just the actual number associated to the item. Like the burger meal, the soda, the SIZE of soda, and whether or not we want fries with our breakfast sandwich. Never have I been asked that before. Then she kept putting coffee on our order and we didn't want coffee. But none of this compared to her stopping in the middle of our order to help the person at the window after making us sit for 10 minutes and not even excusing herself to do so. I got to my disgruntled place and went inside to talk to the manager. Low and behold, the person running the window WAS the manager. She literally told me there was nothing she could do for me so I made it very apparent that the service was AWFUL. It is not acceptable to treat people that way nor deny the fact they you indeed work in service and you should own up to poor treatment and poor service. Let me start by saying that I've worked in the food service industry, including drive through, and I'm a pretty easy going person, so on the minimally regular occurance I show up to a drive through for fast food, I show up with pretty low standards. When it's 2am, I'll cut them even more slack. That being said, this is hands down the WORST Jack-in-the-Box I've ever been to. It's also the only 24/7 food in a 3.5 miles radius so I've had the misfortune of frequenting this shit shack more than allowable by the Geneva Convention. Their "24/7" drive through is frequently "closed" for a myriad of reasons.. The system is updating, they're taking a break, etc. No matter what time it is, the shake machine *just* shut down for cleaning. The only reasons I have the 1 star is because 0 isn't an option and because a lot of times you can get free food. One night we got our entire order for free in exchange for driving back and forth on the drive thru sensor to "help lower their times" read more

I normally don't write reviews on the fast food chains, but the staff at this location has been very impressive. Since they launched the new Jumbo Breakfast Platter I've found myself hitting Jack in the Box much more often. I love that breakfast is available ANY TIME. I came here tonight... it was pretty delicious. I got the 4 pc chicken strips and the mozzarella sticks. I didn't care too much for the mozzarella sticks because for 1.89 you only get 3 and they were on the small side. You would be better getting some fries as you get more for your buck and they are tastier. The chicken strips were the bomb. Again the portions are quite small which is fine for me but if you're a burly guy you would need 2.5 orders of chicken strips to feel full. This is where I go when Mcdonalds is either serving lunch and I want breakfast or serving breakfast and I want lunch. It is about 1-2 dollars more per item than McDonalds but well worth it to get the food I want when I want it. Been to this location dozens of time always got fast courteous service except for once at 2am in the morning when the employee claimed they were closed for cleaning which I called him on is lie and told him I would l would report to the management in the morning...never had that problem again. Always been through drive thru never inside. Good food, good portions, and tasty meal. I do see the cashier doing work on drive thru and front cash Management needs to stop cutting corners on labor cause that ain't right not only does it slow service but people blame the cashier and give her a hard time when things are slow when it is managements fault for not scheduling enough people. Cold, stale food and lazy attitudes. No wonder there was no line when I went. I usually opt for McDonald's and their consistent and listen to special requests when In hunt for fast food. Ordered curly fries and immediately ate one after driving off. It was cold and crunchy. Not the slightest I mean slightest bit warm. Very disheartening. Then the chicken salad I ordered lettuce was wilted and brown and chicken was also cold and stretchy. Not tender. They were all out of crotons which make me really enjoy my salad. I toss the food away because I did not want to get sick from food poisoning like I did a year ago last time I eat at Jack-in-the-Box. I called to speak to a manager to express my feedback on with basically told I have a job to do by the person who picked up the phone and to call back tomorrow well what am I supposed to do about my order being such a low-quality and not being able to eat my food? I should've known better than to even take the order and should've asked for a cash refund right when I was at the drive up window because when I asked for croutons the guy immediately said we have really bad management here well they probably have rats and cockroaches as well and I just had that probably in my fries. Customer service is non-existent. Went through the drive thru and ordered a combo meal and 2 tacos. Only one car in front of us so the wait wasn't too long. The girl at the window first tries to hand us the wrong drink. Then she hands me the bag of food and says "we are out of bacon, is that a problem?" Well yeah.....It might have been nice to know at the time I ordered or before she ran my credit card. That would have at least given me time to change the order. I was a little stunned and didn't check the bag before I drove off. I was a few blocks away before I peeked in and realized that there were not any fries. I turned around, drove back, and went into the restaurant. The same girl was at the counter a I told her that I didn't get the fries that should have came with the meal. She says "Did you come through the drive thru?" They were not busy and I literally had just pulled out of the drive thru 3 minutes before this. She then turns around and says "Oh, here are your fries" and puts them in a bag and hands them to me. No apology for forgetting to put them in the bag in the first place, acted like it was an inconvenience that I was asking for them. Absolutely ridiculous!! read more
